My cashier should be in a position to where she has no human contact.The manager had to intervene in my transaction and customer service process couple of times because of this cashier. First time bad experience with your cashiers. Manager was great!

It was ok. I was looking for some party supplies for my five year old. They didnt have a lot of selection. I was looking for hello kitty stuff and they didnt have anything. The only thing they have was balloons and basic colorful party supplies. The people were very polite and help me with the balloons...

They were out of so many balloons. Everyone pointed me down an isle and said things were in that isle. Not even where in the isle...No one knew how to assemble Large Red Ribbon I bought. Had to do a return on it...Granted graduations had just passed a week or 2 before that.. So yes out of many many balloons. Inless you had a birthday. Out of lettered balloons & all congratulation balloons. Had to look around the store myself & found packs of balloons that were decorative & had confetti in them. No one even recommended them to me or that isle that sold decorative balloons in a set in one package that we could have blown up. That would have been easier then me guessing...

Place was clean and most of it organized. Just felt a little rushed to choose the balloons I ordered for my babys birthday since only one cashier was available. But I guess it was because is not the weekend so is slower.. A person was walking around asking if I needed help.. Which I did liked that.

Huge variety of everything you need for your party. They have so many kinds of different characters to choose from. I also do like that they have many kinds of balloons available too.

Unique items for party time are found here. Like retirement balloons and stuff like that. Yet, the stores prices are higher than avg. Go there only for especial occasions only.

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting for the cashier to come help me for about 15 minutes, and when I asked her to help me she gave me an attitude so I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. I came to this location looking for Halloween costumes for my children yesterday. Yes, I know...I waited until the last minute. As you can imagine, the store was very busy! I was so impressed with the staff. They were so friendly and helpful when it came to getting us what we were looking for. They took the time to help show us where certain things were and seemed very happy to do so which I appreciated so much! I havent been in this store very much, but after my experience here yesterday, I will absolutely visit more often! Their supply of items, for different types of parties, was impressive and seemed never ending! They have everything! Their prices were very decent, too. Their customer service is what will keep me coming back. Overall, we had a great experience here!

They only have mainstream decorations for kids, ones that you can buy anywhere. When I go to Party City, I think of things I cant buy at other stores unless I go online.

Do not be deceived that curb side pick up means your order will be brought to your car. I waited 10 min in my car after calling the store to say I was outside. No one ever showed up. I went inside to find the store empty (with regard to customers) and two employees hanging out! “Oh.... sorry...” was what I got after explaining my wait. Just really annoying!! The order was right but the service was ridiculous!

The Halloween section was a little messy but thats too be expected. Lol I appreciated the fact they had an associate working in the section and she was asking everyone of she could help them and seemed to be enjoying it.

Curbside pickup... not! Dont bother shopping here if you expect any sense of urgency or organization from employees. I had to go inside to get my order. Took 15 minutes to pick up. Ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Recently renovated over past year or so. Looks great and alot larger than before Great location on Josey and Trinity Mills. Everything you might need from decorations to aluminum pans. Always neat and kept up. Of course till Halloween and New Years comes around. Staff is helpful and friendly. Please hit like if this review helps you.

Place an order online never got an email or text notify me the order was ready called the store got hung up on the first time second time the manager answered and said were busy we have a long line hung up on me again went up to the store picked up my order ask the kid manager why I didnt get a notification and she said what did you expect us to come up here in the middle of the night to fill your order this is what happens when you put immature kids as a manager for customer service

I made a purchase online sometime back and lost my receipt and paying as a guest there was no tracking of my purchase, after explaining that to Marshall & Marc they kindly gave me a store credit. They were very professional and courteous in helping me.

One stop for all kinds of party needs. Few items are slightly expensive compared to Walmart/Target. Helium balloons is the best part. You can buy balloons of your choice and fill helium. You can also get helium tank for filling at home. Great collection of decorative for any occasion.

Party City is not what it used to be. Their prices are too high and the stores are often messy. But if you’re in a pinch they will probably have what you need. Party supplies, costumes, strobe/black lights and cheap seasonal supplies and decor items. The staff can be hit or miss. They are always friendly but sometimes we leave wondering if the cashier was fully awake. Five stars because the people are nice and they pretty much always have what I went in for

Great Customer Service! I went in and ordered the big number balloons for a 70th b-day. They sere super helpful and had fast service. Well I go out to the truck and was trying to get my keys out and to be honest it was super windy that day, so the seven rips off the string and goes flying into a tree and pops. I go back in and tell the manager guy that helped me what happened he said no big deal it happens. But I told him I lost the zero ( I was flustered when it happened and made a mistake on my part). I go back out to the truck and see that I have the zero it was the seven I lost. So I go back into the store fully expecting to pay for another 7 because of my mistake, I explained what happened again and he said no problem and took back the extra zero and made me a 7. He told me he appreciated me being honest with him and I thanked him once again for being so nice. In hindsight I should have got this guys name and praised him to party city corporate office. To often I write reviews when something bad happens, so I really should take the time to praise stores for doing the right thing and taking care of customers. I will for sure be back to this store location and would recommend anyone to visit the store if they need party supply stuff.

They have a variety of different costumes for Halloween. They were on top of it. Everytime Id ask for a certain costume to try on they would hand it to me right away. There was a lot of people and they still managed to work quickly.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews but I received such horrible customer service tonight that I felt like I should.I called the store asking if they carry lavender candy melts/candy wafers and the person who answered said no that they do not have those in stock and he has never seen them. I the. asked if he had a blue and red candy melts and he said said he did have blue but couldn’t tell me forsure if they had red but we’re pretty sure they didn’t. I asked my husband if he’d drive there and look since the person I spoke with on the phone with apparently too busy to go look in the aisle to see if they were available. My husband got there and they not only had blue and red they also had lavender melts.

The management at night is clueless! They werent even aware they have a 20% coupon. Upon trying to use said coupon, which is plainly worded; In-store OR Online, they said it was online only. I just cant understand why they are not aware of their own sales! Grandson is happy, although dont ask for a Demogorgan...online only! ROFL!

Waited in line for almost 10 mins to then be informed that they didn’t have helium. Instead of trying to give us a secondary options the cashier just said sorry and called for the next customer. Management should’ve posted it on the door so customers knew before waiting.

I requested help with a costume idea and Elena was ON. IT. She not only provided me with what I needed, but inspired me to elaborate on my costume.I can tell she likes what she does. Give this woman s cookie and a high five.

Finding costumes was easy enough. Pretty quick to help you find what you need. The problem with this store is the check out. 25 people in line trying to leave, with only 2 registers open and no one to help on a Saturday afternoon. Where was the manager to help the employees? Very bad customer service, especially for the weekend before Halloween.

I quit today, because; one manager likes to call employees stupid, one team leader thinks it is funny to mess with the employees minds and make them feel like they arent working good enough, and they cannot decide whether they want the store crystal clean or to get the projects done(resulting in working late and the manager getting in trouble). I knew I was a slow worker, and I could have improved;but I feel as if it wouldnt be healthy for my mind. I need a job that allows me to think instead of being a mindless robot drone. In short they push too hard, and expect the world out of their employees. I am not atlas, so I simply cannot hand it over. Lots of new stuff for new years

If youre throwing a party this is the place to do it without spending a ton of money. They really shine at Halloween time with a wide variety of decorations and costumes. Like Halloween, theyll do seasonal holiday specials like the 4th of July. But at any time of the year they have a ton of stuff for birthdays, graduation, and weddings. There also is a large candy section here.

The worst service, I will never return to party city here, I bought some balloons with helium and when I arrived at my house they were almost deflated, in 2 hours more the balloons had already completely deflated! If I could have 0 star I would put it less!

This place is just TERRIBLE! I was hoping the expansion and the remodel would make it better but it did not. Theres ALWAYS a line and only 1 cashier, they never have all of 1 theme available even though online shows they have it and it appears they schedule all their people to work at the balloon station, the manager is walking around really doing nothing while the line is formed 1/2 way down the isle. Youd think that woukd be a sign to open a register or pull one of the 3 people blowing up balloons to service the other customers.People have a lot to say about a certain other retailer that I wont name but its sad to say I get better customer service and product selection there than I do here.

Ive been going to this location for years and it is consistently understaffed. It seems like most of the times I go in, I end up waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. They are not unhelpful but I wish that corporate would invest in more staff.

Stood in line forever! One casher with at least 10 people in line. Great selection but I could have gone to another store and bought what i needed in the time I stood in line.

Very upsetting experience. The staff was not at all helpful. Was told 3 different things by 3 different employees as to why they didnt have the items in stock that I needed and that were supposedly available in THIS store.

Manager is terrible and rude! I was told I have to wait to get my balloon for 40 minutes but the lady who was in front of me got her balloon right away without waiting? Customer was hispanic and manager is hispanic too. She is racist! All staff were making balloon. No one was on the floor helping customers. I cant believe this kind of unprofessional manner!.

This is a very organized and well sectorized store. You can find any party-related product there.One of their associates is always crossing the aisles supporting customers.Now Let me explain why I’m giving them two stars instead of a so-far-deserved five.I went there looking into making a surprise welcome home party for my newborn baby boy and his mom. It was close to 5pm when I headed to the cashier. I had ONE of those balloons that comes with a free helium charge once you pay for it. As I entered the line, I noticed that two girls in front of me had a similar product that had just been handled to one of their associates to be inflated. I immediately showed her that I had one of those to be inflated as well. She said that she couldn’t inflate mine as that one in their hands should be the last one for the day as the responsible for inflating balloons was about to leave (I counted that they took approx 5 seconds to inflate that last ballon, including tying the cord to it). Even after insisting a bit with the salesperson, she said she could not do that. Another associate at the cashier told me that I should go to their closest store 10 miles away and buy a similar ballon there if I wanted to have the ballon inflated that day.I opted to still take the ballon, but inflate it with air at home (loosing the nice floating effect). I left the line to look for one of those rigid plastic “straws” and a heavy support base (remember that helpful sales associate? He helped me once again).I was outraged when I got in line again and they were inflating LOTS OF BALLOONS after “the last one for the day”. In my turn at the cashier, I called both associates for an explanation. They said that was a full order that was about to be delivered that day. I asked if even though they could stop for 5 seconds to inflate mine. Here’s what I heard from one of them: “He (the guy inflating the balloons) will be mad at me if I ask him to inflate an extra one”.After hearing such answer, I gave up from arguing with them and, of corse, slashed this store out of my preferred list. They opted not to make a coworker mad instead of conquerInc a loyal customer. I don’t think this is the way Party City should treat their customers, especially when talking about superfluous items such as party items and the number of competitors that Party City has out there.

Terrible service. The employees here do not treat you with respect nor do they have a single bit of care for the workplace. i do not recommend coming here for anything. I would have better luck buying a car at The Dollar Store than i would finding anything i need here.

It has a lot of party decoration supplies. I always go there too pickup staff for parties. However that has reduced by a lot since the pandemic.

Poorly managed store. One associate kept arguing with a customer about store policy. He was not able to multitask so he essentially was standing there talking. The line kept growing and they made the decision with multiple people in line to not take walk ins for balloon filling. I find an odd that a party store denies customers wanting party balloons filled after making them wait 15 minutes. They didnt even bother to put up a sign. The cashier was clueless and the person that made the decision to not fill balloons was rude and impersonal. I would never utilize this location again. I did give Party city a second chance at their lewisville location but still dont know that i would support any other party city.

They were very helpful & kind. The young lady there showed me where to find my product & I forgot my fone there & they held the fone for me till I went back for it!

Terrible customer service. You would think with a row of registers that they’d think in opening up another one when the line is busy. Also, the lady at the register who attended me gave me attitude all because I was upset at the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes and she got me even more upset when she told me to wait a second while she went to go put up balloons and talk smack about me to the other employee. Party city doesn’t even have a survey to leave a bad review of her service.

They basically tripled their square footage size in the last 6 to 12 months. I have not been in the store since it was a small cracker box but it looks a hundred times better now

Worst customer service ever!!!! I went to buy a costume for the Dallas parait on Wed night I made sure with the cashier that if the costume didn’t fit me if I was able to return he said (YES AS LONG AS YOU BRING THE RECEIPT)! I went to return it today Friday 03/16/2018 (Not St.patrick day) since unfortunately it fit me way to big. I decited to look somewhere else and decited to go for what I found! I was told when I was trying to return it that they weren’t able to “REFUND” me since it’s st. Patrick day when it’s clearly NOT it TOMORROW! Now I have two costumes and one will not be use!!! Part city has lost a customer!!! This is pathetic! I will leave reviews on every side for this location!
