Great company and staff!! They put a new liner and an upgraded pool light in a couple years ago and did a great job!! The girls in the showroom are knowledgeable and helps me get exactly what I need when I bring them a water sample with their water analysis machine. I do this every couple of months and my pool stays clear year around. From my experience, I always recommend Whiten pools. Thank you for all y’all do!!!

Signed a contract one year ago for them to build our pool. On January 14, 2021 they started construction of the pool. In two short days they had they pool dug, framed and concrete poured, plumbing in place and travertine coping in place. Today is June 4, 2021 and nothing else has been done. Yes, it rained alot in the winter and early spring. Yes, we had to get a local contractor to build the retaining wall needed, but that has been completed for two months. We cannot even get a call back from the owner as to when we can expect them to return to complete the pool.

Our spa makes me feel very relaxed at the end of a long work day. I get in my hot tub at least 4 times a week. We bought our hot tub in October of last year. I was back an fourth between hot tubs and I am very pleased that we went with this company. My hot tub is not only relaxing but very beautiful. Job well done.

Best place to go to get a spa. We looked at different places and Whiten pools and spa had the best one we liked. The service and our sales lady Emily was very helpful to explain things to us better then any of the other places we been to. They make you feel comfortable and like family. So if your looking for a spa this is the place to go to, take my word and check it out for yourself!

They are complete criminals starting with the owner. Got paid in full never completed the job. Excuse after excuse. In a battle with them and the BBB currently. Poor quality of work and would not satisfy our complaints. Buyer beware. Keith the owner in nasty and a liar!!!

I just recently bought a Dimension One Spa from Whiten Pools and I’m in LOVE!! I get in it every night after a tiring day of work and I feel much more relaxed! I also get weekly maintenance on my pool and the pool tech Tim is amazing!!!

Whiten Pools always comes to my rescue, when I need them. They have replaced my liner, steps and equipment when needed. They repaired my Polaris also! Any time I have a question or problem they are always happy to help. Great people!

Awful experience...just moved into town...hired to teach us how to keep up our pool...tech Q turned our pool off...we didnt know went out of town and pool turned green...took 3 weeks to get back out to fix and charged steep prices for both visits....not going to use them again!
