I would give zero stars if I could. Their employees are trash especially Sarah. She sent all my packages to the wrong address even though I wrote the correct address on the packages. They told me there was nothing they could do so I had to pay for shipping to get the packages back and send them to the right place. They shouldn’t put people on the floor if they have no idea what they are doing. This is insane $130 gone down the drain because of THEIR mistake.

This store location is always slow with at least 10 or more people in line. Sometimes I have to 20-30 minutes to drop off my pre paid packages

Fantastic service! An extremely expensive package was lost and UPS was giving me the run around. I reached out to this location since I shipped it from here and Kim saved the day! Within four hours my package was located. This is excellent considering the 1-800 numbers led me in circles for 4 days. This location exceeded my expectations. Thanks Kim!

A big shout out to Kim May at the Carrollton UPS store! I live in Douglasville and needed to get a package shipped to me that I had left at a motel in MS. I went to the Douglasville store and they told me that they could not do it and sent me to the hub in Atlanta. Well Atlanta told me that they didnt do that and told me to go back to my local store. Long story short, I contacted Kim May at the Carrollton store and she had it taken care of immediately! Thank you Kim! Best customer service you will ever find!

Great experience! Called to ask price and if Id need an appointment for a notary. Only 4 bucks per signature and no appointment needed, just walk in! I was in and out in less than 10mins. and staff was very friendly.

I have been waiting to get papers notarized. Two men walked in front of me and also needed the 1 notary at this location. However, they are completely unprepared. They did not have their documents and had to find a way to print them out. I have all my stuff ready to go and could have been out of here 20 minutes ago if he would have served me first. They broke in line anyway. Upsetting that I’m still waiting...

This UPS store has the best customer service of anywhere, seriously. I had an issue with a package being delivered to my apartment complex and I went in to get information on how to get the package and Ive never been greeted with so much assistance. Then, when I went in later to get the package that had been dropped off at their store, the employees continued to assist me, with joy. I really, really have never experienced such great customer service. Kudos to you, Carrollton UPS.

I have had my wife mail packages to me while working out of town for the past two years without any problems until today. They decided my wifes packaging wasnt good enough and stuck a cell phone in a 5 pound billable weight box so that they could charge me an extra 20 bucks to ship it. I will never be doing business with them again. What a bunch of crooks. A sneaky way of up-selling. Well be proud you got that because youll never get another penny from me.

Avoid this store, or you might get ripped off like me!I shipped an important document from the Carrollton store via two day shipping (at a cost of around $22). Unfortunately, the shipment was mishandled and took five days to arrive. I went back to the store and inquired about receiving a credit for the delay. The UPS employee verified my problem, took my name and number and told me that I would receive a full refund from UPS. The store would call me when the refund had been processed.I just called the store, over a month since getting the news about the refund, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. Apparently, refunds of this nature have to be filed with UPS corporate within 15 days of the original shipment. I can only surmise that the store failed/forgot to file my refund in the appropriate window. The employee (Kim) did little more than repeat over and over that she was sorry and that there was nothing they could do for me.Moral of the story: the store won’t own up to their mistake and refund/partially refund my purchase. This really isn’t about the money. It’s about the store’s employees being honest and following through on what they said they would do. It is imperative that small businesses stand behind the work they perform. Very happy to take my business elsewhere. You should too.

My package was sent to this UPS center by the main UPS HUB for easy pick up by me. It was signed for by an employee per UPS tracking and her name was provided on my tracking update, the male employee at the counter told me my package was not there I told him about the tracking update that I received and the name of the employee that signed for my package, he said, shes not here now. I asked him what to do and if he could check into it and he said no. I then stood in the store at t by e counter to the side and called the main hub for UPS myself. I was assured by UPS main that my package was there, I insisted this employee look again and asked if anyone else could help me , he said no, we are the only 2 here, then the other female employee working there finally spoke up and said look at the 2 packages that came in today from the main hub, he reluctantly went to look and sure enough my package was there, he then handed it to me without asking for my ID or having me sign for it? Wow!!!

Idk if it was a driver from this store but I was parked outside waiting on my mom and a ups driver purposely almost ran all over me to try to make a point that I needed to move . I would have moved had I saw him coming but I didnt even have a change you get out of th at before he started coming my way. I could have literally stuck my hand out my window and touched his truck . Then he started backing up on me I had to floor my car in reverse so he wouldnt hit me . He was a skinny black guy . The drivers need to either be more careful and considerate of other people or they do t need that job ! Especially when I had my one year old in the car with me !

I came after two minutes after they were closed and the doors were locked. I read their sign waited a minute and then a guy came up after me, they took his package but wouldnt take my letter. Thats just bad business. Not sure if they were discriminating but it definitely doesnt​ look good for the company.
