I attended an 18 week program at Sigma Counseling and I am very happy with the outcome. I feel like it helped me in many areas of my life that needed improvement. I would definitely recommend them for any of your counseling needs. Very accommodating and the staff is very nice and helpful.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place has NO ETHICAL standards is all about the coin. If you have extra cash laying around you want to flush then this toilet fits the bill. BUT if you are trying to accomplish something then GO ELSE WHERE . ANYWHERE EXCEPT THIS DUMP.

I had an appointment scheduled to attend counseling and they called me four hours before to say that the assigned therapist would not be able to meet with me but that they could switch me to another provider if I could come in an hour earlier. So I took time off work to show up, just to find out that they intended to have some random counselor meet with me today, then next week would be the previous guy who cancelled on me. I am not sure how beneficial discussing my issues with two different people would be and I felt it was an attempt for them to collect money on a session. Not to mention, when I checked in, there was a guy arguing with the receptionist about his probation officer. Not a quality facility at all.

It is very unfortunate that the two previous reviewers spoke so negatively about Sigma Counseling Services; putting the reputation of a good company at jeopardy. I have been attending sessions at Sigma for over 4 months and it has been an incredibly life changing experience.I am an educated individual who takes my recovery very seriously. Not only have the staff and counselors helped me to overcome my personal mishaps, they have taught effective principles to help maintain a positive and productive lifestyle after clients complete services. I guarantee you will leave Sigma feeling encouraged, full of hope, and with renewed confidence to live a happy & healthy lifestyle.Each member of the staff and ALL counselors are well-educated, compassionate, and trustworthy. They all give endless amounts of personal time to their clients to ensure they are on the absolute best track for recovery, regardless of an individuals unique situation. There is no judgement whatsoever. No disrespect of any kind. Furthermore, the camaraderie within the groups is great. You meet people who become friends and accountability partners. To me, that is one of the most amazing things about recovery; people helping people overcoming struggles together.Im here to tell you, you can trust the staff at Sigma Counseling. They truly care about you and they want to help you reach the best version of YOU. Thanks again to the entire staff.

I cant Express how truly sad I am to be finished with my experience and the wonderful staff I had the pleasure in meeting Im sad to be leaving behind such wonderful and caring people they take there job seriously but more important they do care with no pass judgment a certain young man is a good listener and is very good at informing everyone on what they need to know and how he does group no complaints. my most favorite beautiful counselor there I hope I dont cry leaving I will miss her shes smart funny and does care made my visit a smile each time it dont end there at the front desk made my day when she told me I was one of her favorite cliants shes beautiful and very caring and remembers everyone after the first day only one I wasnt fond of was a older guy therapist but hes a good guy just talks to much and never stays on topic but thank yall again I had to make another post because you been my blessing and my healers most definitely yours truly pen fanatic SLG

The staff was very kind and had a lot of good advice for life situation. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking counseling and help !

This place is in a terrible area. The office staff isn’t any better, they were either texting or speaking so unprofessionally I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times to achieve a proper conversation. I was contacted by management twice regarding this review to try to rectify the situation. I further explained the problem I encountered, and they have assured me that they are taking it seriously and working to improve the situation. I applaud them for reaching out, but that still doesn’t change what I experienced. I hope they make changes going forward for current and future patients.

Sigma counseling was a great experience for me the group sessions helped me out a lot being able to see a lot of different points of views from other household helped me in my situation Dainel is a well qualified person that is willing to listen and give you good advice on your situation my individual sessions with Pablo was great even though he sees a lot of clients day in and day out for some strange reason he remember me and my story made me feel comfortable to tell him personal things that was going on with me if you trust this program and open up you will be help i highly recommend

I would never recommend then place to anyone. He has way different beliefs then me but not only that he judged me for have tattoos. But what really drew the line for me was that I tried to open up to him about my son having a seizure and he told me that he knows that most kids he knows that have seizure are mentally retarded. I just stopped and was like who says that. I could not believe he would say anything along them lines. I do NOT recommend them one bit at all. Waste of my time.

At first I was really angry and unhappy about having to attend bipp class because I was forced to by cps but after attending the first few classes I realized the class was verry educational and helpfully for me and my family. The instructor had an awesome sense of humor that made the class enjoyable for me. I did not have a choice on where I did this class at but I would recommend cigma after completing my classes there.

The best counseling services! Daniel is very sincere and the best at helping through such difficult situations within each and everyone of his clients. Especially me! I have learned so much more about myself amd how to cope with situations with his guidance and encouragement. I would recommend anyone dealing with issues in their lives with family, addiction,children behavior, or personal benefit. Thanl you sigma!

Worst Counseling place ever!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! They recommend unnecessary programs and classes to help an individual when the issue is not extreme at all. Waste of MONEY and TIME!
