Second wedding at our home with Marquee. Amazing service, addressed a few concerns quickly! Our Sr Sales Rep Tiffany Bell was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She represents this company very well! Staff was courteous and respectful of our property. Great job!

I am not usually the type of person who writes bad reviews, but today I decided to write this review because I really feel like everyone deserves a good treatment. I scheduled an appointment with the sales representative, Tiffany Bell.I wanted to see if she could helped figure out what type of Tent I needed for my sister’s wedding. She asked me about a budget, and I honestly just said $1000 to start, and she immediately said “oh no we don’t have anything, sorry bye” and she hanged up. Little did she knew I was able to increase my budget to $8000.I was really disappointed with her customer service. She needs to treat people with respect. Please Marquee Rental. Do not hire people like her. She will definitely destroy your reputation.

ONLY reason I give few stars is that Mgmt. disregards the hard job of deliveries,and truckers ......clearly ignorant.Employees park their Vans and cars where trucks need headroom to maneuver into docks.Laziness of employees, sad.

Marquee could not have done a better job! Rented a clear 30’X45’ tent with flooring, tables, chairs, and linens for our daughter’s wedding on Cedar Creek Lake and it was absolutely perfect! Daniel is an over-the-top professional and Valerie made certain that we didn’t miss a beat! They were the foundation to an awesome wedding! Thank you SO much!

I love working with Marquee - not only do they have a massive inventory, but they are my go-to vendor to call when I need something in a pinch. They have saved the day many times when I needed an emergency order of heaters, an extra linen or even chair pads when another vendor forgot them. I would highly recommend them for your rental needs!

We rented tables, chairs, linens, and napkins from this company for our wedding. The venue had a very picky time-window for setup and cleanup. We instructed the company on several occasions that the windows of opportunity for setting up and picking up the items were small. The day before our wedding, we found they planned on setting up way past the window of setup. We almost had to pay a fee to fix this mistake. Then, after the reception was over, I, the bride, and my new husband waited past the cleanup window for the company to pick up the rentals, past 10:00 at night. They never came, so we put all the items together, including all the napkins in one bag, for them to pickup when they eventually arrived, and we left for our honeymoon. Later that week, they called us to say the napkins were missing, and they charged us a fee for the missing napkins despite our argument that they were late for pickup and we did all we could to ensure the napkins returned. I do not recommend this company. They charge fees for anything and give no room for their own mistakes.Also, they use materials clearly from Party City, and they charge crazy prices way higher than the Party City price. Look elsewhere.

The person on the phone helping me with my needs was very very helpful. I went to pick up the stuff and theyre so organized and very friendly and very helpful. The whole thing was just a cakewalk. Highly recommend them.

Marquee Event Rentals was an absolute pleasure to work with! My wife and I had a very unique design and layout for our ceremony and reception. This, coupled with a large wedding of 250 guests, meant the venue did not have all the tables and linens we needed. We knew this would probably be the case, so we turned to Marquee to help us fill in the gaps.Tiffany, Lynelle and the entire Marquee team came through with flying colors and had everything we needed!!! Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition, and the set up was fast and done exactly according to our layout. They returned after the reception at the time specified and were in and out in 30 minutes flat!!! All of this came at a very reasonable price to boot!!!So, if you are looking for rentals for your ceremony/reception, look no further than Marquee Event Rentals for all your needs!!! I am planning a wedding and was in need of a lot of rental items. This is the first place I went from word of mouth from family and friends. My fiancé and I, soon to be mother in law and maid of honor went to our scheduled appointment on a Saturday. We all spent over an hour and half picking out what we wanted, I can’t not remember the sales rep that was there. She did show us a few options for table clothes/chargers but was not very friendly and not open to showing us different options when we wanted to see other things together. We have never been married before so like a lot of people we didn’t know exactly what we wanted walking in. After we went through and told the sales rep all the stuff we wanted a quote for she said she would email me the quote within one week. As we were leaving she was already working with her next appointment and we quickly said thank you bye as we were leaving. She did not even look up or acknowledge that we said anything. It has been over a month since this experience and I have yet to receive a quote on anything that I requested. Very disappointing. Time is limited for everyone during the planning process and that visit was a complete waste of time. We have now ordered and rented from other places. Did not seem like the staff cared about the customers and clearly the business that comes with them. I hope others have better luck if they choose to go here for any special event in their lives.

I was hired by an out-of-state company to provide DJ, Photographer, and furnishings for a unique event in a hangar at Love Field.I called and spoke to a rental company and had everything lined up, only to be informed that they were short-stocked on some items. I called Ducky Bobs and talked to Jennifer, who took excellent care of me and my client.The delivery arrived when promised, and they were punctual to pick up. Ill definitely be using Ducky Bobs in the future for any rental needs.

I went in there to rent items for an event I was hosting and had the worst customer service experience. Lori did not want to be bothered and didn’t even want to help answer questions. The quality of some of the material looked very underwhelming and cheap. I advise all of my clients to now look elsewhere and anyone else looking to have a successful event. Clearly they do not value business or having a good customer service experience. The receptionist at the front was the most helpful person, but was limited to the assistance she could actually give.

They helped us out tremendously with a fall festival we just had. The staff is amazing and the rental equipment was all delivered and set up for us. Such a great rental company ... have used them numerous times over the years!

M & M is a wonderful company. Dallas Childrens Theater hosted a large party of 120 last Saturday. The rentals were great - sparkling white banquet chairs, beautifully crisp linens, and friendly staff. All great! Thanks, M & M!

Marquee provided chairs, tables, and glassware for an event we had at our house last weekend. The office staff and delivery men were very efficient and easy to work with.

Great place rented 4x4 stages awesome price. And great people to rent from will definitely recommend them to others as well.

They gave me the wrong equipment on my first order with them. I was unable to set up completely for a Saturday event and didnt have time to call the office about their screw up. Luckily they gave a discount to the final charge which I believe proved that the company knows a thing or two about great customer service.

Best rental company in Texas, amazing staff, they truly care about their customers and their events-I had a horrible experience with a company called Big D and am so lucky I used marquee instead this time!!!! Thank you so much!

This is my first time to use M&M, in the past we used celebration and ducky bobs. Unfortunately the quality of the rentals were terrible. We set up for our party a couple of hours before and as I opened wooden chairs there were gashes out of the wood, splinters - the quality was terrible then to top it off majority of the table clothes I ordered had stains ALL over them:( I called immediately because I wanted them to be aware- they were kind and did offer to bring out new rentals but who has time for that right before a party. They offered to adjust my bill, which again was kind. When I was sent my final bill they took off about $25 - big deal!!!! I will not use this company again if I can help it. But, unfortunately I have learned that they have merged with several other local rental companies,so I may be eating my own words!

Whether you call them Ducky Bobs or Classic or Marquee...it is all good...service and product always good. They make large events and small personal dinner parties EASIER!!!

The staff does everything they can to make your event special and get you what youre looking for. If you cant find it here it isnt available, huge selection!

Nothing but shady people work here. They are rude pushy and dont have any respect. They treat the employees like slaves and will fire them if they dont have good sales for the month. Even the HR Dept is sketchy. Dont recommend working or doing business with this company!
