The Regal Staffing located at 8701 john carpenter suite 205 Dallas tx was a bad experience for me as a man of color because of there lack of professionalism. I went in to apply for a job and did so accepted the position etc when i called back and spoke with Karen and Gissele they said Mr. Johnson i will send you the address.. fine no problem..2 hrs went by and im just wondering whats going on..so i call back and she say i have a charge pedi theft 4 years ago no problem. Thing is just because i have charge i was not worth calling back job or no job THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL......They need a entirely new staff.......................

I have nothing but good things to say about Regal. I am a temp through them. The assignment I work at has been great. Regal has made sure it’s a good fit for me and communicates well with me on any issues I have had and and just day to day communication.

Regal Staffing was easy to get to beings though Im still relatively new to the state of Texas and still need help on learning my way around. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful. They were encouraging to me on how they operate on getting me stable work in a close location to my home. The interview process was quick and stress free. I appreciate everyone of the representatives and may God continue to bless them and the work of there hands in Jesus name amen❤

So a “staffing agency” can’t get me on a staff this place promises and gives you their word and falls short every single time. Not just with me but everybody who I know that has done business with them. Absolutely pathetic service, response time and overall experience I would absolutely love to speak to whoever runs this establishment and sincerely get to the bottom of why I’ve had this experience if I could give you no stars I would.

Excellent staff.

They have the worst knowledge of Employment Authorization documents. They do not follow guidelines set by USCIS. That gives an EAD 180 day automatic extension thereby refusing employment. Very RACIST PLACE. LUPE at Carrollton branch is very ignorant of immigration rules and racist. She won’t even look at you in the face..... Run Run Run. They are worth zero stars.

I would give them a 0 but it is not a choice. Anneke did not spend any time getting to know me and my back ground. The job I was looking at was listed as being preferred to have the skills but not required. She explained that Indeed did not list it correctly. I got the impression since it was close to being 11:30 on a Friday and several people showed up she was in a hurry to get rid of everyone. Two people in the back had there heads down looking like they were sleeping, so sad. The receptionist up front was supper nice only plus here. I spent less then 5 minutes with Anneke. Dont go here find another temp agency total waste of time and drive.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I received a call after I submitted my resume. I show up early and waited 30 minutes for anyone to see me. The receptionist did not explain to me what the process is so the whole time I was confused. Finally Anneke greets me and takes me to her desk. She spoke to me for no longer than 5 minutes. Told me about a position asked me to email her and she told me I would most likely get an interview. I NEVER heard back. I reached out twice the first time she was in a meeting and I was told shell call me back, nothing. The second time the receptionist told me that Anneke doesnt take care of admin positions! she asked me to email my resume to another recruiter...the email she gave me the wrong email! what a waste of time!

Anneke is a amazing person. She honored me with a job with great energy behind doing so. Anneke is very communicative with me. Making sure the job fits my schedule and expectations . I just can’t be more happy to be working for Anneke. Thank you for your help. Not only did you help me but you helped my daughter as well now I can be a better dad. Thank you for your help.

Disappointed that I wasnt asked what experience I had before scheduling me to drive back the next day for an appointment and then sitting there for over an hour filling out the online application because they have no way to upload your documents. So I had to type everything in. Then the only jobs they have are warehouse and then told Im over qualified for the jobs.

Zero stars because she say the call dropped twice and she couldn’t answer my question!

Very very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. They don’t know anything they send the people for the job and after you show up at the job then they say no position available.

The worst staffing agency in Dallas! Went through the whole interview process to be offered a non climate control warehouse $10 job. Forget these clowns and instead make yourself a favor and apply at Staffmark or American Staffing, youll thank me later.

I work a month at ingram and they lay me off because Alexandra didnt like me and they accused me of hitting a girl.... but i know i didnt do it.
