I had problems with my iPad.It was fixed in a timely manner and he made sure to instruct me how to guard against future problems.I would definitely recommend having your electronics repaired with this company.

The camera on my iPhone 6 Plus suddenly started acting really weird. I think it could have had something to do with an update because Apple is trying to tighten up on eliminating the use of non-OEM cameras. My phone had already been replaced with a refurb through the typical insurance and I am sure it had a non-OEM camera.Anyway, I am a business owner and my phone is a critical part of work everyday. Like most people, I have no room to be without it.So, I had heard through some mutual friends that Colten was like a “phone whisperer” (and not just phones, but any type of device) and decided to give him a try. It wasn’t an emergency so he picked up a new OEM camera that day and came by my home office to fix it the next. It only took him about 10 minutes to replace the camera, while I sat and watched. While he changed it out, he explained what he was doing.He also told me that it was very important that a tech put everything back in its correct place. He said that many techs, whether through insurance or at a lot of local shops, rush through the repair and will often fail to re-place the connection cables correctly. This will eventually cause them to be pinched and worn as you work your touch screen, but you won’t know it for several months until the phone starts acting up.Once the phone was back together, Colten explained that Repair Ratio warrants the work for 90 days but that if I had any problems at all, to not hesitate to call.The bottom line?!1. The cost of the repair was far less than using insurance or any of the Big name stores. The camera works perfectly.2. Less than 30 minutes of total time invested in this problem, vs. several hours or days that I would have had to take to use a shop or insurance.3. Colten has a reputation for exceptional work and that it is very very unlikely I will have any further issues with my camera.4. Colten is not only friendly and personable, but when you meet him, you will quickly discover the reason, beyond his exceptional skill level, that he makes great repairs — he loves doing this kind of work!I will only use Colten in the future. I would tell anyone that they are crazy to take their device to anyone else. He gets my highest recommendation!
