I went to yesterday to ask how much it would be to fix my screen, and the technician gave me a price of $180. Today my sister takes THE SAME PHONE, and the guy is now charging $220. Ridiculous, I do not recommend.

I was on vacation in Dallas and I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Someone recommended I take my phone to Wireless Doctor. What a great recommendation!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile and How may I help you? They assured me they will take care of my phone in about 30-45 minutes. I returned in 30 minutes and they were done. The phone looked great and here I am 3 months later and phone still works great. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY TRIP! DEF RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Great prices, great customer service, and they are very quick to fix your problems! This is unfortunately the 3rd time I’ve broken my phone screen but this would be the best experience and service I’ve received out of all the cell phone repair shops I’ve visited. Highly recommended!

Dont go there. I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced and a week after 2 white dots appeared on the screen I took it back so they could fix it and they said they couldnt fix it . Also I compared the screen they put with my friends brand new iPhone and it looks completely different, the original screen Is brighter. I dont think they use original parts. If you have a problem with your iPhone just take it to apple.

I most definitely will NEVER come back here, terrible customer service, they don’t know what they’re doing, and they overprice knock off phone accessories; that eventually end up not working within 2 weeks after buying it. If you really want to go somewhere where your money is really worth it, go across the street to Fixtronics. (;

These people broke the Hippocratic Oath of Medicine...for phones. My family and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for some time. We never experienced a problem and were lucky enough to have the same employee aid us each time; providing quality service. Nevertheless in my latest trip to the doctor, I received unacceptable aid from these people (it seemed the nice employee no longer worked there).I took my phone to get the screen fixed for the first time. The cellular device worked normally despite its aesthetic appearance. After leaving it within their care...a kid (he did not look 18+) worked on my phone. When I came to pick it up the phones screen was fixed...at the cost of its motherboard. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge their mistake, they accused me of trying to steel money from them and said I took it broken and still had to pay $40. I decided to let them redeem themselves so I left it within their care once more so they could fix it. After coming to pick it up, they had lost it and took long in locating it only for me to find out they were unable to fix it! Not only did they never call me once as they said they would, it seemed as though they were avoiding making contact with me.Take your phone elsewhere and save yourself the experience of bad customer service, spending money to make things worse, and the life of your phone.R.I.P iPhone...

Seems ok, some decent used gear prices. Workers act professional and honest. They just couldnt get the job done but were very fair on price of 30 dollars after working on it for a week and a half. Our product was probably bad. Microsoft couldnt get it to work either. Phone is sometimes not working til the afternoon hours

I was impressed by the cleanliness when I entered the store. The employees were able to speak knowledgeable about my rooted android with custom rom. The technician flashed the stock rom and I was able to use my phone again while maintaining the network unlock status. I recommend this store for any software android programming needs

I had to get a charging port and a screen replaced. My phone didnt like the new screen but I took it back and they replaced it with no issues.

This place was highly recommend, I was very pleased with the service and the owner was very helpful and courteous! I highly recommend it!

Only place I could find in the area that had parts for my Note8. Other places thought it was crazy to have parts for it. Cheaper than those places too.I cant say how the waterproofing held up, but the replacement screen seems to be the same or near identical quality to my old one. If anything goes wrong, Ill update this.

They fixed my cracked iPhone 6 screen for $130 or was it $150 I dont really remember but it was one of those two well the guy fixed my phone in 5-10 minutesThere some spots in my screen but you can barely see them but otherwise its good

Hello everyone my name is carlos Moreno owner of wireless doctor just to explain our 2 bad reviews both were the same situation. if you drop and break your phone screen and bring it to us to replace the broken lcd and the phone still doesnt work it means the phone suffered further damage up on impact , yes the phone was working great before you dropped it that doesnt mean that the phone should work by just replacing the broken part we take great pride in making sure all of our customers are taken care of and do our best to save a phone, but like a doctor you loose some and you save some so please pay us a visit judge us your self im sure you will love our store ;-)

Later i find out nothing on the bottom works. igo back thinking they would fix it since it worked before I brought it in only to find out they dont back their work.I could pay more money to get a problem they made the first time they fixed the phone . i would not use these guys at all.

Replaced my iphone 8 plus for half the price that apple would charge. Also did it in like 10minutes and I was walking out the door with a completely new screen.

This is a second and last time I go to this store.They destroy your phone and tell you that it cannot be fixed.All they do, is clean the parts with goof off and hope that it will work.when they cannot fix it by cleaning the parts, they really mess your phone.Terrible service.

This is my first review so am not sure what to say except NEVER go here..took my nexus 4 with a broken screen here and left it with them after paying 40 bucks to order the part.Was told it would take two days and that they would call.After about a five days without hearing anything i went to them to see whats up.They told me the part they had bought wasnt the right one and that they couldnt fix it.hey gave me the both the phone and deposit but when i turned on the phone it wasnt working.I told them about this and they said they would keep it and check wat wrong with it after which they would call when i it was fixed.A week passes and no call, i went in and they told me they werent able to fix it and when i asked how they would compensate me,the owner told me they would give me a discount on a phone i didnt wnt.KEEP in mind there phone prices are over the top.I told him to just give me the value of the phone when the screen was cracked.This dude calculated the price of a proper phone as 200,he subtracted the price of fixing the screen which was 160 and told me my phone was 40 bucks.Mother lover had the audacity to valuate my phone for 40 bucks after he messed it up,it had all my contacts,pics and everything..JUST DONT GO THERE PERIOD>.

This place has everything!!!! Unlocked Phones, blue tooth, wireless speakers, usb cords, chargers, shatter proof screen protectors, and they can fix almost any phone and they do it the same day. wirelless doctor is the bomb foreal, and if its your first time there they hook you up with a free accessory for free!!!

This is the worst place ever . Do not bring your phone here . I brought the phone here to fix the charge port and they damaged my screen . I came back and he Carlos denied he did anything wrong . He blame it on us. He said we dropped the phone .He is not any type of technician.

You dont Ive used the same auto mechanic for 35 years not because hes the cheapest but because hes honest and fixes my stuff right, I may have found my go-to guy for electronics I went in in a pinch have to use my phone for work he got it ready for me that day and the price wasnt probably the cheapest and it wasnt the most expensive but he did it and did it quick Ill definitely go to this man anytime I have problems with electronics

This business is one of the best clean and organized also the business smells nice. I am very careless with my phones. I bankrupt them from all the places that I have taken to repair my wireless phone. Doctor is number 1, they have everything and when I say everything is everything !! In 15 minutes they had my phone ready Like new incredible, the Owner Very Friendly but as I was in a hurry I felt like I was rushing with the purchase, the best is the reason they make the repairs so fast they do not waste time it is good they understand today we cannot wait Hours or days to repair the phone
