I attended Mohammads 2020 Tax Class. Mohammad was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was a good instructor. I have signed up for his Tax class again this year to stay current with the tax laws. The class is a good value for the knowledge obtained.

I have been using the liberty tax josey location for the past 7 years they always get me in and out quickly and are so nice and the last 2 years with the pandemic it was so easy to file remotely with them.

Filed taxes no info about unearned income credit rebate or need to turn in unemployment tax return trying keep from loan and income tax return. Should did myself on TurboTax

I went in there to have them fix my taxes after trying to do it myself. The gentleman looked into it and realized all I had to do was make a phone call in clear up one small item. He gave me some advice on how to do it and didn’t charge me a penny. I’ll see them next year instead of trying to do it myself. Five star operation

Weve used liberty taxes for 3 years and this year was the first year we actually left over joyed with our outcome and experience with her. This office has started to file taxes for 2020. I went in with my w2, they helped me to efile my taxes, i also got $50 cash, and applied for a loan that i expect to recieve tomorrow, these guys are great!

This Liberty tax office is a reliable trustworthy place to come do your taxes! If you are a person that likes everything clear and done right this is the place to come none of that shady stuff!Mr. Haris and the other people there are great at customer service always offering you stuff to munch on while they do your taxes. This is my second year doing them here and Ive never had a problem. Its not expensive and they explains to you everything in detail. And the best part is if you refer someone you got $50 cash.Do call and make an appointment because theres a lot of people everytime I come.

I visited the store for a free estimate. They were courteous, offered me snacks and such and provided me a free estimate of my refund. Took me less than 15 minutes. Plan to come back here to file my returns when I have my W-2!

Terrible: Dont know what theyre doing. Filed Two years of Tax returns. Bad Idea for me. First return was submitted. The second was just a copy of the first. Needless to say the IRS saw the returns as one. They collect for filing two returns and the second return never gets back to me. Not sure how to handle this right now but they wont return my calls.

I been going here for several years now just recently last year I had a IRS issue and the person who did my Taxes did not even a help not one bit left me high and dry to deal with IRS with all my issues I would never return to this establishment again dont be fooled like I was She was supposed to apply a discount towards my tax preparation she didnt even do that neither

He asked me the necessary questions and explained in detail what he was doing. I know I have covered all the points so that my income tax is the highest legally possible! Surely next year I will return to this office! Thanks Liberty Tax!I had a great service in here! I set an appointmen on Saturday (a convinient day for me) at 3pm. As soon I entered, the owner greeted me and offered me a drink. I filled a form and couple minutes later we were doing my taxes! Very proffesional and friendly personnel. I highly recommend it!
