Do not take your vehicle here if you care about it. I took my 14 Ford Raptor in for a regular oil change service back in November. I hardly drive the vehicle and recently was planning on taking a trip out of town. I started my vehicle and was loading it when I smelled oil burning. Naturally curious and worried I thought I should check the oil before I take a long distance trip. I opened the hood and to my dismay saw where the oil cap was not placed back on. It was sitting in the middle front of the engine near the radiator.I contacted Justin in the service department and explained my discovery and my dissatisfaction. He explained that the tech that worked on my vehicle is no longer employed with Pugmire. He asked if he could make it right in which I hesitantly agreed. I Dropped my truck off on Friday with the agreement they would change the oil check and check the engine to ensure nothing entered and damaged the engine. On Saturday I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I asked the lady if the vehicle was checked and the oil was cleaned. She stated that both had in fact been taken care of.I arrived around 1pm Saturday at Pugmire and received my paperwork and keys. I went out to the vehicle and started it. I popped the hood and looked to make sure they completed the job ( replaced oil cap and cleaned). They did replace oil cap but failed to clean engine. I went back in and spoke to the lady behind the counter and explained to her the job she stated when she called was complete was in fact not. She said she would grab the tech and meet me at my vehicle. She arrived with the tech and I showed her where the oil was still all over the engine. I then asked the tech to show me where he cleaned. All I received was mumbles. The female employee did state that this was unacceptable and offered to take the vehicle back to clean it.I was at this point completely done with the lies and mistrust that the service department showed me. I told her that no one from this place will be touching my truck ever again. I know it’s a small issue, but being lied to multiple times and failing to actually replace the cap on my engine the first time is completely unacceptable for a dealership. Again, ifYou value or care about your vehicle take it somewhere else. I personally will try the dealership in Bremen.

10x quicker than where I have been before. Will be using them for as long as I have the company truck. Less than an hour for F250 diesel; oil, filter, and fuel filters.

2 day wait for a oil change, please. Right in front of this dealership is an express oil change service. Went there was in and out in 30 minutes. While I was waiting to get my oil change a tech from said dealership brought a car over for an oil change. You tell me !!!

I went there looking to purchase a new truck and my best friend (who is a male) went with me. As soon as we got out of the car the salesperson said hello to both of us but automatically started talking about vehicles to my friend essentially shutting me out. My friend then says shes the one whos looking to buy so shes the one you might want to ask what shes looking for.

The customer service is excellent from management, sales team and maintenance shop. I brought car in for service and while waiting was treated wonderful. Was in and out in very reasonable time. Would recommend to anyone for purchasing a car or for maintenance. 👍😀

**** UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM ****I want to be fair and honest when I leave this review - because overall the service was great; however when I received my scorecard it had some questionable items on there. One my breaks were listed in the yellow and also my tires. That really concerned me because , Im a single female and I dont want to be in a situation where my car isnt working properly or repairs are needed , that I can get ahead of. Well I priced some tires and bought some new breaks and had all tires replaced and breaks same day...well heres where the problem is. When I was getting all this done, the shop that was making the repairs, and replacements asked me why did I think that I needed tires and breaks - and I told them why ..These people had no reason to lie to me after all , I was at their place of business having this done- He asked me to come look at the tires, and the breaks that he had taking off my car to be replaced- of course I didnt know what I was looking at so he explained - longer story short, I did not need breaks at alllllll and my tires were in good condition, not great - but as the guy explained I had some more miles to go on them - he gave me a discount, because he said that he did not want to take advantage of me , due to the amount of money that I spent on GOODYEAR TIRES and ceramics brakes!!! I had spent well over 2000.00 for all of it. Im glad the guys had mercy on me and gave me that discount - Pug mire should be ashamed - if I would have just gotten it done there, theres no way they would have told me that- this was a lesson well learned!! Pugmire Ford held a varied and incredible inventory of trucks that quite frankly more than a few would have met all of my needs. I finally settled on a big white F250 and from there it went well. If you want options this is the place to visit as they have them.Friendly folks too!

*Update: My husband received a call from the service manager today. Ironically, the call had more to do with my negative review than it did with the issues we experienced. I am committed to giving an honest and fair review of the service we received, and I also want to make sure I get the facts correct. With that said, I misspoke about water being in the engine, it is my understanding that oil was in the turbo and that is what caused the issues the second time we had to take the vehicle back. Also, after assessing our vehicle yesterday, Pugmire told us that the back turbo now needs to be replaced (they previously replaced the front). However, my previous 2-star review still stands. I gave those 2 stars because of Bernard (the service guy in the office who helped navigate us through all of this and took full responsibility for their error). I also still stand by my opinion that a month is too long to for a vehicle to be in the shop for repair, only to have to return it a week later. It took another few weeks to get it back the second time. Under those circumstances, my review is fair.**Update: Pugmire admitted that they did not install the turbocharger correctly and because of that water got into my engine. They told me that they repaired or replaced those parts. The repairs were no additional cost to us and they gave us a complimentary oil change for the trouble. One month later, the engine light has come back on and the car does not drive correctly - it stutters and stalls now. We have taken the car back for the 3rd time in nearly as many months. Of note: although the service manager replied to my review, he did not reach out to me or my husband as he said he would. Their sales may be good but the service department is either overwhelmed or needs more training. At the time of this update, I am still waiting to hear back from Pugmire.*******************************Took our MKT after antifreeze leak. It took nearly a month to get our car back. After a week, we finally asked for a loaner (as it was not initially offered). When asked what was taking so long, we were told that a specialist had to be brought in to look at the vehicle, then told that the engine had to be removed so that was the delay, then the mechanic finally just said that they were swamped. We finally picked up the vehicle on Saturday and on Friday we had to take it back because it was sluggish, smoking and stalled a few times. We didnt have any of these issues with the car prior to having it repaired with Pugmire. Im terribly disappointed and frustrated, but hopeful that Pugmire will make this right. At least this time they provided a loaner.I will update my rating and comments when we get the car back.

I took my 2018 escape in August 5. Because black. Smoke was coming from the back k of it when I was at a stop light. Then my che k engine light came on. They said I need a new motor. Justin said it would take two weeks. He did give me a loanrr. But it has been almost 30 days and they still have not even taken my car apart yet. Now He is saying another two weeks. Already sad that a new car needs a new engine. My car dont even has e 15.000 miles on it yet. Then He tells me they have had to replace 6 engine there.

They lied about my trade in value, stating they never discussed it with me. Would have done no stars but that is not an option.Well here it is some 5 months later and I took my truck for the free oil change. BTW they did offer me an additional 3 oil changes for lying to me about the trade in value. So now oil changes here are like $1,500 each based on my loss of trade in value.So I made an appointment, took the truck in, waited 1.5 hours and got the truck back. Bear in mind I live 35 mins away. The next day heading out of town the tire pressure sensor went off saying the tires are not inflated correctly. THEY PUT THE FRONT TIRES AT THE REAR PRESSURE AND THE REAR AT THE FRONT PRESSURE. Now I have to take it back in to have this corrected. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE IF THEY CANT ROTATE TIRES CORRECTLY WHAT WILL THEY DESTROY ON YOUR CAR OR TRUCK.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I went to Pugmire Ford looking to purchase a newer car. My salesman was Patrick Robinson. He was very helpful and didn’t push me into anything. He was great! The management team, Shane and Jackie were also very helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. I’m loving my new car.

I read all the reviews and decided to take my truck in for service after reading mostly good reviews. I called and made an appointment with the lady that answered the phone for 4:30 that evening. I also was going to have them look at a warranty claim on my new engine that is knocking. I left work early and drove all the way to Pugmire (15 to 20 min away from my house. I arrive and walk into service at 4:15. I wait for about ten minutes to talk to an adviser. He states i didnt have an appointment and they couldnt do it that day. He also stated that i would not be able to get my truck looked at for at least 4 weeks. The guy was really rude in the whole interaction. I decided to leave and go over an hour to get a ford dealer to change my oil. fast forward to today. I called to schedule an appointment and the same lady answers the phone and forwards me to service around 9;45am. No one answers. Left message. On my lunch at 12:30 i call again and i am forward to service. No one answers. I hang up. I just called again at 2:20 pm and same lady answers and gets snappy after i asked for service. Im forwarded to service and again no answer. I called at 2:35 and get forwarded to service. Banard answers the phone . He states they are 3 to 4 weeks out and they dont have loaner cars. I asked why they dont. he states they dont give out loaners to any service customers unless ford says to. This is completely wrong. Ford customer service has stated multiple time that the dealer has all control over loaners and can provide them to whomever they please and Ford motor company has no say in that decision. Reading up on reviews i have found that all customers that bought a vehicle from them do receive great service. anyone who didnt buy a vehicle from them gets treated like trash and pushed away. I am all ears to hear why they act this way

We went to Pugmire Ford of Carrollton two weeks ago to purchase a 2018 Ford Escape. We went for a test drive with our salesman, Patrick Robinson. He was very knowledgeable about Ford and the Escape. Pugmire of Carrollton did not have the color we were looking for, but Patrick was able to get our preferred color quickly. We went and picked up our new 2018 Ford Escape at the Pugmire of Carrollton dealership, and all of the Pugmire personnel treated us like family. The sales manager, Shane, made sure all of our needs were met and that the vehicle was affordable. We are very happy with our purchase and happy with the service from Pugmire Ford of Carrollton!Flash forward to day- I went to Pugmire Ford for a trade in. I was driving a Nissan Juke and wanted a Ford Edge. I saw Patrick again. Once again, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the right car for me. Im a teacher, so things tend to be unaffordable for me, but thanks to Shane, I was able to walk away with a car that I LOVE and that I can actually afford. Pugmire Ford of Carrollton has WONDERFUL personnel. The finance guy, Tom, was very helpful, and Jackie, the technology girl, was awesome and VERY VERY nice! I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family about my experience at Pugmire Ford of Carrollton!

We had a problem with the service department but when it when brought to the attention of the Head service manager Pat McConville, he went way above and beyond to correct the problems . In 45 years with dealing with dealerships ( all three of the major american companies ) I have never seen the effort put forward to correct a problem such as this . Very Impressed !! He took care of the problem in his service department AND fixed a problem that Ford Motor Company was not addressing . I would not hesitate to buy and service any vehicle at Pugmire in the future especially if Mr McConville is overseeing the operations.

I was happy with pugmire a year ago when I bought my truck. They made a good deal and told me if I referred people I would get money for making referrals. Thats great and all but when I referred my own grandmother to go buy a vehicle and she did purchase a vehicle they wont hold up their end of what they told me. Not happy with that referral program.
