This company is unreal. Every time I call, Im on hold for at LEAST 15 minutes at a time. One time I was on hold for about 23 minutes and in this time I could hear someone pickup and put the phone back on hold - not to mention after a 23 minute wait, their phone ended the call out of nowhere (this has happened several times). As if it couldnt get any worse, I brought my hold time to the Customer Service Reps attention and got no apology or explanation aside from a very nonchalant oh, we must be short staffed. Lastly, when they came out to provide service, my service was delayed by more than a week because the technician didnt order all of the parts needed (despite them telling me the reason my appt was scheduled so far out originally was so that they could order the parts needed). Oh, and they wont unmount your tv if they come out to service it - I find this extremely ridiculous especially if youre elderly, disabled or simply dont have the capacity to unmount a tv BY YOURSELF. This company is NOT customer focused at all. If you think Im lying, call them yourself and I BET the system will tell you your wait time is ~3 minutes just for you to be on hold for at least 15 minutes; this happens to me EVERY TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES EVERYWHERE. Samsung PLEASE stop referring this service provider to your customers.

Technician came out yesterday to repair my washer - he wasn’t interested in listening to my description of what was going wrong with the machine. He hurriedly replaced the dampers & left. My machine still doesn’t work. I have made several calls to NISI and they have been less than helpful in resolving this matter. They have placed me into several phone loops and have not taken responsibility for anything. They have successfully charged my credit card, can’t help but think this is a scam business.

3 weeks since the first visit and I still have no working washing machine. This company was recommended by Samsung and it has been terrible. The first technician didn’t do anything - said he had errors but didn’t fix anything. A week later we finally get someone else out, gives us 3 options and says they’ll order all the parts. Today we were called and told the parts weren’t in. This washer is not even 3 years old!!

Sent a tech out to my English speaking home that didn’t know English. Rescheduled with Samsung and now they have my very expensive (to me) tv and I can’t get a hold of them over the phone to check the status of this repair since it was supposed to be expedited. Not happy with this company at all.

Only 18 months after installing a new Samsung wall oven/microwave combo unit in my kitchen it starting rebooting after every use! I requested service from Samsung’s web site and within a couple hours got a text from NISI asking for more details. They scheduled a service appointment for 1 week later. The technician arrived at my suburban Austin house during the appointment window with a replacement control board in-hand and after demonstrating the issue he installed the new part. It took him about an hour to complete the work. It’s now fixed, and hopefully the new control board will work longer than 18 months! Cost was $160 + parts + tax. Overall I’m satisfied with the service call, it went just as expected but disappointed with Samsung for failing so soon after the warranty expired.

Houston NISI USA Repairman, Alexander, was on-time as promised (actually 5 mins. early!), had a mask and observed COVID protocols. Based on our texted description of icemaker problems, technician arrived with all the necessary replacement parts, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly on 1st visit!! He was professional and courteous, and we were impressed with his efficiency. Icemaker is now working perfectly! This is the 1st time we have had such a positive service experience. Thanks!

Warranty replaced my panel and when the panel arrived, it arrived damaged. I’ve tried reaching out to SAMSUNG CARE and I have yet someone to reach back out. It’s been very stressful. The tech was profesional and understanding but the actual solution provided didn’t address the issue while at the same time, create another.

Look somewhere else if you need to fix appliances. Their technicians do not know how to diagnose the issue hence they will not be able to fix the issue either. word of advice - go with someone else, which will save you both time and money

When you call no one ever answers the phone in the Houston area on hold for almost 2 hours and left a message. Guess what no call back. I need them to fix what they were supposed to have already repaired. Customer service is terrible. And they are very convenient to schedule with. As of now I dont recommend! If I could.give negative stars I would! So unprofessional still waiting for a supervisor to call regarding my concerns. They lie about parts especially if its in them. Reported to Samsung! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

My experience was great! The customer service is very professional and courteous on the phone when scheduling service. It was very quick.Technician was very helpful as well as professional, he send me a text early that day to confirm the appointment and a quick call before arriving.Once he was done, he gave me a quick review of what was going on with my washer machine. I was grateful for the services.This company is just amazing. I engaged Samsung to see about a display panel issue on FRI, OCT 2nd. They took all information about this 55 TV, which was gifted to us on XMas of 2018. They collected all needed product info, verified that the TV was in warranty and assured that the claim would not require any additional information to proceed.On MON, we received a single NISI call, and they suggested that I would be required to provide a proof of purchase (PoP). I called Samsung to understand the discrepancy, and again was assured no PoP was required. This perplexed me.ON Tues morn, I contacted Samsung and NISI twice more. Both times the story was the same, direct counterpoint to each other, with Samsung truly attempting to help and move us forward. NISI was exactly the opposite, adamantly not trying to move forward. After a final 3rd call to Samsung on Tues, confirming that the TV was in warranty and that no PoP was required, it was now too late to reconnect with NISI, being after biz hours.On WED, I was able to get Samsung, whom was literally bending over backward, to get us a 3-way call with NISI. On that call, it was clearly stated that the TV was covered in warranty and that no PoP was required, as it was a gift. Further, the information needed for PoP (date/SN/Mod#/store/amount) was even provided via a card statement, which NISI deemed not usable. At this point, I asked what else could be done, after NISI simply dropped from the line.I was connected with another service provider. After connecting about the problem and forwarding a single pic, they ordered a new part and suggested that they would come to do the repair after it arrived. On FRI, after part arrival, they scheduled with me to do the repair on SAT morn. The TV was repaired by them, not NISI.Thank you to Maya, Michael, Audrey and the other reps from Samsung for your support and effort. Thank you to David, who rapidly responded and then performed the repair.After all of this NISI, has wasted roughly 8 hours of my time. They set me back three days. They actively obstructed the repair of my TV, to no benefit of themselves, despite direct suggestion from Samsung and involved effort on my part. I even went back to speak with a supervisor about the issue, to allow NISI to provide me with counterpoint and clarity before leaving this review, with absolutely no positive resolution to be found. I am literally appalled by how badly they made me feel and how much they actively fought taking the job.Do not allow them to do the same to you. Avoid doing business with them.No thank you to NISI, with whom I will hope to never have to engage again.

Came out to repair my TV and left in a WORSE condition than what it was. I have spent days trying to get in contact with someone but they have me ping ponging between Samsung Corporate and the service company. They claim it’s due to infestation but how convenient that when the technician comes out there’s more issues? They won’t take responsibility and hide behind the phone lines. It’s impossible to get supervisor details or contact info because the reps always say it’s not available. Overall HORRIBLE company, I’ve never had to take legal action against a service but there’s a first for everything I guess.

This company was recommended by Samsung back in October. I explained to the technician about the service light “Nd” on the washer. He basically did nothing and left. I called him to come back because as soon as I used the washer again I received the same service light. This time he took the machine apart and when he left the machine started to flood my laundry room. I called him again to come and fix!! Three times for the original call and then my machine started leaking again by January. He “fixed” again back in January and now in the beginning of May my machine is leaking again and they say it’s out of the 90 day warranty they provide and will not fix. My machine did not leak until the came and “fixed” it and now the will not accept responsibility. I’ve told Samsung that NISI is unethical and they should not use or recommend. I have called NISI 4 times to ask for a supervisor and they keep hanging up on me! STAY AWAY & DO NOT USE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.Going through this company was definitely a nightmare, I called in a few days ago, was on hold for the longest time, and come to find out, they only have one person working for the area Im calling into. The staff member was rude, she tried to rush me off the phone while I trying to get an explanation to why I wouldnt be covered. Then for some odd reason, she transferred me to Samsungs 1800 number without letting me know anything. I was livid at this point, I dont just sit around all day, I have a job, I have kids and errands that I have to run and take care of. I spoke to Samsung regarding this issue, and Samsung says they will escalate this issue and have this company reported. Come to find out, my dishwasher was covered, the representative must have not looked up my account or must have mistyped a different phone number because my dishwasher was barely bought a few months ago from Samsung and I have the receipt as well. I found another company through Samsung to come to my house and repair instead, Ive had no complaints about the current company Im with.

Home Depot set me up with NISI for a warranty repair for my Samsung dishwasher. I called in and set up this repair back on 31MAR. My first appointment was supposed to be 06APR. On the 5th I received a text message from NISI advising me that they needed to reschedule due to not having the part needed. My 1st question was, how do you know what part is needed? No one has been here to even look at the dishwasher. Well their response was that due to covid they try to have all possible needed parts so that they only make one trip. Ok, this makes sense. They rescheduled me from the 6th to the 12th. The tech showed up on the 12th and low and behold the part that he has is not what is needed (only brought 1 part) and he will need to reschedule. I receive a text to advise I will be scheduled for the 15th. However, on the morning of the 15th I received a call from the technician telling me that they do not have the needed part in stock. He was super apologetic, and said I would receive a call to reschedule. I received a text to schedule on the 20th. I asked to have a manage call me. She did and told me the part was there and they could come out on the 19th if that worked better. I said “NO leave me on the 20th. On the morning of the 20th they canceled the appointment again. Now I am rescheduled for the 27th, we will see if this part, is what is needed, or if they show up.

Kay Kim came to fix my dryer door (AMAZING JOB!!!!) Kay should be the standard for Techs entering a customers home. He was able to make my family and I to feel comfortable with a Tech in our home. The knowledge that he has shows the pride and love he has for his career. I would ONLY ever ask for people to be more like Kay, (Professional, kind, wore, PPE to protect my home and family,etc....) I would recommend Kay Kim to anyone who needs a Samsung repair.

Got their services in February to repair my Samsung TV. The Tech was not friendly and almost rude. Could not be understood. His diagnosis was wrong and he said I had to change the entire unit that goes in the back of the TV. Later when a friend came by the house it was found that a cable from the TV was hanging lose which was not, before the NISI Tech came! When that cable was connected, the TV started to work. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

Not pleased at all. they repaired my Samsung fridge less than a year ago and it has failed again, lost $250+ worth of food, have no fridge and they say their warranty is 90 days parts and labor. poor poor poor poor $2500 Fridge that has failed over and over for 5 years. Never buy a Samsung folks.had an appointment for today, 3/30/21, they confirmed yesterday. this morning they call and say they cannot make it, parts mysteriously disappeared. still not cold food in the house due to samsung and nisi incompetence.

Worst service experience I’ve had with TV repair. Almost impossible to talk to a person. When I asked for a manager to help resolve an issue she sent me to 1-800-SAMSUNG. They have been to our house 4 different times now and a poor repair by the technician has left us with no picture and no idea if or when they will be out to fix it. This is after we’ve been dealing with them for almost 3 months to complete the repair. Choose someone else if you have a choice.

Sam and another technician came to my house to look at my tv. They were professional and fast. While I need a new TV (impact damage) I was very happy with NISI. They gave me a window 12-2 and showed up on time, they even texted me in the morning and gave me a link to see where the technician were. I didn’t use it, but I think that’s pretty cool.

Gave detailed information on issues with my Samsung washer and technician showed up without part to repair my washer and could not explain why he did not have it. I called company and the part was in stock and they wanted me to wait an additional week to repair my washer. They basically blew me off and told me there was nothing they could do. DO NOT ALLOW SAMSUNG TO ASSIGN THIS COMPANY TO YOUR CASE. ASK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY. This company no-showed twice after sending email confirmations twice. They are awful. They did not cancel, they did not call, they just dont show. I took off twice from work and they never showed. I lost money and was unable to make it up. Do not use these people. Ice maker broke/not cooling water spoiled all in floor. Only had fridge for one year jan 2020 NISI marked it as damaged and couldn’t fix under warranty even though I’m STILL under warranty. They said I was sold a defective refrigerator that had damaged wires. Samsung tried to help but NISI refused without me having to pay for them to fix it. Terrible people, no honor for their guarantee or morals. Do not do business with Samsung as they sell defective products then contract with these malicious people so they don’t have to replace or repair products. I’m a single mother with two children stuck having to figure out how to replace my fridge.

This company is very rude, unprofessional. Samsung set up a repair and they contacted me. They initially told me it would be 2 weeks and then contacted back saying they had a cancellation and would come on2/5/21. My appointment for my TV repair was set for-------fri 2/5/21. The technician would contact me on the day of your service before 10 a.m. to provide the two hour window which can be anytime after 10am. The tech calls me at 8 am to say they would not come until after 3 pm. I was not able to be available at that time, so the technician canceled my ticket number with Samsung. Then Samsung told me there was nothing they could do since the company canceled the ticket. Samsung needed to start all over again to see if they could get another company.

Very poorly managed establishment. The management and repairmen are emotionally charged, unprofessional and dishonest. My refrigerator has needed repair since the week of Christmas 2020. Due to their negligence and incompetence Ive had to rearrange my dialysis appointments 4 times to accommodate their arrival time for my repair. Because they dont have the training or business acumen to accommodate those that pay them. The first repairmen tried to get me to pay $900 with no explanation of costs and after Samsung had to call Nisi to reprimand them for arbitrary charges they cancelled on me.After canceling more after the agreed upon window of time I havent been able to grocery shop or use my refrigerator since December 2020. One finally arrives this week and demands $300 upfront before even looking at the unit later sends a text threatening to not work on the refrigerator unless we call them with $300+ to give. These are the most irresponsible, ill prepared businessmen Ive had to encounter. Go anywhere else. Waste of time and money

They came on on schedule and called ahead of time. When the Tech arrived he noticed that all our shoes were at the front door. He asked if he couldn’t wear his in the house. I said “sure I’ll just spray the carpet”. He put his stuff down and came back with shoe covers. I appreciate that especially with covid going on. He also had his mask on and repaired my TV in less than 30 mins total.

I received this company’s phone number as a recommendation for assistance on my washing machine through Samsung. I spent ten minutes on hold to speak to someone. When I said I received their phone number from Samsung the representative cut me off completely saying they need a ticket number from Samsung and if I didn’t have one to call back. I tried to explain that Samsung has nothing to do with why I’m calling aside from being given their number as a recommendation. My call to this company would have been as if I had went on google and found their number. The representative refused to listen and said it doesn’t matter and that I still needed a ticket number and tried to transfer me to Samsung. I disconnected the call and will be taking my business elsewhere. If that’s how my initial call went I can’t imagine the rest of the process.

My refrigerator is out of warranty and since the compressor still under warranty Samsung authorized someone from this company to come over and inspect it. The tech was nice but told samsung i had an infestation issue. Got a pest company inspect the house and certify there was not a pest issue in my house. Samsung gave the ok for repairs to be paid out of pocket the only thing they would pay for is compressor related repairs. I have been trying to be in contact with this company in the last couple weeks and my call always got routed back to samsung. Finally was able to speak to a rep today she told me i need a new ticket number and transfer me back to samsung. Spoke to Samsung and said i don’t need a ticket number since it would be out of pocket. Called them again the rep who answered was rude asked for ticket number when i tried to explain the situation she interrupted me and demanded the ticket and said they can’t help me without the ticket. I wont recommend this company at all if you are paying out of pocket.

What a joke of a company. We call you to come out and wait a week and then you cancel day of and reschedule for the next week while my refrigerator remains unusable. When you finally do come out the technician says He didnt think to bring parts and that someone will contact us eventually to make the repair. We told you the compressor was out when we made the appointment. We ask when he will come back and he says within the next 2 weeks hopefully.I have filed a complaint with Samsung directly. Stayed home from work for 3 days spread over 3 weeks to wait for tech since you don’t know until 10am when they’re going to come. ALL 3 TIMES they had the wrong part due to some administrative error on their side. Now I’m waiting another week for the 4th visit to fix my TV.When you call them, you only talk to a dispatcher who tells you there’s nothing they can do (read: are willing to do) because there is something you can do. Overnight the part and get your rear-end back out to do the fix the next day. So my $2000 TV is down for a month less than 1 year from purchase date. Outrageous!

Today is 5/20/2020. The tech came out on Wed but the previous tech said they would schedule it for Tuesday and he would handle it but that fell through. So today Marat came and explained everything to me so thoroughly today. He is a complete asset and he should be your trainer. Terrible service on my Samsung TV warranty!!!! The technician arrived in a foul mood due to having to wait outside my gated community for 7 minutes, He did call from his personal phone but i missed it.How ever once inside my house and with a terrible attitude did not even check my tv and called Samsung to say that my Tv had external damage and that my warranty should be voided. Ticket CancelledI setup a different ticket with Samsung and asked for a second technician to come to the house for a second opinion, NISI cancelled that ticket automatically without even setting an appointment. Called ask to talk to a supervisor and last comment is that I should tell Samsung to use another company.This company is terrible at customer service!!

Found out this company is a FRAUD! I had a service done by NISIUSA for Samsung Refrigerator not cooling. The technician came and fixed the issue and charged me almost $400 and gave me 30 days warranty. After few days a found so much water in the fridge which was after his service. I called again and they want to charge again for the problem created by his technician. Looks like they purposely creating another problem to charge again for the next service. Avoid this company.

Jake was my technician who came out to fix my Samsung TV. He was very professional. He called me a little before 9 AM the day of to let me know he would be at my house by 12 PM to 2 PM. He arrived at 12:20 and had my TV fixed in 20 minutes. TV is still working great from the repair!

The service technician was very thorough and courteous. Daniel not only replaced the part of the dishwasher that was broken, but checked all of the hoses for blockage. I originally had an issue with my refrigerator in February with loud noise, fan going out and back of inside freezing up. They came - they replaced the fan among other things and I paid $625. In March, same issue. They returned and fixed it again. In April - same issue, came and fixed I t again. In May, same issue, came and fixed it again. Now the issues is back and I have to schedule them yet again. They are always nice and polite, but Im concerned this will never get fixed by them. In addition, each time except for the first time, they close my ticket with Samsung as a customer cancellation making it look like I cancelled and they never came. Im hoping someone in their company sees this and they can assist on a permanent fix.

I have some issues with my Samsung dishwasher which I bough less than a year ago thinking it was going to be a good product. The machine worked very well until 3 months ago but now the plates in the bottom section of the dishwasher always come out dirty. I asked for assistance and people came but the problem persists. I called again to ask for more assistance today, July 17 between 8am to 12am from the email confirmation. Today I called almost 10 times to receive a response to where the technician is since I’ve been waiting all morning and he’s still not here. I’ve received no response and I’ve just been forwarded around to people who couldn’t help or left to wait with music. Very unprofessional!!!!!

He also took the time to explain what was going on to cause the dishwasher to break and how we can prevent it from happening in the future. I have used this company for several repairs before and I usually get an appointment within 2 business days and their communication is clear and concise.

DO NOT LET SAMSUNG ASSIGN THESE PEOPLE TO YOUR CASE!!A real “wow” moment during their service call. Their tech came to our home, measured refrigerator temperature at 44 degrees, checked some of the fridge components & said everything is functioning properly. Then he left & closed our ticket with Samsung.As he was trying to leave without doing anything for my unsafe fridge, I explained to him by describing how the food is just not cold, like a glass of milk seems as if it has been on the counter for 45 minutes. He laughed while responding,”Put some ice in it ha,ha.”I love Samsung, too. They’d be very wise to tear up their contact with NISI-TXWOWWhat a horrible representation of Samsung.

Technician was very helpful as well as professional, he send me a text early that day to confirm the appointment and a quick call before arriving. I had my washer machine leaking all over the floor of my laundry room. The technician worked on it for about 40 minutes, once he was done, he gave me a quick review of what was going on with my washer machine. I was grateful for the services.

I would love to give a 0 but its not an option. The tech Steven came out and I was finishing up lunch for my family. He told me that my middle burner did not work because of improper maintenance. I explained to him that I was just cooking and a little oil got on stove top. He says he was not going to repair it. I tried to wipe up stove and asked to speak with his manager. He called his office and spoke in foreign language and then told me because I asked him to speak with his manager he did not have to repair stove. He then took knob off of stove that he replaced and walked out. He was horrible and refused to give me number to call. I am very disappointed and wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a problem with my ice maker freezing 2 times since I bought it in 2016. This time my warranty is expired but NISI sent Russell Song out to fix it. He was very polite & went above and beyond to not only replace the whole ice maker but move the fridge to get inside to make sure everything was hooked up correctly & working properly. Samsung okd warranty work on the bottom freezer of my Samsung Refrigerator. It was even in the notes from Samsung. NISI calls me up and says this is not warranty work and you will be charged. I told them to contact Samsung to verify the note hat warranty was correct. Customer Service argued with me and then in the middle of the call transferred me to Samsung. Last time I called Samsung they returned my call in 1.5 hours (thats another review). I called NISI back and the CS person knew it was me and didnt say another and transferred me to Samsung and this happened twice. Then I requested the person in charge and they have not called me back but I just got a text that my appointment was canceled. Awesome customer service? Who trains these people?

My ice maker broke and ice cubes were coming out crushed. Tried to remove the ice bucket but it froze in.Samsung sent Travis who did an excellent job! He was very professional and friendly. Customer service could vary based on what technicians you choose from. Some are inadequate in terms of skills and services, others are pretty satisfactory. The technician I called arrived on time and asked me the issues I was having with my refrigerator. Very assuring. After inspecting my refrigerator, the technician listed out the parts I would need to fix the refrigerator and explained the issues easy enough for normal people can understand. Very thoughtful of him. He then told me to wait for a week or two until the parts arrive. This is where I was a little frustrated about. I had to call them endlessly since I did not get any response from them after weeks of waiting. The technician arrived (not the same guy I met before) later than I expected and took much longer to fix my refrigerator. I was thankful that my refrigerator got fixed; however, from a customer standpoint, some technicians really need to step up their games and provide excellent services to their customers.

Sergio was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He contacted me in the morning and gave me a two hour window. He arrived on time. I have had my ice maker repaired 4 times by other services only for it to stop working in a few months. Sergio repaired the ice maker with the latest redesigned parts and showed me the difference between the old parts and the redesigned parts. He was the most knowledgeable tech yet.

I could write a novel on all of the issues we have had with both Samsung and NISI, but the majority of the issues have come from NISI. We have been trying to get our refrigerator repaired for seven weeks, and it is still not working properly. Samsung has finally offered to replace the fridge completely, so we hopefully never have to deal with NISI again.This has truly been the worst service experience my husband and I have ever had and will deter us from buying Samsung appliances in the future. Not because Samsung’s service has been poor, but because the only Samsung service provider in DFW is NISI. Without any competition, NISI has no incentive to provide a high (or even decent) level of service. Their lack of concern, lack of follow up (when they say they will follow up), lack of customer service skills (defensive/argumentative responses to our frustrations, technicians walking out without doing anything, transferring our calls to wait in the hours long queue for Samsung Customer Service without telling us we are being transferred), lack of a sense of urgency (average of two to three weeks in between all four appointments), dishonesty (cancelling service tickets without telling us, and then claiming they were cancelled “per the customer’s request), and complete incompetence (different diagnoses from different technicians, additional fridge issues following repairs, conflicting information regarding warranty from different people) are baffling to me.

Had an issue with horizontal lines on my 55 TV, its a pesky problem that wasnt consistent. My TV was slightly out of the 1 yr warranty but I called Samsung and they actually extended my warranty to cover parts to fix but I needed to cover labor. This was good on Samsungs part and I was satisfied with the action taken.I was transferred to NISI and they sent a tech out to my house to diagnose the issue. The issue was intermittent so I tried getting pictures of the problem to share with tech to help troubleshoot. I wasnt there when the tech showed up but he ordered a whole new screen. I figured he knew what he was doing so I went along with it and paid the labor charge to have the part replaced. The tech said to call him if there were any issues that come up. A few days later the horizontal line problem came back and we tried several times to reach the tech but he would not return our calls/texts. Part of the blame is on me since I was super busy at the time and couldnt keep following up with these guys, but eventually we exceeded the 90 day warranty. The issue was intermittent so wed go weeks without the problem showing up but now it seems to happen daily. I tried contacting this service provider only to be told your out of the 90 days period. Truth is we tried on several occasion to contact them but they didnt return our call/text. Avoid these guys if you can!Samsung - you need to find another place to service your equipment and uphold the Samsung brand name!!! These guys are not getting it done and ruin your attempts to to help customers!!!

Also the technician explained the cause of the issue and specify the issues. He also explain what I could do next if this happens again.
