I bought a new car, and wasnt going to pay extra money for a custom color, so I decided to get a wrap for two main reasons: it is cheaper than a paint job and it allows me to change the design later if I want.My wife and I are video game nerds and we decided on a Mass Effect theme, but I am also a fan of the fender stripe a la Corvette Gran Sport. We figured out a design that we were both happy with, and we reached out on Facebook to people in our neighborhood for suggestions. Several mentioned Car Wrap City.The people at Car Wrap were extremely accommodating, and they reviewed and accepted our design, they provided several options for material quality, as well as a color swath so we could see the actual color palette for ourselves. They took the measurements of the design, ordered the materials, and took delivery of the car for a few days (car had to be clean coming in).The design turned out wonderfully, and we were very pleased with the look. Unfortunately, there were some lifting issues soon after we took the car home; we contacted Car Wrap again and they fixed them at the next available appointment, free of charge.Fast forward a month or two, and we sadly got a long tear down the side of the front passenger quarter panel, right across the stripe. We contacted Car Wrap again, they booked us in at their next available appointment, and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of a paint touch up (the wrap protected the factory paint from any defects).Throughout all of this, their helpfulness and customer service have been top-tier, and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. If I ever need another car wrapped, I will not hesitate to call Car Wrap City first.

I had my car wrapped here in 2018 and unwrapped in 2021. They did a great job. The guy who did my design doesnt work there anymore but Im sure their other designers are probably good too. The wrap install was really well done and it got a lot of compliments

Awesome company and wonderful people. They did a great job wrapping my Ford Mustang with a Captain America wrap. I will not forget that trip, I love the trip every single way. I will return once I get my Shelby GT500. It will be another awesome ride. Edit: I dont know if their past reimbursement program is active anymore. I asked, and the current Sales Manager stated, they are no longer honoring that program...so if you are traveling out of state, make sure to ensure that you are aware whether they are going to promote, and honor that program or not.

Jst had my hood and roof wrapped on my 2017 Camaro SS in satin black.I have to say its the best wrap job Ive seen. These guys are the most professional people in the business. I am beyond happy and would recommend anyone to try them out. Im a customer for life now.

These guys are the best. Went to 6 different places to find the right one. Car Wrap City was my last stop. My truck was a 2008 F-150 STX with silver stripes with a Dallas Cowboys star. When I pulled in front of building there was a salesman standing in reception office his name was Jeff Davis he saw my truck and right when I walked in he said I know exactly what you want. He showed me a couple of pictures on the wall and right then I new I was at the right place. He got me with a designer his name was Larry Norman. I showed him what I wanted on my baby. He then took the ball and ran with it and made a touchdown with the design. I personally would like to thank all the staff that was involved in this project. Scott Wolf, the sales rep, is excellent. Very informative, patient and accessible. The design staff was prompt with drafts and changes. Very easy to work with, not trying to sell you on their design...very open minded. The vehicle work was done as scheduled with minimal time out of service. Over the years we have used other wrap companies for our corporate vehicles in the Dallas area. They were difficult to work with and provided little follow through. Scott and his team at Car Wrap City are the best.

Ive probably had around 45 vehicles wrapped by Car Wrap City. Theyve got it down. Weve done full wraps and partial ones. Either way we still get the same great service. Never had an issue with the design process, install or quality. We like to use some different color variations on a lot of our fleet and Tam Is a pro at coming up with new options. Ive used companies that cost twice as much and dont offer a better process or product.

I’m Jeremiah the guy with the Bumper on the Bentley. Car Wrap city did A excellent job on my Bentley. They did not have the car ,so they matched the bumper color up by the picture which it was not the same color. When I drove my car up to their place they seen that it was not the same color, so they immediately re-wrapped it “free” no charge! They were very Friendly! Their customer service was EXCELLENT! I wanted to have my G35 wrap again in a different color so i asked for quote 2 days passed i never heard from them. i was thinking its okay they are probably busy so i had a day off i went up there to get a quote the girl came out took photos i told her what i wanted she said they would contact me they never did another 5 days went by finally i took my 10k went to another place where they actually respond to you with a quote. what wrap city did was unacceptable for any business to do to potential customer. if that how they treat you before commit to you think how they would treat you once they have your money

I looked at many different companies to wrap my 6 Series BMW and I am so glad that I chose Car Wrap City!! Everyone was extremely professional and the attention to detail was incredible! They continuously updated me on how the wrap was coming along and when I finally saw my vehicle wrapped, I was blown away!! I did a matte black and it looked better than I had ever expected. I searched high and low for imperfections but everything was perfect. They even did the inside door jambs which I have never seen before! I strongly recommend getting a wrap from them!!!

Today was my first experience with wrap city and unfortunately it wasn’t a good one. I don’t recommend anyone goes there. I gave them a bumper to wrap and they didn’t match the color properly. I ended up paying 750$ for them to tell me that i need to pay another 300$ to fix their work. I work with high end cars and body work on a daily basis and I’ve never had an experience like this. Wrap city is good at smiling in your face but when you turn your back, they don’t care about the customer. I have the proof in pictures.

These guys will really take care of you. They have a team of great designers, and their work is top notch. I had them wrap some company vehicles, and we constantly get compliments on our cars.

I am very pleased with my experience. The designers walked me through the process, showed me multiple proofs and even sent me pics during the wrapping phase. The level of installation perfection is just outrageous. I get asked all the time if it is paint. I shopped around and found their pricing on par, if not below several other major wrap companies in the DFW area. For the quality, they cant be beat.

When I spoke to Mike over the phone I thought I had found a dream company that I would have a long relationship with as my company grows more and more. Almost a month, a call and 2 follow up emails later no one has gotten back to me. That speaks volumes about their professionalism.

I actually sid not have whole car wrapping. However, they were so helpful to me providing their advice for the vinyl work of the collars. They told me exact places where I can find the small pieces of vinyl products to restore the sunburn collars of my car. I hope thay are also good in their job.

Let me start by how unprofessional one of their drivers are. While waiting behind one of their trucks for a protected left turn, the light turned green. He was not paying attention, so I honked to alert him as there were several cars also wanting to turn. He proceeded to turn VERY slowly, and as I went to pass, he swerved into my lane. Then, as I passed him, he greeted me by giving me the middle finger! I was outraged by how immature this driver acted to a fault of his own.
