Needs some improvement. Cannot reach by phone. Ever. Will not accept all forms of payment. Has no set schedule. Might be good for self service but certainly not reliable for wash/dry/fold services- especially for the price.

I have been coming to Willow Creek Laundromat regularly for a while. The laundromat is very clean, including the bathroom. The woman who runs it is very helpful. The machines are in good shape. I have enjoyed coming here!

I love doing laundry here. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and helpful. The machines are all clean and work good. The prices vary from $3.25 to $8.00 per washing machine and .25 cents per 4 or 5 minutes depending in the size of the dryer. Also if you dont have time to do your laundry, you can drop it off to be done by the staff and pay $2 per pound of the laundry. They fold it and have it ready for you to pick up. They even offer a $5 reward if you sign in every time you come and after 10 visits you get the $5 in quarters. They have free wifi and drink and snack machines, they sell laundry bags and laundry detergents and dryer sheets all at the front too. Bathrooms, places to fold your laundry. All these reasons make it my favorite place to do laundry.

Very clean! Well kept up machines! Change machine and many different size washers and dryers. The owner is kind, personable and helpful with anything on the premises.

This place is usually pretty clean and not too busy, but sometimes the rubber seals on the washer doors have mold and hair around them, so i always find a clean machine to wash my clothes. The folks who work here are nice and helpful. There is free wifi and plenty of places to sit. They have large tables for folding. Some of the washers seem pretty old, but they are swapping some of them for new ones, it seems. They still use change instead of cards, but there is an ATM they recently installed.

This has always been my preferred laundromat, and I’ve been to many. Even if I lived closer to other ones, it’s still worth coming to this one! Always clean, never crazy busy, and there is always helpful attendants there. It’s obvious the owner is hands on and takes good care of the place. I feel esp safe and appreciative right now as I know folks will be wearing masks and distancing! We’re all in this together, even at the laundromat!

This place is usually great to come and wash your clothes, but for the first time in the last 5 years I had a bad experience with a person who is at the front desk.Other times I had some misunderstanding but everything was fix through cordial talking and everyone happy at the end. This time not so much.I Will be talking to the owner about this incident because the staff is lacking in manners to let you know if there has been changes to how the place operates.All the people I have met up to this point had been cordial and nice. I hope that continues because I come here often and it feels always great to wash and dry at this place.Edit: talked to the owner and reassure me that the incident should not have happened and that the staff will be informed on how to handle things in a better way next time.

Before the pandemic this place was nice and the staff but my first time which will be my last, I was told to fold my things outside on tables. I dont think I want to fold personal items outside in the public view. I get youre try to be safe but heres a tip I went to Chapel Hill laundromat, and they are clean and working at full capacity with new machines for great price plus under new management and they are great and you can wash pillows and other heavy-duty items as long as youre following state covid-19 rules you being there is not a problem.

This is a great laundry mat and very kid friendly. The person behind the counter is usually ready with crayons and coloring books when I bring my little ones in.The price for the machines is just right with the largest washers at $7 a wash and the smallest at $3.25. The large dryers are 25¢ for four minutes and the others are 25¢ for five minutes. So all and all if you have a really large load (like 4-6 home washer sized loads) itll probably be about $10 all together.Its usually quiet during the evening and rarely busy when I come in

Wanted to dry my clothes here .needed a dryer for only 30 minutes. and was made to stand outside in the heat. You have to leave the building while you dry your clothes. I will never ever do business here again. I bet if I was white I could have stayed inside to do my laundry.

Newer machines. Good prices. always clean. Open early (6 am). Friendly and helpful staff. Also loyalty program where you get five dollars after ten visits.

It’s great when open but they close and change hours weekly. Was closed at the start of stay at home then opened up for a couple weeks and now they closed back up again. Don’t make plans for this place.

I have not had to use a laundromat in years, even so I felt welcome right away by Lakeisha. Lakeisha was very Hands-On in helping me with the different washers and dryers, while at the same time giving help to others and multitasking doing her work.I was very grateful for her expertise as I was clearly very awkward in trying to use the machines and Lakeisha put me at ease. As I have been traveling I had my dog in the car and fortunately they have an outside area whereas I could sit and wait until my laundry was done with my dog put him back in the car and then go get my laundry. A great overall 1st experience.

This is one of the great laundromats in Charlotte! They have well maintained and affordable laundry service. However, they do not have enough washers to accommodate the high demand of customers, so I have to go to other laundromats to wash my clothes.

Very helpful in helping with a rug that had been stained with tomato sauce.

I came in expecting my $5 dollars that I didnt use the previous time and I was told that I had to receive it the previous time so I agreed to the fine print. The dark skinned woman explained it and I agreed to the understanding but then she started mouthing off like they always do then I told her 3 times that I was not talking to her but she kept with her disrespect but another woman came in and I asked her to evaluate the cameras or ask any of the customer of the foul mouth way that she carried herself and she did not take the time to look into the situation. Thats how much these people care about your business, but there is a young man that works here and he is very very good.

My first experience at a laundromat and it was excellent! Tim was extremely helpful on the phone and then Jesse was awesome in person. He helped me pick out a machine and walked me through the process. I needed to wash 3 large comforters, and they made the daunting task easy! I went mid-day, mid-week and there were about 4 other people there doing laundry. If you feel comfortable leaving, there are several quick restaurants in walking distance too!

The lady was very rude and there were roaches. Never will I go there again.

I approached Gina and told her about one of the three dryers that I used and she pretty much said too bad so sad, no honor for doing the right thing. I explained to her properly about the situation and she tried to justify without trying to correct the error but she will always be who she is unfortunately but Chris always carries himself with intergrity and makes this place look good hope she pays attention to Chris so she can see how to be a gentle woman as as Chris is a Gentleman. She just approached me and told me not to come back because I posted an honest review and she even asked google to remove it and google didnt remove it because it was proper and accordingly but shes always trying to justify everything.

Love this place!! If you need to do laundry in the area, this is the best place to go. They even offer rewards for coming in. Just sign in on the tablet in the front or the back by the change machine and every 10 times you sign in, you get $5 free in quarters!! That comes in handy big time!! The employees are so friendly and cool and help you with whatever you need. They even sell laundry bags, detergent, and stuff like that for really good prices. And free wifi!! What more could you want

The owner she really rude the lady name Keisha haven’t been here wonder why but it haven’t been clean since she been gone the vibe different also. the owner mean old woman she don’t understand nobody be packing her machines n she have a smart month I can give u a list of things just please bring Keisha back please 😔

The place was clean and there are plenty of machines to choose from. The attendant was professional and courteous. When the coin machine wouldn’t accept my dollar bill, he exchanged it for me and gave me an extra quarter for my troubles.

Im sold! I have a laundry room about 50 feet away from my apartment, but I always go to Willow Creek because I get my laundry done in about half the time at about half the price. Also, the young man behind the counter (the owners son) is extraordinarily helpful and friendly - a huge selling point.I first came here because I had a bedspread to wash that was too big for a regular washing machine. I decided to bring all my laundry including coats and other bulky things while I was at it. I was able to put all of it (about 5 loads worth) into one of the big machines for $6.50 (the machines at my complex would have cost $7.50 for five loads and not been able to take the bulky stuff anyway) and it was done in 39 minutes as opposed to 29 for my laundry room.I was then able to put everything into one of the jumbo dryers and it took about an hour and $3.75 to get everything dry. This is the most clean, well-managed laundromat Ive ever seen. Recommend, but I hope word of this place doesnt spread too quickly because Ive never had to wait for a machine and I hope it stays that way!

This laundromat has all the basics covered, many machine sizes, and no waits when I came on a Sunday afternoon. The very helpful attendant, who spent his spare time cleaning, put this place over the top.
