If I could move in here I would. It’s perfect. The space is beautiful, clean, and the bathroom has everything you could possibly need. Emily Rose is a magician, and such a genuinely nice person. She works magic with my sad pale brows. I went in today in need of a confidence boost before I started my new job. In addition to my wax and tint, I was treated to a mini facial massage and sample Reiki session, all while laying on a heated table. Confidence boosted! I can’t wait for my next appointment, and as a person who baseline never wants to leave my house, that is saying something.

Had my brows and bits waxed by Emily Rose. Read all of the positive reviews about her and sure enough, they were right! She reshaped my brows, was very nice and full of personality. Definitely coming back!

I was recently waxed by Emily, one of the owners, after 5+ years of sugaring. I was nervous that wax would hurt but to my surprise, it hurt LESS!! It was the most painless (though obviously not pain free) wax Ive ever had. I was in and out (including payment) in 20 minutes for both eyebrows and a Brazilian. Not to mention, Emily makes an uncomfortable experience fun and less awkward! Support this women-owned local business!!

Went here for the first time today to inquire about eyelash extensions, the woman at the front counter was incredibly informative and very friendly. They had time for a walk-in so I went ahead and got a quick facial wax and was amazed by how little it hurt compared to the old fashioned strips. Price was very reasonable so I will certainly be back.

Wax poetic is the best!! I have gotten my lashes lifted and lashes are done perfectly every time. Prices are reasonable, quality is impeccable, and I will never go anywhere else! I love this place and am really happy my sister pushed me to try them out. Anu is my girl for eyebrows. She is meticulous with making sure my eyebrows are on point. I love this place so much that even living in DC, I make a trip to visit family and get my brows done at least once a month.

I have been going to Wax Poetic for their waxing services but recently branched out and tried their Facial Infusion and I do not have any regrets! Right after my last facial I ran into some friends who commented on how much my skin was glowing. The warm towels along with the hand and shoulder massage made me feel incredibly relaxed for the rest of the day. Weeks later I am still enjoying the effects and am in love with how my skin feels. I will definitely return for another Facial Infusion soon!

My favorite waxing place but cant speak to the other services. Ive been seeing Tara for years for waxes and shes just wonderful. Decor here is cute and hip and staff is all happy and friendly. Saw Siobhan for the first time and the wax was good, but she left a chunk of hair behind. Ill probably try to see Tara in the future. 😊

I have been going to Wax Poetic for years and have never had a bad experience. Its in a great location, parking is easy, and the space is super cute. The products they use are incredible and everyone truly cares that youre doing the best for your skin. I would never go anywhere else for a wax/facial/massage, etc!

Ive gone to Emily Rose for various services for two years now + am so grateful for her expertise (and for her generally awesome existence). The fact that Wax Poetic is a female owned, local business that carries great, organic products is honestly just the cherry on top of everything else that they do. I cant imagine anyone not falling in love with Wax Poetic as I have.

All staff are very friendly. Great facilities. They offer lots of services and seen to be adding more regularly. Emily Rose is great. Very relaxing atmosphere.

I was having a horribly awful tension headache and shoulder pain and was in tears on my way to my appointment. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere was lovely. Susan worked on my neck and shoulders and it was truly amazing, she obviously has a great understanding of physiology and she did work out a lot of the tension that was giving me the headache. I will 100% be coming back to see her.

Convenient location and the rooms are very clean and private. This was my first appointment post-Covid and Emily Rose did an amazing job! She made me very comfortable and my eyebrows look great! I will definitely be back!!

I love wax poetic! This was my 4th or 5th time there and I have absolutley no complaints! Anubhava is amazing, and she has done an amazing job every time. She listens to your needs, and responds with helpful advice and with a personalized service directed to your needs. The vibe there is extremely welcoming and calm and everything from the music to the beds are perfection. Not to mention the breathtakingly affordable prices!!
