We needed a structural engineer to look at some foundation issues and, while other engineers were scheduling 2-3 weeks out, Rob was able to come out same day. He delivered his report within days which enabled us to assess the condition of the house before the end of due diligence. He was very punctual. Great experience.

I called for a consultation, but he refused to even come out and take a look because it was too far outside of his normal area. He said he services Chapel Hill and Durham. I live in Durham. Not impressed.
