HORRIBLE! Has LOST my mail, sent to a PO Box, ON-SITE, MULTIPLE times! TERRIBLE managing! What a WASTE of government funding. Also just LOST a package I handed directly to them, as Never received. Deserves LESS than 1 star!
The UPS store had a long slow line so I went to the post office where there was a short quick line. Out in 5 minutes
They can get busy here but the new team are great - informative - polite - helpful - cheerful - and they do go as fast as they can. Very pleasant and excellent service. !! Totally recommend. APRIL 2019
Service here is absolutely horrible, we were at the register filling out addresses on a package. Even though it took less than a minute to write, the woman decided to help the next person in line then went to the back while completely ignoring us. Extremely Rude and unhelpful. Not wearing a name tag but when I find out I’m filing an official complaint. Didn’t even get a thank you after we paid.
Service was extremely helpful and kind.The supervisor Evan was also very helpful.
They dont answer the phone now matter what!!!!! So ridiculous!!!
