I went to tech doctors once a year ago after frying my computer, and needing major help to save it. Henry was great then, so when I had an issue I couldnt fix on my own recently, I called and got a same day appointment. Great help once again. This kind of expertise is expensive, and I feel like Ive always gotten a really good deal on the services.

We’re on vacation from out of town. Found tech doctors and called. Our iPhone 6s needed a new screen. (One drop too many.) They had a replacement screen and got on it right away. Had it done in 45 minutes. Done and done right! Good prices too.

Henri is the best, very honest and great at explaining exactly what he’s doing. I’ve gone to him for phone and computer support, and been satisfied each time. He can do Mac and PC support which is great. Anything that cant be accomplished DIY, Henri can do.

I brought in my 3 year old IMac that was never fast and just kept getting slower. Henri took it the same day I called, put in a new solid state drive, transferred all my files and data, and had it ready to go the next day. When I picked it up Henri helped me out with a few basic questions about my computer that had been bugging me. I brought it home plugged it in, and its lightning fast! No more frustrations! Dukkys great customer service and amazing low prices make this shop the only place to go for all your computer repair needs. When the Apple Genius Bar informed me that my MacBook Pro was considered obsolete (older than 7 years) and they could not repair it, I sought informal quotes from several vendors. I choose Dukky because of its lower price (40% less than the other Mac repair shop in town) and faster turnaround time. Dukky is also significantly cheaper than the Apple Store: several years ago Apple replaced the bottom case rubber foot at $15 each; Dukky charged only $4. Thank you, Henri, for your fine, thorough service. I will bring any future computer work, including my husband’s Dell computers, to your shop.

I had a minor disaster over the weekend. An old phone synced with my new phone over wifi and years of photos were deleted. The internal drive of my phone and the SD card were erased. I was quoted $350 to $1,500 to send my phone and SD card to remote facilities for repair. I called around and iGeek told me about Henri at Dukky Repair and Recovery. i took my phone and SD card in today and Henri was able to restore the photos and get them off the SD card and onto a thumb drive! - And the people at Google Photos Support said my photos were gone! My cost was $35 for less than 30 minutes of work!I highly recommend talking to Henri for any data recover issues.
