My preparer Vanessa is awesome. She helps you understand with any questions and anytime I see her she has a smile on her face. I recommend her because she goes over and beyond and you can tell she cares for her clients. She gets to know you. This is my second year coming to her and she knew my name right when she seen my face and I didn’t even have an appointment.

Thomas is super fast and asks the right questions. Was able to do drop off service so I didnt have to sit in the store. They are open everyday except Sunday from 11:00 am until 700 pm during the shutdown.

Melissa was the best tax preparer I’ve ever had, and that is without exaggeration. She was thorough, patient, organized, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Melissa Jackson to friends, family, anyone who wants a job done above and beyond excellent. VERY PLEASED!!

Took 5 days to get the loan was told within 24 hours. Found out they didnt process my taxes they were just sitting in the computer. Then the bank was behind. I really needed the loan asap because my car broke down so this was a pretty stressful process.
