This is the friendliest and most efficient car wash I have ever used! They think of everything that a avidclean car owner would need. Everything is included in the price from high-pressured are devices that blow the extra water off your car too a machine that will wash your floor mats. We have a monthly subscription for two cars and will continue to use this place until we move.

I absolutely love this car wash. I was fearful of going to the car wash until I found this place. The employees are courteous and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. In particular, Michael went above and beyond to assist me when I called with a question. I’m so glad to be a member of swift wash!!!

I was out of town for a while and hadnt cleaned my car for way too long. I paid for the top of the line $14 and was VERY impressed with the results!! My rims were DIRTY....until I went through this wash...this car wash cleaned my rims and they look amazing! The tire shine has some kind of super powers to it because they looked just as good many days later! The chemicals they use here provide for a great wash and some kind of really good paint sealant. The vacuums are powerful and there are plenty of them. I went to another drive thru wash a couple of weeks later and was very unimpressed with the results. I just looked at the website to see how much the club membership is and it is $30 per month for the same wash that I paid $14 for using just once. Well it doesnt make sense not to sign up because it hasnt been a month since I have been there and I am going on my third wash, which means this wash would have cost me $2 and anymore would be free this month!! I know if I do the membership it will encourage me to use this more and just keep my car that much cleaner.I strongly recommend this site for your car wash needs!!

I have been using Swift Wash for about two years, you can’t beat the price for unlimited washes.. super convenient location, friendly staff, and even when there is a line - it moves quick. Washes are awesome, and leave your car looking brand new. The dryers are the best part, especially in winter having the cleanest car on the road.

I have 3 vehicles with monthly plans. (You could offer me a bulk rate) LOLWe have NEVER had an issue. The employees are really nice and keep the place CLEAN. Great place. Clean. They maintain their equipment well. However, it’s easy to lose a rear wiper blade off the back window if the back of the vehicle is vertical.

The young men that worked there Saturday evening were kind & considerate.... I said I couldnt bend over to vacuum as I just had surgery and it was difficult . A Young man said dont worry about it and he sent someone over to help. I do wish they had full service though so that they would vacuum and clean out the inside of the car especially for we who are older. They are a few miles from me I wish there was one closer because theyre one of the only places that seems to care.

The Ultimate Wash does a great job on the car and is a great value. Snow and ice appear to be easily cleaned off of the windshield and body. Plus the car looks showroom new every time. The automatic floor mat cleaner is a nice touch and much appreciated especially in winter, but also in summer...spring...autumn...and any time in between.The staff is extremely friendly and professional.PLUS, the bathrooms are super clean...handy for before or after a long drive!

The Best of the best!I have been using this Swift car wash for a year and half now and they have been amazing all year long. I’m enroll in their monthly program, where it’s worth the buck, to keep my brand new 2020 spotless.Their wash always leaves my car in shining conditions. I never have had issues with a bad car wash. They have phenomenal vacuums, air hose, and carpet cleaner. If a vacuum isn’t working , they are quick to fixing it.Best of all, all of their staff crew members have been helpful and pleasant to work with.I brag about this car wash to my peers. Just got a membership since my job changed. I was sad to leave my old car wash where I have been a member for two years but this car wash is amazing! Everyone is super helpful and my car looks better than how my last car wash place left it (sorry guys!)Definitely recommend it! Squeaky clean as always. Starter sprayed extra soap on windshield for bug residue. Worked like a charm. Dont forget to use the air hoses at drying station to blow out water from all the small exterior nooks and crannies, places you cant get at with a towel.

Been a member for awhile and have been overall very happy. Yesterday my vehicle sustained some damage due to another customer’s negligence. Despite the fact the issue was caused by a customer, I received a call within 24 hours from the owner who explained what occurred following a review of the video. I was pleased with the outcome of the conversation and the owner’s responsiveness to my concerns. Definitely recommend based on cost, quality and great staff.

Love this place! I appreciate a car wash that has an attendant on duty, and Logan was a great one! I had accidentally pulled in to the lane before getting my membership activated, and Logan ran to get my wash started under my membership, and met me after with my new sticker. Overall a great wash and good vacuums-- glad to have a membership here!

This is clearly the best car wash in the area! The place is always spotless, the staff is SO friendly, and the fact they have free vacuums AND a mar cleaner, makes this a no-brainer. The monthly membership is totally worth it!

Always use swift wash especially because they have nice vaccums and air compressors for Mats, even if they aren’t working one day for whatever reason they have an awesome Mat cleaner inside now that does the trick! Logan helped me out as well as another gentleman who was very nice! I decided to get the membership since I use it so often and it’s cheap highly recommend to anyone who wants to try it at least once!!!

I’ve had a membership here for a months now and I am honestly never satisfied with the results. Today I upgraded to the most expensive wash and still have bird droppings, dirt, water marks, and dust on my car. My car is also left with surface scratches all over the paint, finally canceling my membership today.

Great carwash - reasonably priced but as a long time Club Member Im getting tired of waiting in the Club only line for car after car who are not club members and want to pay via credit card or cash. The CLUB line should be reserved for CLUB members only. An hour ago four cars went through the regular line while I was stuck with someone having an issue with a credit card (in the Club lane) and required assistance. Please address this - put up signs at the entrance like CLUB MEMBERS ONLY RIGHT LANE - NO CREDIT/CASH. I dont have a problem when there is no one in line but Im tired of thinking Im getting special service only to have someone who gets a car wash once a month jump in and tie up the lane. Please fix it or Ill cancel my subscriptions.

I have always had an unlimited car wash package, no matter what city I’ve lived in. I recently moved to Sleepy Hollow and originally joined a car wash in East Dundee. I had several bad experiences, so I cancelled and the owner did not even try to persuade me that I shouldn’t. I went to Swift Car Wash and a lovely gentleman asked me if I was a Club Member and I said no, but was interested in a day I had a bit more time. He guaranteed that the process would take no longer than the car wash. Sure enough, I filled out the form in the wash and he met me when it was done and put the sticker on my windshield and I was on my way. BEST decision I made. I have to say that Swift is the BEST value for the low monthly payment. I am always happy with my results and the gate mechanism never fails for my entry into the wash. An added perk is how friendly and professional the staff is. I am ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile and wave. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Swift Car Wash to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional business who cares about their customers. Keep up the great work guys!!

It’s a great car wash.

Ive noticed the new owners are constantly improving the wash. It looks like their applicators have been upgraded recently. It also seems like they changed chemicals as my car is slicker than usual and the rain just glides right off the vehicle.That being said, my favorite new feature is the mat cleaner they have free to use with any wash.

I am so surprised that anybody rates this business under 5 stars. The wash works well, they are always open (except in the worst weather), they provide vacuums, a car mat wash machine, an air hose to blow the dust off the dash and in the vents, and even outdoor music while you work. The best Ive ever encountered.

Went today and got the ultimate wash and signed up for the unlimited wash club, at 30 bucks a month what a deal. After you go through the car wash they have free vacuums and air hoses to use to blow out the extra water from the crevices in your car. I will try that out next time as I was in a hurry to run some errands but other than that it is pretty quick and does a decent job of cleaning the car.

First time here and everyone is so helpful from entering the wash to leaving. They welcomed me and asked me if I had any questions. This wash is worth it, I dont live near here, I picked the first wash I saw and it was a great pick. They also had free vaccums which I used after and those were great too. I will be back.

The website and Google search indicate the store will open at 7 am but it was close. Before cleaning people’s car please clean your website.

Used swift wash for my first time snd was pretty dissapointed. Paid $14 for their best car wash and the soap and “ceramic” coat didnt get rinsed off. Had to wipe the car down when i got home.

Been a member for last 8-10 months. Went in on Saturday to get a sticker for my new car. Was greeted and taken care of by Michael. Changed my info and then went to install. There was a factory sticker in top left corner of windshield. He took the time help me remove (because I wanted to) get goo gone and windex to make sure it was done right and looked good. Then after I ran it through the wash and was vacuuming he came out to make sure l was good and showed me how to use the new mat cleaner. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to find people that not only can do a job but can take those extra steps to make the customer experience amazing. Swiftwash in Carpentersville is where I go to keep clean in-between my own deep cleanings on my personal vehicles. Its clean, the equipment all works like new and the employees are all very pleasant to deal with. I especially like the young man Logan. Hes always asking if theres anything he can do to help. I really appreciate good people and quality workers. If you need anything Omar is always ready to go the extra mile and help out. I had a spill on my weathtech floor liner and he ( without expecting anything from me ) rinsed the floor liner off for me. I have four accounts there and would refer all to use Swift Wash. Tonight I stopped in with a car wash related question and Renzo went out of his way to call the boss and get my question answered. Look around this place when you go next. After Brett the manager at Meat & Potato spoke so highly of the place. I decided to give it a try. I liked it so much I signed up for the monthly plan. Was very impressed with the drying process. If you have the chance go at night and look up as your about to enter the exit and youll see two high output gas heaters blowing directly onto your car. Very satisfied!!

Me and my family have been coming here for around 4 years now, they have took new ownership 2 years ago and I am shocked by the level of costumer service and expertise. Leaves my car smooth, clean, and happy everytime. Also the free vacuums and the little spray air nossels are perfect for removing dust on the dash, cup holders,etc. Not to mention the mat cleaner cleans my Matts and makes them look brand new everytime.

I have visited this car wash several times and I love it. I used it over the winter to get all the salt off my car and I was very impressed with not only the wash but the heaters too. Also, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my account and Michael the manager responded to me quickly and was able to help. Friendly staff nice clean business

Kind of pricey and you have to add misc services for additional money that other places include in their washes, namely under carriage wash! The dryer isnt great so bring some good towels to finish drying your vehicle yourself. There is no detail center if you need thoae services. Mediocre job on my car and I had to spend an additional 20 min drying and cleaning wheels where the wash didnt clean very well. I spent $8 for a basic wash, additional $2 for undercarriage and didnt feel as though I received a good enough wash to justify $10. I will try other places I know where i can get a better wash for $5 or $6.

They have 2 lanes but 1 appears to be just for members. If your not a member you have to wait in the non member lane even if the member lane is empty. A guy helps the non members push buttons to choose wash but it takes a very long time.

I stopped in for a wash yesterday and was helped by Austin. It was 17 degrees and snowing, but he had a big smile on his face while he literally ran from place to place. He was friendly and upbeat. It was so refreshing!
