Excellent customer service. Bilingual, very efficient, knowledgeable and truly eager to accommodate us. Im a repeat loyal customer for years. Enterprise has never failed me. I highly recommend them for any car or truck rental.

I have used Enterprise for many years now and I have to say this is the first time I am not satisfied with the company. Limited employees, vehicles condition not to the level I am used to. I dont believe is the employees fault since they did try their best to provide a good service, seems more like a higher management problem. Expected more from the company.

Not sure what’s wrong with this place. Honestly terrible. I have a story for you all. These people are not as organized as the enterprises in the states. They were the absolute worst. I don’t know if it is because they are short staffed or what. But they had us a two our car from AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY on OUR EXPENSE just to tell us that they had a spare key the whole time. They refused to cover the tow, stating that “they would lose money” not considering that we towed the car ONLY because they could not communicate amongst each other. We were told 3 different things by 3 different people, and when it came time to get the key, it was no where to be found. This bill ended up costing us near 800 USD. 4 times the car rental. I have never in my life had to experience something like this. I ALWAYS have road side assistance on my rentals and for the first time ever did they refuse to cover anything. BAD BAD BAD. The service was not the same. Ubering 4 times just to try to get the car back in time was ridiculous. All this while trying to get back in time for our flight back to the US. Unbelievable heated and unhappy. At the very minimum. They could have at least covered the towing since it was their fault we had to uber 2 extra times and tow the car because THEY COULD NOT COMMUNICATE. So messed up. Not what someone wants to experience during COVID and during hard times.

Super easy to work with. It may be because I got the full package insurance coverage. I got in an accident and the only work I had to do was wait for the police. Enterprise handled everything else. Very smooth process and friendly/helpful staff.

NEVER going to use them again. STAY away if you dont want to pay for the damage that already existed on the unit. Charged me $457 to fix this little ding and no response from their party when i ask them to show me all the charge.STAY AWAY if you dont want headache.

Horrible experience. Reserved a 15 Box Truck online over two months ago. I called yesterday to confirm and was told they dont have that truck available and there is nothing they have that will work for me. They told me they don;t even have 15 trucks in PR. They have 16s but they are all rented for over a year.They were not willing to help me in any way. I asked why they hadnt notified me. She said they would have called me 1 or 2 days before the reservation. That is not acceptable. Horrible customer experience. I am traveling from the US and the trip is very much dependent on this truck and Enterprise has ended up costing me more money and time. Terrible experience!!!

Awesome service. After having a bad and frustrating start at the with taxi the driver that would not take me to the enterprise office due to Calle marginal being Flooded. I called the office and recepcionist Priscilla was very helpful. She told the manager that I was two blocks away with my suitcase and he came to pick me up with his personal truck. Managers and employees like these make customers return and companies succede. Thanks again for help and great service.

I have rented here twice in the past year and have not a single bad thing to say. Never had a problem with the cars and the staff is amazing.

Do not use this service. Terrible service. I was notified that my reservation was not available the day before. A move, and plans that are going to cost me more than 5 thousand dollars completely overboard. Do not use it.

Terrible service arrived at the place where I book in uber and they notified me that they had changed the place of the reservation without prior notice and I had to take another uber to get to the other location and when I arrived at the place they informed me that they only take debit cards with visa logo and on the website it does not say anything that they only accept debit cards with visa logo only says they accept debit cards
