No star ZERO. My first experience and the last one. I call to request an appointment, I get it for 1pm with X person, I arrived approx 8 minutes before. At 1:45 I had not been treated, in the waiting period several times a technician was asked a counter asking who was the next person .. the receptionist told him that he did not have anyone, apparently I was painted on the wall or did not know I had an exclusive technique that would take care of me, but since they did not ask me and they preferred to leave me sitting 45 minutes .. well .. I personally would have opted for the technique that had no one .. but still I am waiting for 10 more minutes .. Obviously tired more with the desire to urinate I get up and tell the receptionist that I am already desperate, she tells me not to leave that is that the person who is going to attend me was complicated and that was why it was taking. I tell him that anyone can help me and that I have no problem because it was my first time. Mrs. Zayda Griffith attends me, very kindly attended me and tried to be as fast as possible but there were several mishaps with the system, more than 4. One compañera attended her and was able to continue with her work. Zayda was very kind and attentive. Personally I do not return to this place.1. The attentive zero receptionist, zero customer service.2. Weak system, many mishaps while trying to fill out the form. I can not imagine the last week of April in the rush of filing forms.4. I was finished attending at 3:40 in the afternoon5. Slide my card to make the payment at 3:43 in the afternoon. A payment of $ 74 for a state payroll plus the ivu $ 76.96 I find it very expensive after suffering so much. Nor did they give me an estimate of what they charged when I made the appointment.6.
