Should be zero stars. We paid for their high end cabinets KitchenAid. We waited over 3 months and they missed the delivery date which cost us additional money as it through off the entire project. Once the cabinets finally arrived EVERY cabinet and door had visible damage. Scratches, poorly painted, poorly assembled (if at all), warped. And missing pieces. Lowe’s has not reached out to resolve. I have called them at least 15 times. I have gone to the store in person and been told someone is going to follow up with me. Do not waste your money. By far the Worst service and product I’ve spent this amount of money on.

Get it together Pella and Lowes! We ordered our new patio door on 4/25/21 and got it installed on 7/5/21. We are beyond disappointed with Pella and their product. We ordered a custom size 3 panel patio door. Two of the panels were the correct size and color, however the 3rd panel was not only much smaller, it was also black instead of brown on the outside. As you can see from the pictures, the smaller panel is now being temporarily held together with wood around it so we dont have huge gaps around it. If only that was the end. We are also missing the screen for the door and the handle! With no way to lock the door, we are left with a wooden makeshift stick locking our door. The outside of the door is left looking hideous! Apparently, the wooden panel/siding that was provided was also the wrong size, and we are left with exposed wood and the outside of our door looking horrible. How is this a product that you provide to your customers? Now we have to wait until you get your act together and provide us with a new and correct door and get it reinstalled. How long is that wait again? This is unacceptable and beyond frustrating!

I had never really shopped at Lowes before. My go to store for house improvement projects has always been Home Depot because it was near me, but now that I moved the closest Home Depot to me is like 5 miles away and I figured Id try out Lowes since its just 1 mile away. I loved it! They have all the things that Home Depot does and more. I also felt like the prices are way better here.

Went for window well 48 cover. Inventory showed 40 available. Isle 22 had one and it was cracked. Ask an associate where are they? He got another associate and he found them on high rack 40 yards from storage bin. Thanked associates as I traveled 15 miles to get it. Why cant stores keep better stocking of materials. They had plenty of employees available. I almost left without asking for assistance, but glad I was able to get associates that cared and made the extra effort.

Complete total waste of a trip. Bought online but cant return due to a very limited policy. Shopping at The Home Depot from here on out. Better prices, more convenient sites and a fast better return policy.Lost over $122 on this purchase. Wont repeat that mistake. Product didnt fit. Was in original packaging with all instructions and accessories. Nothing was missing. Only 40 days since purchase.

I chose to place the order a Samsung gas range in store on 9/8/21 because I was told that the order will be arrived in 7 days as same as the website says. That’s why i like to do business with Lowe’s if I have to pay a little bit higher than at HomeDepot. It has been two weeks then I called and I got the answer that the item will be at store in October which it is the same thing with HomeDepot. It is BOGUS! At least Home Depot tells me a specific date when the item will be in-stock. Do it wrong for more. Start at Lowe’s.

Bought a used lawn mower that was said to be checked and all was good with it. Put oil in the mower and it poured out the bottom. Found out that the block had a big crack in it.

I have never shopped in this store before. I am in the midst of a flooring home improvement project and was simply looking for good advice and possibly making a purchase. So on a Sunday afternoon (prime shopping time I would think!) not a soul was to be found to help in their flooring department! I was kept waiting and promised someone would come to help for at least 20 minutes to half an hour! VERY POOR customer service there Lowes! Dont worry, I will NOT be back!!

Find everything I needed easily and the curb side pick up was excellent.

I shop at Home Depot and Menards most of the time but I thought I would go into Lowes just to see their inventory and its a very nice door but the inventory of the wood in particular their Cedar I needed 1x6x8 and they had three in stock and they said they had a lot more. Needless to say I ended up going to Menards.

While I cannot speak of other Lowe’s locations, this particular one is terrible..and I try to be generous when I say it. Good luck with trying to get someone on the phone..it takes 10 mins, and then they hang up on you..2-3 times, and after, you get someone that is so absent minded and disinterested in what they’re doing, that you want to scream! Useless, understaffed, incompetent staff and management. It’s so bad that I seriously don’t understand how they are still in business.

Today staff at the Lowes in Bloomingdale went above and beyond in helping me. Mark made me keys and made sure I found the adhesives I needed. John, who works in the area for blinds, made sure I had the correct phone # and extension for a Lowes closer to my home so I wouldnt have to pay any extra traveling fee. I will be heading back there again.

Can never find an employee in this store and when you speak to management about it they seem incompetent which is maybe why there are no employees.

Went to my Lowe’s in Carol Stream and was assisted by Lubna. She helped me switch out a piece of quarter round and also with another purchase for our home remodeling project. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Her customer service was outstanding and would definitely recommend her and her team. She made the shopping experience so easy. Thanks Lubna!!

It was the worst visit I had .tried to buy a plant that was on clearance. No employee knew what the price was . Cashier tried to get some help since the line was getting long . No one came to help. After about 10 min someone came to check the price. She told us that the regular price was 19.99 .it was on clearance because the ceramic pot that it was suppose to be in was missing. There was a sign by clearance that any plant 15.00 and over was 50% off . So she told the kid to ring up 7.99. I told her that wasnt fair because it didnt have the ceramic pot it should be less .she said that the price so I told her I didnt want it . I still had 2 other plant for 4.00 each total should have been 8.00 plus tax but it was showing up as 11.98 I asked why there was 3 plants. The guy said oh that was the other customers plant that he checked the price for him. So he took it off. I dont think I will be shopping there anymore.

They didnt have basswood (for woodworking). However, the service is always friendly and the layout is much better than Home Depot.

My experience here has been two-fold.Nic in kitchen cabinets has been absolutely amazing. However, I’ve called to try and cancel an appointment to come measure for a new door six times and each time someone answers and acts like they are going to try and fix the problem and then puts me on hold for >30 minutes and never picks back up. Employees here are clearly not trained and Corp Lowe’s should be ashamed. No shade cast on the employees here, but Corp Lowe’s is a pile of shi*t. Very frustrating.

Worst return process. Denied return with receipt, due to being 15 days beyond policy even with Covid, almost all retailers have expanded or been lenient on policy, but was given a hard denial by the Rude customer service rep, the customer service manager and the Store manager. Was told to call Corporate, waited on hold for 40 minutes, Asked to speak to the store manager in person, explained my situation, having just passed my Covid vaccine wait period, I am Disabled and couldnt bring the item back sooner. Hard denial, thats policy, while i was on hold with corporate. The corporate call back was an hour later. The number the Service desk clerk gave me didnt deal with refund issues. told me to email. 44 years in management and i would have never directed anybody to corporate. TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER within your four walls!

Worst experience ever, about a month ago I bought the new Weber Genesis II 435 grill. It wasnt in stock so had to order it. Get a call a week later saying employee who has helped me never ordered it but clearly I just paid for it. 2nd week its been ordered should take 5-7 days they say. 3rd week and a half so its been 10 days. I call back and now its considered backorder. Instead of telling me that I wont get it till summer they come at me with itll be another week. 4th week Ive had it with there ridiculous customer people who dont know how to do their jobs correctly. I go in on a friday to get refund, sure thing it was already refunded but wasnt true. That same day I go to ace hardware and they had it in stock all along. Got that and now lowes calls to let me know grill was never refunded. Great more headaches. I dont recommend this place to anyone otherwise youll end up like me. Otherwise if you go to get the usual needs then go right ahead.

Terrible return policy compared to Home Depot and Menards. No returns over 90 days whereas others will give store credit. Also, no returns for clearance items without receipt even if you have form of payment used. Why not at least match your competition?

As a contractor, we deal with depot stores all the time. This store has given me the worst headaches imaginable. From cancelling orders that were places and not telling me and showing up to nothing, to their pro desk lady just bing not the kindest, to just generally being slower and not the best place. I wouldn’t recommend!Do not order online and expect it to be there!

I asked whats the installation policy the answer was one month.Purchased in july and its January. Pretty busy for a Sunday late afternoon, it was good tosm see. Everyone wearing masks and distancing. Easily found what i needed. Made it through the checkout quickly. All good at Lowes.

Not mask free yet. The selection has changed and seemed more limited. Since covid there has been also nobody at the register so you are limited to credit card only self checkout.There is also less handicap parking as they are curbside pickup only.

We ordered a washer/dryer for home delivery. I was told I also had to book installation by an associate. No worries. I try to book installation, and they say they do it on delivery. Sweet. The washer/dryer arrive, and the person refuses to deliver because I have cats (but is also willing to leave it outside but wont take the haul away I paid for if he does). Yikes. I cant be the only customer with cats, so thats on them to find out if they need to have a different person ahead of time (especially since Lowes doesnt have anywhere I can say I have pets when ordering). So, we get told someone from Carol Stream will call us to reschedule the next day. 3 days later, I call Carol Stream. The first person I talked to said he couldnt help me and didnt know who could and hung up. When I called back, I was eventually able to talk with a manager who confirmed that the order has been restored two days prior and that they could redeliver. I asked if they could stack the units at the time but not do the hook up (other conversations with employees left me concerned... I talked to 15 people between the store and the 800 number before someone was able to help me). They said yes. The delivery team stacked the unit but didnt actually screw in the parts correctly, so the unit slides all over itself and is now all scratched up on the top of the washer. I have to figure out or hire someone to assist me as Im disabled and cannot lift or propr a dryer by myself. The team also argued with my partner about whether or not we had paid for haul away since it wasnt on their list. She showed him the emailed receipts I had from Lowes, and he eventually took it. Overall, probably the most frustrating delivery Ive ever had from start to finish. I loved Lowes in Denver. But, here? Nope. Never again.

I was remodeling my bathroom and I purchased handle and valve for my shower. I didnt use this one as I inadvertently made a duplicate purchase. When I shop I usually frequent stores that have a liberal return policy. When I brought the shower handle and valve back to Lowes they gladly took it back.

Never have I been more displeased and upset by the quality and craftsmanship of a product bought at this store. Over the last three weeks I have spent countless hours trying to purchase, pickup, assemble, and complete a outdoor fire pit as a gift for my mother every step of which has been a hassle on Lowes end. As we worked together to put this fire pit together, pieces of it continuously fell apart. We have decided that we will no longer be shopping with Lowes due to their inability to assist with simple tasks such as pickup and customer service.

We tried multiple Menards and Hime Depots, but no one was willing to help us.Jim took at least an hour and a half with us the first time we entered the store. He helped us plan every detail for our custom Onyx Collection shower.At our second visit, he also helped us order additional supplies for our bathroom remodel including and toilet, faucet, shower kit, custom vanity top, and vanity cabinet.We are so thrilled to have actually found someone willing to provide excellent customer service. Honestly, we will coming to Lowe’s more often because of this experience.We would highly recommend Jim in plumbing as well!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had at a hardware store in awhile. Brian from the Pro desk went all the way outside to get me a cart. And the older gentleman with glass in the flooring department was extremely helpful. The staff even helped me load my vehicle without me asking. Thanks Lowes!

Ive never been to a more clean store in my life. I was so amazed at how organized and clean this entire store is. Im going back just to take pictures and prove it...And the staff, every member I encountered had a smile on their faces. It was such an unusual feeling being in such a positive place especially when you realize its a home improvement store and not some kind of.... I dont know..... Not home improvement store. Im definitely making this store my go to Craftsman tool store.
