Their service and communication is very poor. They constantly miss the pick-up date and dont make any effort to correct it.Dont use them

Don’t use their service, they are the worst at getting back to with with things you need. They are rude even when it’s their mistake.This is why the have low ratings, don’t make business with them!

I signed up for residential service with this company almost a month ago and to this day they have yet to deliver the container to my house. Actually i take that back they say they did deliver but i do not have it so either they are not being honest or someone stole them. I called twice asking for container and they last time the guy said he was going to expedite the delivery and as of today NOTHING! The worst customer service i have experienced in a very long time. I use to work for waste management so i know how this works and this is just atrocious. I will be canceling my account tomorrow morning, i will not be paying for a service i am not receiving. Just terrible!

I live in Carol Stream in the Brookstone Subdivision and my Flood Brother’s employees are the best. I thank them for all they do but especially the last month as I have had considerably more garbage from cleaning out my garage. First class service and friendly guys.

Company has a policy where they charge you, even if they dont service you. When you call to talk to them about it, they counter by offering to reduce the charge for them not servicing your home by 1/3. So...they only charge you 2/3 of the regular amount to not take your trash.Something is trash.

I contacted Flood the first week of April regarding getting a smaller recycle can, I was told it would be changed out on April 14th. On the 13th, I called to verify that we were still on schedule, I was told,,,well, you should be, but good luck. With that response in my head I called again on the scheduled day it was to be changed out to verify it was going to be done, this girl tells me, oh no, it wont happen for about 10 days. I informed her that it has been 10 days, she says, well another 10 days. I asked to talk to someone that knows whats going on, so she transfers me. Now some guy answers and tells me hed check and call me right back, that was 3 days ago, still no call back. Flood just took over garbage pick up here in Roselle, I hope this isnt an example of things to come. Anyways container has not been charged out and have received no call back. The location I was talking to was Carol Stream.

Be careful if you useFlood Brothers When THEY miss a pickup and trash is overflowing they just leave the trash in front of your Apartment. Then when you contact them, They take 0 Ownership of missed pick up. Defend their driver leaving trash piled a foot next to the now empty dumpster. What a awful company. I tried to reach out to customer service and they did nothing. Excused it away, so now I have to go pick up the trash that is gross covered in snow for the whole apartment because I know no one else will! DO NOT USE THEM, SWITCH SERVICE IF YOU CAN!
