My wife has been having an issue with this company She was promised a refund back in October of 2020, So I get back from TDY and asked her about the situation. She said she did not get no check, I call the auto shop I took the car too, seeing maybe they had the check this whole time.Nope! they were just as surprise as I was. I got the information to Eagles and called and talked to a man name Octavio we talked and he said his sorry and told me he would fix it and call me back. He has not called back, I called back twice and someone always answers and they send me to his voicemail. I do not like being lied to and it really pisses me off when I have to go back and forth with a company that can not accept fault for a item they gave that did not work. If I dont get a call about this being fixed. I at least will tell customers what they are getting themselves into. This company does not hold its promise on they word. I am not my wife I am not on TDY and have all the time in the world.Please respond back to me with my money.

Order the engine picked it up at the warehouse in Carol Stream. Talk with a gentleman named John ensured me the engine would fit my model. Now with over 500 miles on it runs great highly recommend this place.Ken @ SOS Transmissions Stone Park IL.

Ive ordered 4 or 5 various engines from them now and always had a great experience with them. All of the people on the phone are very helpfull and informative. They also have quick service. Very good to work with.

Needed a 6.0 for a chevy. Called and spoke with Tony. He helped me figure out what motor I needed for my vehicle. Recieved it exactly when I was told it would arrive. Core return was a snap. I would definitely use them again.

It was great working with Eagle Engine Sales! We were having a hard time finding a reman engine for a 2011 Buick Regal. I learned about Eagle Engine through advertising that came in the mail so I decided to give them a try. When I called I spoke to Octavio, they quoted me on a reman engine but unfortunately they also did not carry one but they were able to find me a NEW one for only $100 more! It also comes with a 3 year warranty and unlimited miles. Our customer was very pleased and we will be using Eagle Engines again in the future.

NOT STAND BEHIND WARRANTY - Eagle Engine Sales, Inc. of Carol Stream, IL sold me a remanufactured engine for my SUV and just months before the warranty was to run out, it started blowing through oil - approx. one quart every 700 miles. I contacted them and provided dated receipts for all the oil I had to put into it....and they refused to stand behind their product. They would not stand behind the defective remanufactured $6,000 engine they sold me and my car still blows through oil because of them. Im waiting for them to contact me, replace my engine and stand behind their defective product.
