Havent delivered here, but pickup was quick. Give you and your company name at the gate, back into a door past the office door, and check in. Have to wear a mask and stand at the door while being loaded. I was in and out in 30 min, everyone was super nice.

I dont even know what this company does but one of their packages mysteriously showed up at my house for a resident who moved away 8 years ago. I tried to call to inform them they had sent it in error and all I could get hold of was some poor security guard who had no idea what was going on. I just marked it return to sender and put it in the mail. Good luck.

This company and the receiving team do not have any consideration for other people whatsoever. I showed up on time yesterday but the security guard told me the guy that was supposed to unload already left and that he will get receiving supervisor. When the receiving supervisor came and noticed they didn’t have the right staff to unload she pointed out my appointment time and that I came late even though I showed up on time at their other facility but wrong address.Sunday night I slept there and when I tried to delivery Monday morning at 6:00am the same supervisor refused to receive the load even though they had no trucks to unload and load at their facility at all. From Sunday 10am till Monday morning I’m still un attended at their facility even though there are no trucks and no visible work for this people. Very shameful staff. 1 star but they don’t deserve even one star.

In & out unloaded in 45 minutes. They have vending machine & restroom. Not sure if you can park overnight giving its a sliding gate out front. Shipping & receiving is in two different spots.

Shipping opens 9-10am.Receiving opens at 6am. They are 2 different entrances:- 343 E Lies rd- west towards Gary ave is receiving,- 415 E Lies rd - East towards Shmale rd is the shipping.Between them there is a empty parking lot and a service road- do not enter there with a truck- seen many u-turning.

Absolutely terrible hours. Quick shipping but absolutely terrible customer service. The hours are strange and it was impossible to talk to a real person. They shipped a phone for me that I was going to need to sign for but since I wasnt going to be home to sign for it, I needed to have it held at a Fedex location for pick up...but they wouldnt let me do that without confirmation from the shipper. It was a disaster.

They had my phone. It should be shipped out of there by now. But I hope they are really careful. Five Stars for Speedy , Careful service. I hope

You need to check in at the west building. They will open the gate up at 6am, theres only room for 2 trucks to wait in front of the gate.

Supposed to open at 9am, doors to will call entrance were locked. They couldnt find someone to open them for over half an hour, forced me to wait out in the sun. Not a very tight ship they are running here.

Complete defeat. I came to them at 1400. They have two buildings, one for loading and one for unloading, I went to unloading. So after 15 minutes of standing in front of the window, someone finally took pity on me and told me that I had to go with this load to the building where they were loading to door R1, Cofnol to the door I went with the papers to the office where there was a security guard filled up a check in card and I wait .After an hour of waiting in the door I went to ask what was going on, why I was standing and nothing was happening. There was already a woman there and not the guy who was taking me in, so she was very surprised what I was doing here and why I was carrying a load in the building they land, after exchanging a few words she told me that she had to check what and how and that she would let me know. I turned on my heels and went to my truck, I started to get a little nervous and after half an hour I went to ask again. The woman told me that this guy who will unload me already goes here and told me to go to my truck and wait. After two hours I lit a red light glory to God pulling my load. I had only 14 pallets so I split the load did not last long. I have a green light, a total of two and a half hours, I thought it would be worse, only one star sorry

Friendly people fast service tylokApt !! Im here for 2. Controls like at the airport, temperature, metal detector etc. The loading was very fast 05 hours 👍
