We worked with Buck at CGD for our New Nail Salon. He helped us design our reception and customer sink area and it turned out so nice. Buck was so detail oriented and really helped us picture how our front desk reception and customer sink was going to look like. CGD provided the cabinets, quartz countertops, handles and installation. Overall, I had a really great experience with them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do any project related to cabinets or countertops! It wasnt even for my home, but for my business and it turned out so amazing and exactly how I wanted it.

I recently remodeled my kitchen including new wall cabinets and a large island with granite countertops. Pam and her team at Cabinets & Granite Direct helped me every step of the way. Their advice on an efficient layout for placement of the stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in a triangle-3 place configuration was perfect. The cabinet colors of antique white for the wall cabinets and dark oak for the island are beautiful. I would recommend Cabinets & Granite Direct for your cabinets without hesitation. Long overdue review. I searched high and low for a cabinet company that was reasonably priced with good quality cabinets. I almost gave up and went with a company closer to me but something told me to give google one last try. When I submitted what I wanted to Roger he came back with a quote that beat all competitors. I had to go into the showroom because I wanted to ensure the cabinets were good quality. Ordered my kitchen cabinets in November and they came at the estimated time. Only one cabinet was incorrect and needed to be exchanged out of the 27 we ordered. They delivered the replacement within a couple of days. Roger did well at designing the kitchen to my specifications and even made suggestions that improved the functionality. I appreciate his patience during the entire process. The only complaint I have and why I could not give a 5 star rating is they did not offer installation. I am seeing a recent review where they did provide it for a customer. I had to find my own contractor which was not easy. We Ended up going through 2 contractors to get it installed right. And costed me a WHOLE lot more money because I had to order new crown moulding and several door and drawer fronts because the first contractor botched them up terribly and had to pay the second one to fix and finish the project. And had to make two separate trips to Elk Grove (over two hour drive) to pick the replacement parts up. Had they provided installation the project would not have taken nearly as long, we wouldn’t have had to buy expensive replacement parts, and I would have not been as stressed during the whole project. Simply because I am sure in-house installers would have known exactly how to install the materials. Also we looked elsewhere for countertops as CGD didn’t offer the look I wanted. But all in all, Roger was amazing and patient throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for cabinets as long as you have a reputable contractor to do the install.

We walked into CGD one Saturday afternoon not knowing what we wanted for our kitchen counters. Sangita was extremely helpful and explained the differences between granite and quartz and helped us pick out the granite that would go best with our current cabinets and flooring. She made the whole experience so easy! Our counters look fantastic!!

I have product that needs to be returned because ur sales person said I needed and I never did.Everything that I was told by them was not true. They told me the delivery man would deliver my cabniets upstairs inside my bathroom but that is not true. I paid 120 for a delivery omg it was outrageous. Also They do not call back. They are Not customer service oriented. I dont recommend going there they are a RIP off and they lie. Youll find someone better elsewhere u can trust

I was very satisfied with the cabinets and with my designer Sangita Kadkol she is awesome. The time frame for delivery was only 1 week. I ended up paying for the installation too and although I thought it was a bit high, after seeing the results it was sooooo worth it. I definitely recommend CGD.

Just found the CGD site today. I need a quote for installing new cabinet and also new granite countertop. The web site gave me good feel. But when I called, the lady made me feel like I am wasting her time. She wasnt helpful and just want to hang up the phone. I guess this is a good sign that I should turn to another place for my need. If they dont care about new customer I cant imagine how much they will care after they got the job.

Walked in hour before closing, front desk asked me to sign in anx someone will be with shortly. After 15 mi s of walking around front desk women came up to us and handed me a card and said that everyone is was busy closing out the day ( 3 people sitting at their desks) so I can email my design and specs to them and someone will get back to me. Very bad buisness ethic. Rude peole. Felt like they didnt want nor need our business. So my Big project will go somewhere else. HORRIBLE

Just like the other person said ..horrible cust serv....they act like they dont want your business. ...never took my name....rushed off to another customer in the middle of estimate today. .my first visit was 45 min no help..I left...second visit just as bad....figured Id try them for countertops today( dont know why ) same horrible experience. ....overpriced, bad attitude (frt counter especially ) acted like they really didnt want/need the business. ..alot of whispering among the two ladies (very rude to do that)..can only imagine what it is like to do business with them (glad I didnt )....totally dissatisfied. ..will never go back...hope the owners read this..
