Dan Gray is the man! Came out on super short notice to fix my AC when I was in a pinch.Facing 90+ degrees the next 3 days and my AC not working would have been terrible for me, my wife, and my pets. Dan dropped everything and was here within 30 minutes. The problem is already fixed and the price was more than fair. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need.

I wish I could give Grays Mechanical 10 stars because that’s exactly what they deserve. I want to first off thank both Dan & Tim for their hard work in getting our A/C replaced and installed. Before finding this company we originally reached out to another HVAC company who tried to charge us almost $10k for a new AC unit. Clearly they were over charging and inflating the cost.Luckily, we were referred by a friend to contact Grays Mechanical. Dan & Tim came out the same day and diagnosed the issue and let us know how much it would be and their schedule. Since the new unit couldn’t be done the same day (due to having to order it), they did everything they could to keep us comfortable and safe from the heat until the installation date. We did not mind the small weight especially since they were so kind and accommodating. They were personable, trustworthy, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Our experience with Grays Mechanical has left a place for them in our hearts. Thank you infinity, and we are life long customers.

Very happy with service. Air conditioner is working perfectly .told us it was better to go with new unit so we have a ten yearwarranty then just fixing it for a couple hundred dollars more . Love how honest Dan was . !!!

A+ for the entire crew at Grays mechanical. Spoke with Dan over the phone and his tech was out the same day. Decided to replace our furnace as the old one had a good life at 26 years. Their quote was insanely competitive compared to the others we received. The crew was out first thing the next day and the new unit installed without hiccup. Everyone we interacted with during the process was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Definitely a customer for life as long as Im in the area. My review is based on an employee being very unprofessional outside of work. I did not catch his name but he was approx. 65 late 50s. This is only a review on him and not the business itself. Next time you are going to act like a jerk in public consider not having your work shirt on as your actions poorly represented the company.

Gray’s Mechanical has my business for life. They are always there when we need them. We turned on our air for the first time this summer and it did not work. They came out right away. A chipmunk had made a nest in my air conditioner and chewed through wires. They had my air back on quickly and their pricing is very fair. They are considerate of your home and very personable. I would recommend this company.

Disappointed. They were nice but felt disorganized. Did not show up on time, took awhile to return messages, etc...What really made this experience bad was that after coming out and looking at my AC unit, the tech and the owner (helping his tech over the phone) could not come up with a definite answer. Charged me for their time and said they would research more and get back to me. Never heard from them again.I get that they were probably over-worked, but they should not have taken on the job if they could not handle it. I never felt like a priority and I paid for basically an I dont know.Really wanted to give a better review and support a local company instead of the big guys out there. Like I said, disappointed. Two stars only because they were at least nice/friendly.

I called Grays on a Sunday and received a call back immediately. Dan the owner asked what was wrong and I told him my furnace was not working! He told me his guy was on a call and that hes on it. I would receive a call back shortly. 30 minutes later I receive a call and the gentleman tells me he will be here in an hour and he would call me while he is 10 minutes away. And that is exactly what happened. I learned that the previous owner used telephone wire to write the thermostat to the furnace!! Within 30 minutes my furnace was working and now Im waiting for my nest to come in so I can call Grays to come back to install it and get rid of the telephone wire!! Oh the kicker.....I find out that the owner is in Mexico and he still called me back!!! From vacation!! Who does that?!?! Grays Does!!
