Lukins watch repair is very reliable. I got two vintage Omegas which I got serviced from here and they did an exceptional job. When I bought one of the two watches I was told by the seller that the watch has been recently serviced, however I thought of getting it checked once. Vlad took a look at it and after couple of days he sent me pictures of the movement and noted that some parts were missing which are vital to prevent friction. I was happy that an expert such as Vlad examined the watch. I got it fully serviced and what a great job he did! The watch looks as good as new, he was even able to find a new signed crystal. Before the service the watch had power reserve of 16-17 hrs but now i have left it alone since I brought it back 40 hrs ago and is still ticking. Lukins watch repair store is very trustworthy and they are very nice and friendly people. I will not hesitate once recommending them to my acquaintances.

When i went to pick up my watch they seemed to do a good job repairing it. However you would think they would set the correct time and date before returning it to you. Basics right???😯🙄😐

Lukins knew what he was doing. My watch only takes a certain brand battery. As soon I said my brand of watch he said I have the battery in stock. He changed fast. My watch linked back up to app all in less than 15minutes! Awesome! He was friendly to boot!

I really had a great experience at Lukins! I dropped 5 watches for battery change. I got back in an hour and they were all done and shiny! He checked them, replaced the ones that needed to be replaced. He was super honest and told me about the batteries that were still in good standing. Some of my watches are quite complicated and others locations will not even try to open them, he fixed them all. And he only charged a very low price per battery.

My first time in...Lukins is where you will want to bring your watch for repairs. I brought a watch for a simple repair that was done correctly since he has the proper tools. In talking with Mr. Lukin, I find him very professional and very knowledgeable about watches.The shop also has a very nice selection of Citizens and G-Shock watches for men and women.I will definitely be a return customer.

Expensive but friendly

I have been taking my watches to Lukin’s for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They do great work, whether it be a simple thing like changing a battery on a quartz watch or a major refurbish on a 125 year old pocket watch. I have taken in many watches over the years including my father’s Omega Constellation, my two Hamiltons, and my Laco flieger for repairs and maintenance and every time they come back they are running better than when they went in. Both Mr. Lukin and his son are true craftsmen. I reccomend them to all my friends for their watch needs.
