Came out the next day! Dana was super nice and helped ease my anxiety I was having after spotting a few big roaches and their babies.

The inspection was good. The work was bad. There was not clear communication about the chemicals being used or the application method. I did not receive any product labels, brand names, or safety information for the chemicals used around my home. The people performing the work left trash all over, didn’t clean up areas they dug, and didn’t replace wood chips, etc. As I said the inspection was very professional but the crew doesn’t know how to clean up after themselves.EDIT: Earthwise has followed up, and it seems they care quite a bit about customer satisfaction. I was able to get the information about the products used, and they offered to return and clean up.

We called Earthwise in a total panic after finding a cockroach in our home, some in our garage and some outside around our home. Speaking on the phone with Katelyn and right away she was professional, comforting, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions (and I had so many!) and reassuring that they would take care of our pest issue. Noaman was the technician to come to our home a few days later. He did an outstanding job. He listened to all of our concerns and assured us he would take care of our home. He really knows his bugs and how to get the job done. We did see a few dead roaches in the following week, which we were informed is normal. I called Earthwise and spoke to Brittany who was also very friendly and professional. Noaman came back to our home and said he would “restore this home” and that’s exactly what he did. We haven’t had one roach inside or outside since he’s been here. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We are now on the maintenance plan with them and will continue to use only them.

Chris has serviced our property for a couple of years now, and his professionalism is only matched by his excellence in customer service. Whenever we have questions, or new issues arise, Chris is quick to point out ways we can try to fix them on our own, and never sells or pushes anything to increase his bill. I called to have a respray in between normal services due to seeing spiders in my house. Jason was able to come out right away and take care of my house before the weekend. He is incredibly knowledgeable and had an immediate answer for every question I asked (I had quite a few) and gave me a lot of tips to help prevent this from happening again in the future. After moving into our house 3 years ago we employed a pest service that didnt meet our needs. Shortly thereafter we switched to Earthwise and have been happy since. The technicians they employ have all been great. Laron did our last quarterly service and took care of everything - he walked the entire property with me multiple times and hit all the concern areas I had personally (we have a unique property with a lot of hidden areas), on top of the standard protection around the house. Id happily recommend them not just because we have no pest issues, but because the attitude of the employees makes the whole process that much easier.

When I discovered I had bed bugs, I called Clark first. Their inspector couldnt even find any bed bugs because my infestation was so minor. The only bed bug he could locate was the one I caught myself and turned over. Nevertheless he quoted me $9,300 to tent the entire house. The procedure would kill all of my house plants (I would not be allowed to remove them from the premises because they could be infested) as well as any outside plants close to the house. A circumstance, which the inspector showed absolutely zero concern about. I am not reviewing Clark, I am relating this experience so as to contrast them with my experience that I had with Earthwise. I had several other companies come out and although they did not suggest tenting the house, all of them wanted to treat the entire house and none of them bid less than $1,500. None of the inspectors could actually find any bugs. The best one found a shell in the power outlet and that was it.Not only did Jason do a vastly more thorough inspection, he actually found plenty of evidence the others missed. He was so thorough and knowledgeable, that I felt completely confident that when he said the bugs were only in one room that he knew what he was talking about. He said it was unnecessary to treat the entire house (and laughed at the idea of tenting it) and quoted me $400 to treat one room, saving me $8,900 and saving the lives of several dozen innocent plants. Not to mention the inconvenience and additional Hotel/boarding fees to put up three adults and three cats for 3 to 5 days.And for all that, his treatment was significantly more thorough than the other companies wanted to do. Not only did he vacuum and steam everything in the room, he didnt use any toxic chemicals. I now have a non-toxic barrier around my room which will kill any crawling insects for up to 10 years. Included in that price was a guarantee that if the bugs werent all killed, he would keep coming back and treating the room until they were. Clark offered no such guarantee with their $9,300 tenting process.Two weeks later, I am 100% bed bug free. Jason was extremely informative, knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I can get loose from my contract with Clark, I will be switching to Earthwise for my monthly Pest Management. Great service, cheaper prices and non toxic chemicals. You cant beat that.

I chose Earthwise because I read only good reviews online. When I called they were quick to set up an appointment for two days later. I was very glad since I had carpet beetles in my garage/laundry room and couldn’t feel clean. I am very pleased with my experience! Chris called me when he was heading over to give me a time frame. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He told me everything he would be doing and did it all quickly. We even had some great chats about our dogs and classic cars. Wow! Nice staff!Ive never needed any bug guy before and still dont-thank goodness. But I saw a neighbor of mine getting his maintenance done and when the technician was walking out I stopped him and asked to pick his brain on some things I could do to beef up my home from insects. I have used this company with three other properties and had nothing but the highest standards of customer service. Once this company comes in to eradicate something as awful as cockroaches or bed bugs, the issue is resolved. Ive never needed unnecessary treatments. I have never felt like anyone was trying to sell me on anything and I have always had prompt service. I cant say enough positive things about this consciencious and honest company! I have come to learn pest control can be a tricky service as it is easy to scam an unknowing customer. Ive used two other services that cost me more money and didnt fix my problems. Earth Wise has been the best choice we have made for pest control and I will not use another company. This is an honest company owned by a nice local family.

Im on their quarterly maintenance plan and yesterday afternoon I thought I heard some rodent activity in my attic so I called to schedule an appointment and Ben (their technician) literally showed up 10AM the next morning - incredible! Its always an easy and relaxed visit when Earthwise stops by. Ben is my favorite, he is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with future prevention which makes me worry less about rats and other critters. Noaman is awesome. Hes been our savior for over a year now. The techs from other companies who we previously worked with were in and out in 15-25 mins and the bugs would be back about a week or 2 later. Earthwise Pest is the only pest company I’ll go with because of the service I’ve had from both Chris and Jason.Jason went above and beyond to help me last winter with a nasty mice problem that seemed to come out of nowhere. He came inbetween the quarterly visits as needed to check up and replace the traps, and made absolute certain they wouldn’t come back. He explained which traps worked best and why, and helped show me areas within my house that could be entry points for the little things. I’ve been nothing but pleased with how he does his job- going again above and beyond to make sure everything is covered, sprayed, cobwebs/wasps gone, trap bait replaced, etc. On top of it, he’s incredibly patient with my two little ones. My youngest is 6 and insisted on trying to get Chris’ attention today as much as possible. While he worked, he still listened to my little boy talk about superheros and toys. My little boy even asked to go to the front yard so he could hang out with Chris. When I said no, we have to let him work, he said but can I just go and watch him? Chris did all the work today, and even managed to show my kids a cool wasp nest and explain to them how wasps work and use it, while removing it from my house. 😊Between Chris and Jason I couldn’t be more impressed with Earthwise, and have recommended this company to family and friends. Earthwise has been great! I’ve been using their service for about a year and it’s been a relief from the many bugs and spiders we used to have. They service quarterly but will come between if there is a problem, but by the time I start to see bugs again, I’m on their schedule for service. My technician Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had questions about rodents and he was able to put my mind at ease.i would definitely recommend Earthwise Pest Management.

Great company that I found from recommendations on Nextdoor app and by reading all the great things on yelp.This mornings Chris came in to start our new service with them. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time explaining all my concerns, I signed up for quarterly service and he sprayed whole inside and outside the house. He was also so nice to let me know that we had a baby rattle snake in the yard and he caught it for me.This experience seemed very friendly and hasslefree and I love a company that are not pushy and have a great service. Theyre getting rid of our uninvited guests and I cant thank them enough! We had just moved into a rental property and a week later, we saw mouse droppings. The owner of the property has used this company for her other rental properties so she made an appointment for us. Benjamin came out in the time frame promised, and was very kind and compassionate with this mouse-fearing woman. He was thorough in his investigation of where they could have been coming in from, and set traps accordingly. He walked me through exactly what the plan was, and explained the follow up plan. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of uninvited little critters.

We had a live rat trapped in the atrium in our house (open from the roof) and Ben and Jake came in and were able to safely remove the rat (by catching it with their hands basically!)- I was very impressed with how willing they were to help, even to help clean up some of the mess on the floor from dirt and leaves! It was a funny moment for all of us since this certainly isnt something that happens everyday! Thank you both for your help!!!
