Had the worst experience. Horrible customer service, judgmental, technicians argue back and forth with customers, expensive and lack of services. Go else where to spend your money. You will get BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE.

The Nail Salon seems old and the massage chairs were torn.Not to mention the manucurist never mentioned her name.Just an over all blah experience, I could have done better in my own home.I wouldnt recommend this place.

I did not leave satisfied and they were okay with that , cindy was very pushy about what she thinks is best and the end result i was jot happy with tina did a good pedicure though. I will not be returning i feel like my money was wasted and during a pandic nobody wants that 👎🏾👎🏾

Quick & efficient. The do a great job. My polish stays for weeks & have never had my nails lift! Ive been using them for almost 20 years. If you want services 1 or 2 days before a holiday...make an appointment. Cindy, Been, Mai & Tina you are awesome! Thanks, Lisa & Jeff

I got my nails done here last Tuesday. The man that did my nails wanted my money before he even got done with them. They put the glue on very poorly and its not even Monday yet and my nail fell off while I was preparing to go somewhere earlier. I wouldnt recommend this place. They rush you and just want your money. None of my nails looked the same and the paint on them was put on very poorly. There was bubbles in every single one of my nails. When I normally get my nails done they stay on for weeks. I figured Id try out a new place because my original place was so busy . I regret it. Worst $28 spent in my life.

I haven’t been in this salon for a couple of years until today. I thought it was odd that there was nobody in there on a Saturday afternoon. Now I know why. $25 for a polish change! I asked for a manicure but all she did was polish my nails and put lotion on my arms and I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. The girl that did it was not at all friendly, cold as ice actually, and this is the first time ever that I haven’t tipped at a nail salon. I just couldn’t justify it, especially this time of year. While I was there another girl came in and was shocked at the high prices and she left. Their response was “That’s fine , go find another place.” If this continues I don’t think they’ll be in business for much longer. I’m not having much luck trying new places so will go back to my long-time salon where I know the prices are good and the people that work there are friendly and seem to appreciate the business.

I have been going to tender nails off and on for over 30 years. Its great to treat ones self. The staff is is most accommodating .

The customer service was decent, it was the service that was provided that was the problem. This is my first time coming to this shop, and honestly Im never going back. I got a pedicure, and they did the most rushed job.These are the steps they did my pedicure.1. Put me in a chair2. Ran my water3. Took off my nail polish4. Scrubbed my feet about 15 seconds each5. Put lotion on my legs and feet6. Painted my toes7. DoneThe hole pedicure its self, took about 10 minutes... I tried to treat myself today and I did not get that... In and out.. My legs didnt even get wet. Worst pedicure I have ever caught.

Lynn is the owner of the ompany and she provides the best service. She does my eyebrows perfect every time as well as my nails. Shes very polite. Her sister is also very sweet.

I moved to Oregon over a year ago and the only thing I miss in Sacramento is Tender Nails.

They where really cool and the lady knew what i was asking for when i explained it.
