Great place with excellent customer service! I went in to get fingerprints. I didn’t print the correct live scan documents and the man with the beard went above and beyond to help me. In situations like this, most places will make you feel like a nuisance and send you to the back of the line. Not here! Thank you Carmichael box shop!

It’s the best place in Carmichael to send your packages. The post boxes are more expensive than USPS, but they will take pretty much any delivery service and hold your stuff for you until you can pick it up. Worth every penny! Stop complaining about porch pirates on Next Door and get a private box.

Very rude. Yelled at customers td then she couldnt do what they said they could do because of how long the line was. Dont say you can do it if u cant and dont work at a store if u cant handle the pressure!!

Needing to ship anything is a big pain, I am so glad there is a one stop shop to get it all done at once. They also offer services other than package drop off. Very convenient location for very convenient service.

Not helpful. Lady would not except amazon return. Stating, We are not a ups box store, if you want to pay in cash Ill take your return. Wait, give you cash for a box with a reprinted label. Sorry I dont think so. Took it to a ups box store and they took the box, printed me a receipt. And that was that.

I went in today with two huge open boxes filled with leftovers from a friends move that I needed to ship to her. Along with that I had a couple bags of more mismatch stuff and a big stack of papers. The people here were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond, helping me carry the boxes and even helping me go through the contents to sort things out trying to keep my cost down.Great service, great people!

After our absolutely terrible experience at the UPS on Fair Oaks we found the Box Shop. Everyone working there was professional, courteous and had a smile on their face. They made it so very easy to do business with them and we cannot recommend them enough. Five stars all around!!

They boxed and shipped a cherished childs rocking chair to my granddaughter in Washington. I got it when I was 3 (Im 72 now) so it meant a lot to pass it along. It was used by my siblings, my children and my granddaughters. It arrived safely and my granddaughter loves it. Im heading back in to the Carmichael Box Shop today!

Candace runs a really clean shop, she always has a smile and her staff is truly helpful. I have been a customer of hers for over 2 years and they always treated me right. I will be a customer of theirs for years to come.

Ive been using the Carmichael Box Shop to drop off my packages for FedEx over the course of ten years.I was very pleased when Candace, the new owner, took over the business, eight or so years ago.The old owner was very unkind and many, many horror stories emanated from her poor customer service and lack of people skills.Candace and her staff (TJ, Jan, Kenai, Tanya) are AWESOME!Everyone there is professional, helpful, friendly, down to earth and its no wonder that the business is growing/thriving each year and there is virtually no turnover rate among the employees.5 star all the way!
