JD and Viktor arrived a few minutes early, were dressed appropriately, and appeared ready and able to complete the work. They slipped booties on their feet and proceeded to assess the job. Matt arrived a few moments later and we went through the details. We discussed a couple of items to omit, and the potential of some future work. Matt provided referrals for a couple of related jobs in the bathroom. We settled on the work that was to be completed and they had at it. Great affordable work by a caring team. You can tell they really take pride in their work! Im luck to have gotten the service when I did because a few weeks later I dropped a bottle of perfumed room freshener oil on the floor. So afraid that it would seep in and permanently discolor the grout. However, the sealant protected it and I was able to mop the oil all right up!

We hired SacSurfacePro to clean our shower granite that had been discolored from hard water and soap.Some of the factors that led us to SSP were the small business ownership, the owner was licensed and insured and he was very knowledgeable on the phone when discussing our project.While we are satisfied with the results, how we got there was not impressive.The owner arrived a few minutes late with two young helpers, or so I thought. After visually reviewing the shower and work to be performed, the owner informed me that he was leaving and the two young men would be doing all the work. Are they licensed? I still dont know. They spent three hours scrubbing, rinsing and buffing. They played music and joked with each other while working. Not necessarily a bad thing, but made me more irritated that the owner had left.When the work was completed the young men asked me to review the results. It looked fine and the workers were pleasant enough.To my surprise they told me that they would be collecting payment and that the owner would not be returning to approve their work.Ive never hired a contractor who subbed out 100% of the work performed and never returned to approve project completion.Not okay in my book, which is why only 3 stars and a no recommendation.

Our company is engaged in kitchen and bath remodeling. We have used Sac Surface Pros on several projects where the tile remains during a remodel (like floors and such). Once Sac Surface Pros cleaned and resealed the grout you would think it was a brand new installation! Since I had done my research, I knew that Matt was knowledgeable about my stone floors and wasn’t telling me what I wanted to hear in order to win my business. He gave me what I considered a very fair estimate for the amount of work that needed to be done. I also needed my granite counters in the kitchen re-sealed and Matt provided a discount since I was getting everything completed in one shot!On the day of the job, Matt and his employee showed up as scheduled and moved all of the furniture as we agreed. They worked around my ability to get up and down the stairs in order to retrieve my son from school and they were able to finish the entire job in one day! My floors look fantastic! And better than that, they FEEL so smooth and CLEAN!!!!! When my husband got home from work, he couldn’t believe the difference. We are both extremely pleased with the work and agree that it was well worth the money.Matt went above and beyond! He gave us a bottle of stone cleaner for the floors and recommended a mop to use in the future. Matt and his team are amazing! They cleaned the tile, counters, and showers in three bathrooms and a laundry room. The tile and grout lines look brand spanking new and the glass shower door now sparkles! It was completely fogged up and covered with water spots before, but now it glistens. They even removed moldy caulking and recaulked the master shower. Matt was great about explaining the process and I appreciate the detail and care they put into cleaning my home. I cant say enough wonderful things about SacSurfacePro. Communication leading up the the appointment was great and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I called SacSurface to get a quote for cleaning and sealing my tile kitchen floor and small tile bathroom floor. In many words Matt said they dont come out and give quotes on small jobs, that it would be $250 sight unseen. I was fine with the price, so we set a date.He and his crew did a beautiful job on both floors and educated me about what products to use. They were careful to put corner guards on the corners and wore booties each time they came into the house.That evening I discovered that the kitchen floor was very slippery, so I called him the next day to ask what to do. He came over and used a big machine with a special pad to go over it and checked with me to make sure it wasnt so slick anymore.Im very pleased with his work as well as his response to the problem. Will definitely hire him again.

Matt and SacSurfacePro knocks it out of the park every time! We hired him in February 2013 to seal our new granite countertop and shower stone floor and glass. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different stones and their level of porousness and the best approaches and products for sealing them long-term.We used SacSurfacePro again in April, 2014 to re-grout some trouble areas in our two showers. Again, Matt was helpful and knowledgeable as ever and even used his own grout supply to save us the cost of using our own.I cant recommend Matt and SacSurfacePro enough for any surface sealing and general shower/tub cleaning and maintenance.
