Once again, this Dentist and her team continue to shine! The overall health of my mouth and teeth are 100% better than when I first joined their office as a patient in June of 2017. And get this! I have always had not-so-great gums. As long as I floss, I kept them in ok condition. But, I stopped taking care of them when I had to take care of my dying husband! I could think of nothing else but his health and welfare. Well, he passed away and now it’s my turn to get my”not-so-great” gums back in good shape. Theres many reasons Ive been going to this team for years, some of which can simply be stated as quality work, professional, understanding, excellent touch and personable. It starts with a friendly greeting upon arrival and that attitude is consistent with everyone throughout the experience. I can best describe my experience when they are working on my teeth as comfortable. My insurance provider has changed many times and every time Ive made sure to stay with this team, regardless if the insurance provider has them in their network or not. Yeah, thats right, Im willing to both pay any additional amount and/or deal with extra insurance paperwork just to stay with them.

Dr. Hanschu is a very professional dentist to whom I would not hesitate to refer any new patients. She runs a very efficient practice, always on time, friendly and you know that you are in the best hands when you receive professional services from her and her qualified support team.

Dr. Hanschus staff are professional, courteous and organized, the office is clean and easy to find with plenty of parking and Dr. Hanschu is a professional with experience and a perfectionist at what she does. My appointment was at 1:30, I was seated on time. I always hate going to the dentist (doesnt everyone?) The shot was non eventful...Didnt feel anything at all....I appreciated the professionalism the Dr. Hanschus assistant Christina provided, and how well these two work together! I love this group. They do a fantastic job. Dr. Hanschu is a perfectionist. She makes sure that it is always right. She made sure that my new implant was the correct bite. She catches very subtle problems that will later cause problems if not corrected. Also, I have had so many bad experiences with dental work, that I am gun shy. While I am never going to enjoy the process, she and her staff have made this difficult experience as pleasant an experience as something like this could be. They are very kind, Dr. Hanschu takes extra time to numb my mouth, I barely, if at all, feel it. I can relax because I know it will be ok.

I just moved to the area and my real estate agent recommended Dr. Hanschu when I started having trouble with an old crown. My first visit to Dr. Hanschu was 2 weeks ago and she had to pull that tooth. The procedure was easy and Ive amazingly had almost no discomfort since then. Dr. Hanschu and the office staff were friendly and professional and I feel like Im in very good hands.

Just moved back to town after being gone for 5 yrs. Experiencing some problems with a tooth under a bridge. I called on the fly, they got me in within a matter of 5 business days or so. Obviously a new patient, and they took me , performed the exam and had to make a further referral. I saw the Dr. at 130pm one day, and I was at the referral office for a 7am appt the next morning. They were extremely proactive and walked through the potential resolutions thoroughly and I felt like I had been treated like a long time patient already. Excellent personal caring and understanding of my immediate need and I suspect they will continue that level of professionalism for all my future dental care.

Great experience no pain in and out in an hour

Dr. Hanschu is on the cutting edge and is extremely thorough. As a health care professional myself I think I can be a little picky. I feel very well cared for and if theres ever anything wrong in my mouth, she will find it and fix it! I was a referral to her practice and have since referred several people to her.
