The worst place Ive ever been. My wife is pregnant and she needed to use a restroom. They didnt allow to do this and we needed to go and find a place to use. We have a scheduled appointment and because of the problem I mentioned at the top we missed our appointment for 5 minutes. When we came back they said that I need to wait 2 more hours because Ive already missed my time. Seriously? Plus, we have 1.8 months daughter and they didnt allow her to come in because she didnt have a mask. They said I can buy the mask at their store, or I need to leave the supercut. Never come back there.

I has a horrible experience at this place, I definitely do not recommend it. After having to wait longer than 1 hour even though I had an appointment I had to put up with them treating me different than they way the treated other customers. They definitely dislike people like me that do not look or sound like them. They were successful on making me feel as if my money is not worth. They do not have the sign reserve the right to refuse service but they do apply it by the way they treat you.

Always a pleasure to get a trim or ends done here, Rachel and all the staff are always pleasant and wonderful, never had a bad hair experience here in my maybe 5-8 years going

My little boy wanted his hair cut shorter so people would stop mistaking him for a girl. Our hairstylist was awesome with my little guy. Hes 4 and she kept him entertained and he loved his new hair cut

They do a very good job cutting my sons hair. They keep relevant notes from his haircuts on file.

I went to go get a haircut there 3 months ago and the lady cut my hair and made it exactly how I wanted it. that time she was very nice. she was very proud of it that she even took pictures of it. 3 months later I go to get my haircut the same way by the same lady(I requested her). I told her to cut it like last time. explaining to her what I wanted just like I did the first time. i also reminded her that she took photos but she was all like no I dont remember you or what your hair looked like. even though I specifically told her what I wanted she ruined my hair and cut way too much. all I wanted was a simple trim.it wasnt even close to what I told her to do. during my entire experience she was extremely rude to me. after she finished ruining my hair she was like oh yes now I remember you in the rudest way possible. like thanks that could of been useful 30 minutes ago but not after chopping someones hair. overall I had a terrible experience at the shop.

Always a long wait even if you call ahead or check in online. I like probably every 3rd hair cut I get hear. Its more about time management then it is about making the customer happy. The place is clean and near.

I have very very long and thick hair, so with my past experiences I was skeptical to go into any place less than a Salon. I received a $17 hair cut with 5 star results. Gaby was my hair stylist and did an amazing job. Not only was she very bubbly, personable and sweet, she was very confident in her abilities and only took a swift 30 mins or less to cut my hair. Most places taking upwards of an hour. I am extremely happy with my results. 😍

I basically get my haircut twice a year. This is my go to place. The ladies are very nice and I like the way I look when I step out of the shop.

Came in spur of the moment to get a cut short wait, but terrible hair cut..... Very particular about it and explained before hand. fade was un even and then was blended horribly. Then asked for beard trim and that was not even either. Very expensive for hair cut and beard trim 30.00 next time Ill wait for my regular girl at another barbershop......

Their hairdressers are friendly, knowledge, fast, and they do a great job. My only complaint is the fact that their haircuts went up to $19.

Im 35 and have George Castanza-esque hair, so of course I frequent Supercuts. Theres always seating for my spouse while she waits for me to get hairs cut. They play good music while Im desperately trying to hold on to my youth, 4 minutes at a time.

1st time here. Dejah was my stylist and she did a great job. I left very happy.

Rude! I brought my daughter here and told them she was 12 (which she is) but the lady checking us in didnt know the age for child discount so she asked the other stylist, who very loudly and meanly says shes 12? like i was lying about it to save 2 dollars.... Cmon lady!! Just unnecessary..... Will go to a different location next time.

This is absolutely the worst hair cutting establishment. They butchered my 13 year old daughters hair, then I spoke to the manager Raquel since last Thursday, and I am still awaiting a response from them regarding getting my money back, because their guarantee is just meaningless words. They were not equipped to cut my daughters hair, she is bi-racial, not only did they give her the most horrendous bowl cut, cut one side shorter than the other but then Tavi and Chelsea further butchered her hair by leaving the flat iron on so long on her hair it burned it. These are supposed to be the professionals, they are in charge of clients coming in and getting their hair cut correctly? Someone needs to oversee this particular establishment because mostly all of the reviews are not good. They are not skilled and are not masters of their craft. I expect for someone to tell me, as the consumer if something is outside the scope of their expertise and they didnt. Neither of the 2 young women knew what they were doing and now because of their ineptitude, my daughter has to live with their mistake, until hopefully, her hair grows out. Then the manager, seemed willing to make things right but I am still awaiting a call back to successfully resolve my issue. Cmon, first she offered me coupons to come back in there, is she living on this planet? My daughter received a botched job and then you want to offer me to come back in, to what finish the job. No thanks! Customer service especially in this day and age is of the utmost importance. Things happen and most prople are forgiving when it is resolved expediently but unfortunately when it seems like they are content to sweep things under the rug, that infuriates even the most patient person. I will tell everyone that I know never to visit this location. Obviously, they cannot take care of the clients to ensure repeat business and getting them to resolve your issues, well, you have a better chance of democrats and republicans working together for the betterment of America before you will ever hear from Supercuts. Clearly they think that noone will read reviews and decide that they dont want to risk looking crazy and hating their hair by going here. I would not visit this establishment if it were the last place on earth. BEWARE CONSUMERS....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. IF YOU GO HERE, YOU ARE GOING AT YOUR OWN RISK....PLEASE BE CAREFUL....DONT RISK YOUR BEAUTIFUL HAIR!!!!! From someone that unfortunately found out the hard and painful way! I took my son here and like all kids they cry for the frist 5 mins then calm down anyways I ask for a Mohawk for my son she decided to shave the sides and the back all 1 size so then I asked Jeff for long on the top and the sides short she decides to shave it all one size and on top of that she had cut my sons neck with the clippers at least three times I will never ever go back to this place they are unprofessional and Ill be in to demand for my money back
