I’ve been twice and both times everyone is super professional and efficient. I thought the Brazilian would take a long time and hurt a ton, but minimal pain and pretty quick too. Whenever I leave I’m always soft and super smooth.

The Naked Monkey is a very nice spa. Its clean and smells really great, great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I visited the Carmel location. Jada is so awesome ! I recommended this spa to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Came here for my first bikini wax. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and calming my nerves. The service itself went quick and the the technician was very sensitive to my needs and took care to make the experience as painless as possible. Just visited for the first time today for a brow wax. Stacy was awesome and it was easily the most painless waxing experience I’ve had! I found my new waxing spot!

Its a 1) dedicated wax salon and 2) in Carmel, so youre going to pay a bit more for the washing waxing. I took my daughter to get her eyebrows and upper lip done. The staff was very courteous and made her feel comfortable. Its not in the budget to go back regularly, but all in all, Id hourly recommend this place.

Was completely new to the waxing game but me and my friend decided we wanted to try it ONCE. Well we got hooked and I havent stopped going since! I love not shaving!! I love the atmosphere!! And I love the people there! I go to brittany at Carmel and she is amazing!! So worth it!

TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, BECAUSE IT SAYS ITS FAST. BUT ITS NOT. THERE IS NO ONE ANSWERING EMAILS AT ALL. NONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS WILL ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3 DAYS AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT RETURNING CUSTOMERS OR MAKING MONEY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Love this place, very quick and convienant. They were even able to take care of me my first visit, when I just walked in. (I wouldnt recommend this however, it causes unneeded stress on the shop)
