If you are planning on going here, please NOTE that they are closed permanently. Do not sit in your car and do online check-in and wait for 30 minutes like I did - as they are closed , closed! I finally went up and checked the note on the door and this is the information provided. Dont take it out on the folks at the Walgreens Labcorp. This is not their fault. They are super nice and are trying to get it so appointments can no longer be scheduled at Carmel but arent having any luck right. Would love to save someone else the hassle.

I came here to get blood work done and Latoya was wonderful! She was the only person working and she worked through her lunch to make sure everyone waiting was seen. She was very friendly and apologetic for the wait even though it wasn’t her fault. She’s also an amazing phlebotomist. Drawing my blood didn’t hurt a bit!

I was worried about going here for my covid antibody test because the reviews were so low. I had absolutely no problems and a very pleasant experience. Checked in and was taken back within 5 minutes. I was in and out within 10 minutes and the woman who drew my blood was really good with the needle stick.

Had a long wait (2.5 hours) but was do to understaffing (the technician was wonderful but they need to give her help to handle phones and paperwork) and a delay in my doctor faxing the necessary scrip.

I had a good experience at this location. I made an online appointment three days before I went. I walked in and was asked to check-in electronically. It was a simple electronic check-in and I was called within three minutes. The lady drew blood professionally and without a problem. All took less than 15 minutes.

Excellent! I needed a full blood panel done for baseline purposes. I had a full comprehensive blood panel, lipids and urinalysis. When I walked in there was one gentleman waiting. The tech took him in for a quick pee sample and then called me in. It was 5 minutes before my scheduled time. The tech in charge was personable, gave good instructions and asked appropriate questions. She even took the time to check the bathroom after the gentleman before me (do you all leave the seat up?) and made sure it was clean and tidy. To the person who remarked about the sink in the bathroom having tape on it...I think that has something to do with urinalysis collection protocol for drug testing. I was then led into the blood collection room and the tech in charge introduced me to Amber, who was finishing her Phlebotomy degree, and asked if she could do the blood draw. I agreed, simply because I have never had an issue with draws and how else are they to learn. Amber was remarkable. I didnt feel a thing, she was quick confident and professional. I asked a few questions and was out the door 2-3 minutes later. I was certainly use this site again in the future. Well done ladies.

The location is small, but I walked right in and was greeted and taken care of in no time at all. Plus, the lab tech that took care of me, Bessie, was extremely friendly and a joy to talk to while she was taking my information and taking a blood sample for the test I came for. She was knowledgeable when it came to insurance as well, and also a quick, but careful, worker! Kudos to Bessie! :)

I saw the poor reviews of this location and originally scheduled an appointment at w 86th street. That Labcorp opened an hour late and there was no one to help. I drove over to this location and they had me in within 10 minutes of my self check in. The nurse was so kind. I was pleasantly surprised with my quick easy visit!

I went there for a wellness screening today. I have never been treated so badly from someone in the medical profession as I was today from Kiki. She was so rude and completely unprofessional. As long as shes there I wont go back. I was able to contact her supervisor, who was very concerned and considerate.

I made three attempts to do a pre-employment drug screen at this location. The first time, I went during lunch. Apparently a staggered lunch schedule is too complicated for them, so they just closed the entire place during one of the most convenient times for customers visit. Perhaps this is why they do it this way, because they seem to enjoy turning people away. My second visit was during the day when I had my daughter with me. I sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes before someone came up to the counter and told me in an extremely rude manner that kids could not be with me during my screening. I understand this, and it makes sense. However, the manner in which I was addressed and my child was referred to was absolutely not okay. My third visit was at approximately 4:05 pm. At which point I was told that even though they are open until 4:30, they stop doing drug test at 4:00.If this was any other business being run this way, they would have zero patronage. However, the people at this location know that those coming in have really no choice for various reasons, so rude Behavior toward customer and selfish business practices with zero customer-focused policies has no negative impact on their jobs, so they get away with it.

It took about an hour and fifteen minutes to do a urine test. I only had four people in front of me. The nurse was nice and apologized so I gave 2 stars. Also, a different location I went to first was closed and their website didnt reflect this.

My significant other has severe vasovagal syncope (fainting with blood draws) and she waited and waited in the lobby, and no one was present to take her lab order. I called the lab myself and no one picked up. The website states that walk-ins are welcome. No one was there to help her. She felt so sick and nervous that she had to leave. This place is a joke.RUN RUN RUN .

I had no problem. I made an appointment and registered online. I arrived about ten minutes early and was out the door before my scheduled time. Efficient and friendly. Located just east of the tennis club on the same side of the street.

I was in and out in 10 minutes. Went at 9:15 on a Tuesday. Tammy was nice and efficient.

I was at the lab at 7:45 so I could be the first one in the door. The lab was suppose to open at 8. As time went on more patients started lining up with me in front of the lab. At 9am the lab technician was still not there. I waited over an hour and they never showed up. Many of the patients had appointments who were waiting outside with me. We all left without receiving service from lab Corp. I am extremely frustrated and disappointment that someone can just not show up to work and not notify the people who have appointments.

Had a very pleasant and cordial visit,walked in and went right in,even before appointment,very courteous staff,welcomed me with a hello and good morning,would recommend it,register online first,to make it easier

I have never had any problems with this place. Always in and out within 20min.

Very Rude Experience. The one lady that helped with the urine test (KiKi) was extremely rude and mumbled. Being hard of hearing it was hard to understand her and therefore she acted annoyed. If I had to go back there I wouldnt for the pure reason of rudeness.

The 3 stars are solely for the experience I with Kiki. She was friendly, and helpful. I felt very comfortable. However, I arrived to a full waiting room with only Kiki doing everything. I dont understand what Labcorp is thinking, but they really need to get it together. The only reason I got in before everyone there is because I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. My advice, make an appointment and be nice.

Horrible time trying to get a drug screening when there was only one person before me. Workers were not kind.

It shouldnt take 3 visits to get a drug test! Cannot believe how rude and unorganized this lab is.

I went for a drug screen for work and they had me wait on a room and forgot about me for 20 minutes. When I came out to find someone they were apologetic but still slow. Then I just received an email that I have to come back in because they didnt label the container so I have to take time out of my day again and find a sitter so I can retake it due to their mistake. Not going back there, Ill go to another location.

I have been trying to call and inquire for services and no one answers the phone. I guess I will move my business elsewhere.

Had to wait over 45 minutes to get a basic drug test. Over 80 degrees in the waiting room. Need more staff. Latoya was rude and obviously does not want to work there.

They opened 30 minutes late. Supposed to open at 8am. Disappointing...

I would give zero stars if I could. I waited over 90 minutes to pee in a cup. Also they have one employee working that really hates her job. Go somewhere else!!!!

Kiki didnt love me. In fact I think she might be slightly racist. Wont go back.

Went in for a drug test for my new job, the main person running the tests was absolutely rude and when she would speak it was short and with no emotion.

Allowed a student to take blood. What a mistake! It did not help that the instructor wasnt doing her job either. That was the most painful experience and, I have had over 100 blood draws!

Went for drug screen for a job. Rude employee. If you dont like working there dont work there. Surprised they hired this type of employee in Carmel!!!
