A wonderful office space. The offices are nice sized, well built. The management staff is great. Enjoy having the conference room available for board meetings. The price is amazingly reasonable. The central location makes it very convenient for anyone doing business in Carmel. No need to look further.

Perfect Small Office (Carmel, Indiana) is a wonderful office setting. Rates are reasonable, office space is comfortable, amenities such as the conference room, copier, recycling services, some vending / coffee service, clean lawn, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance, are just nice creature comforts that make this a hospitable office space. The Management Office is attentive and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this office space for those looking at creating their second home at the office.

Management is AMAZING! We looked at many many places for a small office space and were very lucky to get a space at the CMC building. The location has been very easy for our clients to locate us. A very affordable space.

Great office. the staff is nice.

What a mistake. The price was good, but my customers complained of the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors, and management denied anyone could have been smoking, and they raised my rent for complaining about it. (Smoking isnt LEGAL in office buildings). Janitorial service was inconsistant, and again, the mangement denied this. Some of the other occupants were of dubious character, and once while I was with a client, around 6 PM the idiots in the next suite turned on rock and roll music, extremely loud. Very embarrassing. That was the final straw - I moved out. If you dont mind all this unprofessional garbage, go for it.

I have been with CMC for almost 2 years and I cant tell you how impressed I am with the staff and with my space. My clients rave about the building whenever they come in.
