My family and I came in to look into opening a new account and had a great experience. Logan was super helpful and explained things very clearly and was very patient with us. He went well out of his way to pick up some phones from another store so we could come back and get our new phones the same day which we greatly appreciated since my parents were only in town for a couple days. I really appreciate how easy the process was and would highly recommend this location!

Hayden could not have been nicer! Very personable, genuinely interested in making sure I had what I needed. I appreciate the new screen protector he put on for me. I had bad customer service at another Verizon store, but Hayden restored my faith in customer service!

I was blessed to be saved by Logan who had stayed with me after the store had closed in order to get my new phone set up. Staying on hold w customer service for 30+ minutes would have driven me wild but Logan stayed calm and collected in order to help me with the task at hand.

Had a bit of difficulty setting up my new phone, so came in and was helped by Logan. He was helpful and very kind with how tech-illiterate I am. Despite needing to help 2 other customers (by phone) he still gave me enough attention and didn’t make me feel ignored.

I have had the BEST customer support from Logan. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. My situation was sticky and yet he was mature, supportive and went above and beyond to help me. After a hard few days it was refreshing to be around Logan as he successfully solved all my phone and wireless problems. I am both a fan of Logan as my cell phone guy and a fan of TCC Verizon on Spring Mill.

Got a great phone, but the sales associate upsold me on two items. A case and charger, came back next day for my refund and they put it on my card, neither the store or my bank will expedite to process of the payment, both companies gave me the run around and now I’m out 80 dollars. Thanks Verizon

I got the phone I needed but the sale was deliberately misleading. I was told that I was paying the activation fee and tax. It was not an activation fee, it was a set up fee which I was quite capable of doing myself. I only realized when I was charged the fee I thought I had already paid by Verizon. I went back to the store and they were less than helpful. I feel they were deceitful & would not recommend them,ADDITIONAL INFOYou can read the store response to my review below:I emailed them a week ago & have not had a reply.I have no screen protector, nor was it even mentioned, I already had Cloud storage & no store credit was mentioned either.I waited a week to give them time to respond, but nothing.

The address is correct.---Original Comment:Just bought a new phone at this location! The service was excellent and the staff were helpful. They were not pushy with promotions and they were upfront and open about all the options on the table.-It is not a large staff team at this location so I would expect a wait if there are others in the store. Though for me good customer service is worth the wait.-

They were extremely helpful suggesting what phone to upgrade to, helping make sure all questions got answered and helping me get all phone accessories I needed for my new phone. Nick is awesome! I called way before 10am (when they open) and he answered with great customer service. I went into the store to get a sim card and activate my phone and Nick took care of everything! He is an outstanding sales rep. Going forward we will use TCC for all of our phone needs!

They sold my elderly parents a smart phone and tablet, along with a data plan, for my 80-year-old Mom, who has dementia. Five minutes with my folks and its obvious that theyre not capable of learning to use a smart phone or tablet. This store is more concerned with sales numbers than integrity. I dont know how they sleep at night knowing they prey on the frail.

LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to buy a 1 GIG plan. I brought two, 3 year old, similar but different Droid Razor phones in. I dont text, or do the internet, I just want to talk on them. I asked the rep to help me decide which phone to go forward with. He just looked down at them, would not turn them on or even touch them. Go with the newest one. (They were built within months of each other but are different screens and Droid versions.) OK dont help. So then I asked him how much would a 1 gig plan cost me. He said $50 a month plus tax and fees. I asked how much are the tax and fees on a 1 gig plan as it would be nice to know what Im expected to pay? ... We cant tell you that Huh, it shouldnt vary, I said. We live in Indiana, so how much are the tax and fees on your basic plan? Well they vary ??? Like as if you dont like me they cost more? Do friends get a federal sales tax/FCC discount? ...He just said We cant tell you what tax and fees cost, just the basic plan. WTH, I guess you just cross your fingers and hope you can afford your plan. Its like ordering off a menu without prices. So, I left the store without a price, or a plan and I will NEVER go back. 7/1/16

I went to this location today just to pick up a phone since I just switched plans over from AT&T to Verizon and BOY was that a mistake! I had to wait an hour and a half just to speak to a representative (there were only 2 employees working on a Saturday, clearly a lapse in planning/common sense by the scheduling manager). Many people came and left while I was waiting because it was taking so long despite the 2 people working only having helped the customers they were with when I had arrived. When I finally did get some help, the employee I spoke to said that since I am not an authorized user on the account (I am, he refused to look it up) I left the store in a rage. Later, I went to a different location on 86th street and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
