Dentist and team are good and efficient. In fact a little too efficient. I’ve been a patient for a couple years now and every time I go I definitely feel rushed and dentist gives maybe 5-10 minutes of his time since he is so booked all the time and there’s always multiple patients he is attending to in the other rooms. Most of the times, you’ll talk more with the staff or dental hygienists than the dentist here. His work has been good so far, just wish he would spend more time with the patients instead of generating more patients per hour.

One of the best parts about moving to Carmel is Smiles in the Village Dentistry. My family and I have been patients for three years and are extremely happy. The office is super clean and everyone is very friendly and gentle.

Just had a 6 month cleaning at Smiles In the Village following the easing of stay at home rules. The experience was excellent. All the necessary health and safety precautions were taken to ensure everyone involved stayed safe. They were great than and now.

The real point of this note is to say I have very high confidence in my care at Smiles in the Village Dentistry. The great experience there always begins the same -- with being happily greeted by the receptionist. Then the dentist genuinely listens to what I have to say, before he does what he might need to do. This two-way communication is so very important. Yes, he is the dentist, but these are MY teeth! Not all professionals are so professional in their interaction with their clients. I have been through about 10 dentists in my life and I have yet to have an experience as great as the experience you get here. The doctor is friendly and educates you on what/why they are doing. My family and I have been to Smiles in the Village Dentistry many times. I’ve never been to any type of office where each and every staff member is super friendly, greeting you with a smile and a positive attitude! The doctors and hygienists are the absolute best! They take the time to explain each procedure and are more than willing to answer any questions I might have. The office is extremely clean and the wait time has never been more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this dentistry office.

I was referred to Smiles in the Village by my daughter Tabatha Isaacs and her family. After going for my routine cleaning I found out that I have 3 cavity’s ☹️ I saved my worse cavity until today. Was told it was a pretty deep one and there was a possibility l could need a route canal. Well all done and NO route canal 😀😀. I have had many people, dentist included that are not honest people and take advantage of anyone. Not here I was glad I didn’t need more dental work done but would of been so easy for him to of told me “that I needed a route canal). I am so happy my daughter referred me to this place. Smiles in the Village is simply the best dentistry that I have ever been to. Dr. Arazi, Betty, Ariel and the rest of the staff are superbly skilled, caring, and very pleasant to work with. They address any concerns that you have, and make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your teeth/gums. They are always prompt to return a call, and are very flexible with their scheduling. Though I have only been there a few times, I cannot imagine a better practice to attend or a better group of people to work with. 5 out of 5 stars definitely!

I have been going to Dr. Arazi since 1999. I will not let any other dentist touch my mouth! He is absolutely the best there is! Betty is amazing as well. She is his right hand! They are a wonderful team and are always so compassionate and precise! Before going to Dr. Arazi, I was very fearful of going to the dentist. He quelled my fears the first visit (for an emergency crown)! His shots do not hurt at all! Now I love to go the dentist! It is always a pleasure to visit his office and chat with him and his staff. I consider them all my friends! I do not believe their is a better dentist/staff in Indiana! Go see him...make an appointment! You will NOT be sorry you did.

I am typically very nervous and anxious at the dentist and because of that I have avoided going for years - which lead to an emergency root canal this week! :( In pain and afraid of the dentist, I emailed Smiles in the Village Dentistry on Sunday. Monday morning, at 8am, I received a phone call from the office and they got me into the office right away to be seen.The staff was very gentle and careful to make sure I wasnt in any pain as they examined my teeth. Ultimately, we decided it would be best to do a root canal. The staff made sure I was comfortable with the charges, the procedure, and the recovery plan for getting everything taken care of across the next several months.Without every having to leave the chair, my unplanned dentist appointment turned into a root canal. 2-hours later, and pain free, I left the office feeling much better, and a little less afraid of the Dentist. :)Dr. Arazi is a great dentist and his staff is skilled, kind, and wonderful to work with. I am so happy I made the choice to call Smiles in the Village Dentistry and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.Thank you so much!

Once again I arrived for my appointment terrified as usual. I needed a permanent crown applied and also a minor surgical procedure performed. Dreading my arrival, I hesitantly stepped though the door into Dr Azari’s dentist office. As soon as I walked in Simone, seated at the front desk, greeted me and made me feel very welcome. She took my coat and chatted a bit before checking me in. While waiting to go back I noticed how clean and comfortable the waiting room was. Nice music was playing in the background and NO medicinal, dentist office smell! Soon I was taken to the back and seated in the chair and prepped. No sooner did the girls get me ready when in walked Dr Azari, all smiles! He greeted me, sat down and told me what to expect! He was very thorough, confident, and reassuring, which alleviated my nervousness. Throughout my procedure he was constantly checking on me, ensuring that I was okay! This was my third visit...looks like he and his staff are keepers!!

I chipped a front tooth over the weekend. I called on Monday morning and they got me right in. The tooth was fixed perfectly in about 45 minutes. The dentist and hygienist were extremely professional and competent. I felt like I was in good hands. This is now my dentist office.

I have had a life long fear of the dentist. So much so that I avoided going to one for years. Today, even though I was extremely scared, I went to Smiles in the Village Dentistry. As I walked up the stairs I was so nervous, for just a meet and greet, not treatment. I had planned on talking about sedation and easing myself into getting my teeth cleaned. When I left I was laughing, nerves gone no sedation and even had x-rays! I am still nervous but not so much now and am actually looking forward to my appointment in 3 weeks with NO sedation. Dr. Arazi is so kind, gentle, and most important of all I can trust him. Betty is FANTASTIC!!!! she is the best dental hygienist ever....I made the right choice today! Thank you both so much...

AMAZING ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... Ive had horrible past experiences that have kept me from the dentist for the last ten years and other unfortunate circumstances that left me without a smile; my teeth hurt and looked really bad. Dr. Arazi is the fourth dentist I had consulted with in the last year to see what it would take to regain my smile and use of my teeth. He is the ONLY dentist who made me feel comfortable, that my problems were manageable and therefore he has changed my life. Six months ago I had a front crown knocked off by an accidental blow to the mouth. I knew that the roots of my front teeth were very short and that implants were imminent. After reading dozens of reviews online, I knew that Smiles in the Village would be my choice. They got me in right away but when I arrived, I was so terrified that I couldnt even look Dawn in the eye. I was holding back tears when Betty and Dr. Arazi came in to speak with me. Within moments, we were laughing and a plan of action was being put into place. Seven implants and a beautiful bridge later, Im actually smiling again. Dr. Arazi, Betty and Dawn are three of the kindest people in the business. Their gentle approach even helped my youngest son get over his fears. I could not give them a higher recommendation. My oldest son will be seen by them in a few weeks, and after hearing his mother and brother rave about this team, he has no fears. The office itself is so modern and clean. Ive never had to wait long enough to even grab a magazine, and they take all the time needed to answer my questions. I wish I could give them ten stars.
