He explained my options, dropped off materials and was a amazingly kind and patient. We had challenges due to the pandemic, but we were able to have a beautiful Mass. Leppert Mortuary - Carmel Smith Chapel gets my highest rating and regard. My father, Thomas Cartmel, passed away on Wed. Nov. 27th, the day before Thanksgiving. Losing My Dad is the hardest thing I have ever had to go thru in my life. On top of that, trying to plan a funeral in a very short period of time during a holiday weekend could have meant crippling stress. However, from the onset, Leppert Mortuary and their Funeral Director, Eric Bell made things much easier. I received my first phone call from Eric early the very next morning on Thanksgiving. Eric, even though out of town with his family for Thanksgiving, patiently took the time with me that day to answer any questions my family and I had. Throughout the entire planning process, Eric kept this same level of availability and communication. Further, Eric never took a pushy sales approach to steer us towards the most expensive options.
