The staff here were very patient with my little guy, hes 6 years old. The wait wasnt long and my son has curly hair and shes the first barber I seen that used scissors on his hair, which is how I grew up watching my brothers got their hair cut. They know what they are doing here, check them out!

If the sign on the door and your website both say you open at 9, you open at 9 not 10. This place sucks all around. No customer service, rarely clean, never opens on time. Would recommend other Sport Clips over this location anytime.

The stylist completely botched my son’s hair and tried to play it off like it wasn’t her fault. We have had much better experiences at Great Clips for half the price.

The staff is nice, friendly, and they always do a good job when I visit. They have an easy check-in system that has a pretty accurate estimated wait time. They also have good Covid safety protocols in place for those who care about that.

Walked in with my young son after signing up online and was not greeted well. They ignored me and took the next person and did not saying anything else. I picked this location because it said 8 min wait and while I waited for a couple of minutes they didn’t help me but turned my wait into 90 minutes. I walked out and will not be back and do not recommend this place. My son was also patiently waiting, no reason to be biased against us.

First day opening and tried to check in online for my son. Senior pictures today. Wouldnt let me check in until they opened. My son went up there and stood in line 20 minutes before open. 30 minutes after open they ask if he checked in online.He said no, and they said they couldnt help him. 50 minutes wasted. I have spent as much money tipping as I have on cuts over the last 7 years. Never again at this place.

Been going to Ayla for over a few years now. Friendly, professional, and consistent. Theyre always very busy, but the app makes it super easy to see the wait time and check in before you go.

I visited the Village Park Plaza Great Clips on 12/12/19 and had my hair cut by Sara. I love my haircut! Sara was pleasant and professional. I had a great experience and will definitely return and look forward to having another cut by Sara.

The stylists here are rude. Particularly Anthony. I have my haircut here by Kylie and Kristen. They both do a phenomenal job and are extremely talented and polite. I came in without signing in And Anthony greeted me and watched me at the Kiosk while I selected Kylie’s name (she had an hour wait) and then he threw a fit and said “Kylie, Kylie, Kylie. Your the only one that makes any money here” If you want your haircut properly and wanted to be treated like a human being, Kylie and Kristen are the stylists you want.

Ashley cut my sons hair and the service provided was exceptional. Not only did she give him a great haircut, she entertained and engaged with my boy the entire time. We will definitely be back when he is due for another haircut.

Came in mid afternoon for a haircut. Didnt have to wait to be seen by a nice lady. She did a great job of adapting to the haircut I wanted from what they had listed on my account. I dont remember how long it took, but she did a good job of conversing with me and making the time go by rather fast. I dont remember her name but I would recommend her if I did.

It’s Sad that my 12 year hates his hair, he left in tears and felt the girl didnt listen to him.He asked Ashley to cut a little off, and Do NOT thin.She kept cutting, and told him “she likes it better this way”She cut most his hair off and thinned it!!!My son knew how he wanted his hair cut, he made it clear to Ashley what he wanted. Had to have my hair cut a certain way for a play. When I called nobody knew what I ment by an Ivy League hair cut. However Hannah took the time to look it up on line and look at some pictures. Hannah did an excellent job of cutting and styling my hair. I like the look so much going to stay with it for awhile. Plus Hannah is a nice, warm, easygoing stylist and pleasant to have her cut your hair.

You cant go wrong with this place. Always a great cut with excellent service. I drive over 100 miles to get my hair cut at this one.

I recently switched to Sports Clips from Great Clips. I am very satisfied with the haircuts I receive here compared to Great Clips. They take their time and are worth the cost. I definitely recommend getting your future hair cuts here. The only reason I docked a star from my review was due to my most recent visit. One of the barbers asked if the girl I was with was my sister, and I had to explain that it was my wife. The barber proceeded to be shocked because she thought I looked too young to be married. I thought it was funny, but still kinda awkward.

I went to my grand fathers house right after my haircut and he told me a story. He said I was in Normandy freeing the French and after 2 weeks of being there my hair had got so long that it was in my eyes. I asked the guy I was in a hole with if hed cut it. Son, that day I got the worse haircut in my entire life. Today youve managed to get something that makes me take a little comfort that at least the haircut I got with a dull pocket knife by a shell shocked young man was not the worst haircut to ever happen on this planet. Today, youve officially got the worst haircut Ive ever seen.My grandma was in the other room and came in saying Howard, leave the boy alone its fine. then she seen it and said Oh my, do you have an ex wife we dont know about? I said Of course not, why? she said It looks like you went through a bad divorce and then let your ex wife cut your hair. I could do better with my arthritic hands and as she held up her shaking arthritic hand, I knew damn well she probably could have.Luckily I can just shave my head and consider this a life lesson. But this will be the first time Ive ever needed to shave my head as a result of a bad haircut.

My teenage son got the worst haircut of his life by Brittney. Showed her 2 different pictures of the haircut he wanted and she totally messed it up and cut almost all of his hair off. Looks terrible and no where near what he asked for! How it is possible to mess up that bad when you have pics?? I could have done better and he will never be back.

Horrible experience just trying to schedule an appointment via the app. And then when I called and was told to arrive at 4pm, when I got there they said someone else was scheduled at 4 with my stylist. Also my son had a cut there so badly mangled in August it still hasn’t grown out 90 days later! This can’t be that hard - will never go back.

Took my son to get his hair cut and the girl cutting was more worried about scheduling than his hair. She kept walking away and took forever. When we left his hair was still damp and seemed to look ok but once dry the front is all kinds of crooked and looks awful.

Went in and paid 25 dollars for a messed up Mohawk and completely uneven length where she faded it to make it look better. Been going here for years because it was right by my moms house and even now that Im moved out and this store is well out of the way I still wanted to go there and this experience has completely changed my mind. Thank you Cailtyn. Will not return.
