Venessa is great. She does hear you and uses her knowledge and hands to give you a relaxing experience. Definitely recommend her.

My last experience here was a very poor one. I have been a member of Massage Heights in the past and went back recently to get another massage, and was excited to renew my membership. Unfortunately due to how I was treated, they have now lost my business. I have many knots and I asked for a firm-deep pressure massage. Instead I was given a Swedish massage with very light touch. I asked 2-3 times if she could please go harder, and she was nice, but she continued with a very light touch, which did absolutely nothing for my back pain. I was paying good money for someone to give me a light back rub.This establishment is very expensive and customers should not have to pay $2/minute for sub-par service. I called three times over the course of a week and a half to reach the manager and inform her of my experience. Each time I called, she was not there, so I left my name and number asking if she would call me back. I was told by the ladies at the front desk that she received my messages each time. Here we are, three weeks later, and I still have heard nothing back from the company or manager. This is unprofessional and rude. I paid for a service, tipped well, and have been a member in the past. The least that could have been done was a courtesy call back, apologizing that I wasn’t satisfied for the service and asking what they could do to make it better. However, this did not happen. I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted in the lobby with 2 friendly employees. The check in process was easy yet detailed for a custom massage to my needs and preferences.My massage was medium pressure with an upgrade of warm stones. The environment was comfortable and very relaxing. Angie did a great job and I would highly recommend her.I look forward to going again. 5 stars!

I’ve been a member here for about 6 months. I have had other massage memberships in the past and this one is my favorite. It’s warm and welcoming. Everyone is very helpful and NOT pushy, just informative. My favorite therapist is Angie, but the receptionists are so knowledgeable, they can help you find the perfect fit.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They make sure youre comfortable and we always leave relaxed and cant wait for the next massage.

The professionalism of their therapists combined with their skill, particularly for us sports-oriented injury types, is what makes this such a great value and experience.

Been member since 2017, i have so many hours unused and could not catch up so I called them, email them to stop my membership, is ok i just gave up my time is fiine, no refund etc, and one time, someone said oh yea is ok sorry, so i did not pay attention after that, but 9 month later.....it turn out they still charge me every month! ok.....

While I have not been to this specific location, I have been to massage heights in the past and have enjoyed it. Today I was not feeling well, canceled the appointment and still being charged for a missed appointment time.I appreciate wanting to pay for your therapist, but having someone sick in your office is not ideal. In addition, I was willing to reschedule. Disappointing to put money over clients well being.

I have had massages all over the world and Angie at Massage Heights is one of my favorites! I’m currently pregnant with my first baby and have experienced back, neck, and TMJ pain with my growing changing body. Angie has been a huge help in keeping me comfortable during pregnancy! I try to see her every two weeks as I near the end of my pregnancy journey. I highly recommend!! She knows the balance of working out the knots but is also relaxing. She also knows that sometimes I like to chat and other times I’m basically asleep. Thanks Angie!!!

We had a couples massage here. The massages’ were great. The ladies did a really good job.Normally I feel like there would be time in an hour for a flip over onto your back to have your head and upper shoulders rubbed. This didn’t it happen.It took a very long time to be checked out. I don’t know if this is strategic to try and get you to join the membership plan?They do a good job explaining the membership package however we really didn’t feel like deciding this after our massage. We just wanted to relax.

My wife and I did a couples massage here! Omg, it was sooooo relaxing. Our masseuses were attentive, skilled, and great communicators. They used aroma therapy to help us relax and we also got the hot stone therapy. We both felt like new people when we walked out! They also talked with us both about specific things we could do to help our body. If youre looking to impress your special someone, bring them here!

My mother had a groupon that she was using for a couples massage with my dad. He ended up not wanting to go so we turned it into a girls treat. Went and the massages were excellent, we had purchased additional services of one of cupping and one hemp oil and were only suppose to be charged 50 plus out gratuity which we gave forty. Twenty per masseuse. Next day after leaving we saw that my mother was charged twice for $70 when she was only suppose to be charged $90. We called they said it was a mistake and we would be refunded the $50. Two days later no money refunded but instead an additional charge of $25. Me and my mother were looking to forward to making this place our spot once a month for girls day and it turned into a nightmare of charges. We try calling again just to be told they were unable to help because no manager was in today! Great masseuse horrible management and customer follow up.

My wife booked a 2 hour massage, on my behalf, at this location and I came out like a wet noodle. Limp. It was beyond amazing. So much so that I signed up for a 1 year membership the same day. Danielle, the manager, is phenomenal in her professionalism, demeanor, and ability to cater to the needs of each individuals desires. In the event that something is unsatisfactory she will not hesitate to do everything in her power to correct the situation! My wife has since also purchased a 1 year membership, and if you are looking for the best medium-to-firm massage of your life, Angie is the only person for you!! This location is beyond accommodating. They do everything in their power to make sure that they can get you booked into an appointment that fits your schedule to a T. There have even been instances where a therapist was not scheduled to come in, but made an exception in order to make it work for US. I can not say enough good things about Massage Heights on Meridian & Main in Carmel!

Ive had my membership for almost two years now and have been to both Meridian & Main as well as Ironworks. Ive been pleased with both locations each time I go. It is essential to my self-care and relaxation.

The convenience Massage Heights offers is one of the main reasons I chose them for my monthly massage. Tracy is great and really listens to your needs before the service. Im always taken back almost immediately upon arriving. The facility is clean and inviting. Its a bit salesy, but I know what I want and understand that they are just trying to maximize the opportunity they have while you are there.

Krysten was my favorite and needs to come back!!!!! When she gave my husband and I massages we always left feeling amazing. The last time I got a massage it was okay. Not bad, but also not great.

Best massage Ive ever had

I called initially to discuss membership options and was given a great opportunity to check them out prior to purchasing. The therapist did a good job, but he had a style different from what I prefer. I ultimately decided to not sign up for membership without knowing if there was a therapist that would suit my needs. When checking out, the front desk coordinator tried to give me grief for the amount I tipped, claiming the therapist worked on me longer. (I work in the industry, I get whats an appropriate tip.) The therapist told me he started on me late so would make that up at the end, no extra time beyond that was recieved.

Have booked twice and both times either the massage therapist was late this time they sent me over to keystone. Nice rush hour traffic both ways.Not a happy camper. If I didn’t need a massage before I do now. 😱

Let me first say that I am a Massage Therapist who works for Massage Heights, and I experience firsthand how great it is. This is honestly the first place I’ve worked as a therapist where I have felt valued as an employee as well as a valued team member. Even when the day seems long, we have such a great team of positive people who are constantly working to make things easier for one another. I’ve been a therapist for three years, and I wish I’d found this place right off the bat! We are still newly opened in Indiana, but I highly recommend choosing this establishment as your massage home. And the therapists here are actually licensed, whereas some places don’t require a license. I could go on, but you get the idea!

They are VERY pushy to get you to be a member. Also, I felt like because they wanted me to return that the masseuse didnt do a very thorough job. It was expensive, left me feeling unsatisfied, and the people who checked us out made me feel very uncomfortable because of their pushy sales technique. I will not be returning.

I just recieved my first ever facial and it was wonderful! Yvonne did such a good job tending to my skincare needs (I have very sensitive skin so a lot of products tend to burn/irritate me.) She was very informative and made my skin look and feel awesome! My lifestyle consultant Stef was so warm and welcoming before and after my service. The retreat is beautiful and I can’t wait to go back!

Heart disease is the number 1 killer in America. I dont even go to Mcdonalds. I didnt go to Mcdonalds. The food tastes great if youre okay with the obesity rate in the United States. Everyones talking about vaping being awful. One person in TN has died according to recent news. How many people in TN have died of Mcdonalds related illness? How many people have died from prescribed opiates in TN. I dont even go to Mcdonalds and google asks how I enjoyed it on a day that my grandfather talks to me about how dangerous vaping is. I dont vape. Im just tired of all the strange kettles calling pots black. Mcdonalds tasted great until I did my research. Enjoy it while it lasts because itll take its toll on down the road.

Facility has not helped with an EOB for health savings card. They encouraged me to use health savings card . They were so nice on phone but yet failed to do it.

Book an appointment online April 30th after buying their couples massage Groupon for Saturday May 4th. No response for 3 days - sent a follow-up email on 5/2 and got a quick phone call back with no appointment times for the day I booked... Offered an appt on Wed May 9th at 2pm, we work so that didnt work for us. Next available date that worked was May 15th at 6pm. You prepay for an appointment, book it online and when they forget you there is no apology, its too bad were very busy. I can promise you that you wont be busy too long treating your customers like this.

Absolutely wonderful massage! Ladies at the front desk were delightful to get us started, and the massage itself was fantastic.
