We chose Northwest to replace 7 windows and 4 sliding glass doors in our home, some ‘retrofit’ and some ‘new construction,’ and we will definitely choose them again to replace the remaining windows and slider later in our remodel.Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the product, Marty has the field installation crew covered, and Nick was meticulous in the skilled finishing work required.Our 1968 windows presented a few challenges but Northwest was up for them all and left us very happy with our windows and doors, and with their excellent customer service.If you’re reading this you’re likely getting quotes on replacing your windows and you know it’s not cheap. Northwest’s bid was competitive, they completed the work on-time and in a professional manner throughout, and we highly recommend them. 5 stars
