We have used SigmaVoice for our business for a few years now, and it has been a very good experience. The website is simple, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent; professional and prompt. The one time I can remember having a technical problem (I believe I was uploading a list to their site), the technical support representative who helped me out was efficient and friendly, and we got the problem fixed in short order.Although I havent used enough other voice broadcast platforms to compare SigmaVoice to others out there, I like the fact that I can upload a list, record a message, hit send, and have 100+ people called within seconds. Its completely hassle-free. This is extremely important in our company, since things are often run by the minute, and we have to be able to notify our customers of last-minute changes in an effective way.
