Bought a Grey Solar pool blanket with a 5 year Warranty. This is the thicker blanket compared to the blue one. According to the Carlsbad employee this was far better than the blue one but according to employees at the oceanside store this blanket was not necessary for California. I had already bought the blanket so OH Well, but thinking it would last longer I kept it. The bubbles on the blanket are pealing off going into my pool. When I called Leslies to see about the warranty they said my pool has High Alkalinity and warranty is void, mind you this has only been a year and I consistently have my pool checked by Leslies Pool Supply and make adjustments as Needed. BUYER BEWARE!!! THESE SOLAR BLANKET WARRANTIES ARE A SCAM.(IN MY OPION) YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING FROM HOME DEPOT OR Lowes.

I dropped in here on a Saturday for a water sample and the manager was really nice. He went above and beyond explaining things to me and was very knowledgeable. Great store location very close to the Tamarack exit

Worked with me to get all my pool equipment installed quick and easy! Employees are very nice and truly care about the customers.

Was told that the Carlsbad store was the only one who had an impeller I needed for pump. I have been calling them non-stop since they were supposed to have been open at 9am and every time it has a busy signal! What kind of self respecting business doesnt answer their phones!? Never going back! Waste of time!
