One Stop Moving & Storage did a great job taking care of my move. I waited to the last minute and they were there for me. ThankEveryone, from the office staff to the owner and movers were professional and efficient. Their fee was reasonable as well. I had no idea a moving company could cancel on me the morning of my move. But that’s exactly what happened, so that’s why I ended up calling One Stop moving company. I don’t know why I didn’t find them in my research for Carlsbad moving companies earlier, but I was frantic and went on yelp and found them after my original moving company bailed on me. I was surprised that they were able to have a few guys at my place within a few hours, and few hours later they had two more guys at my place to help me with my move. While it wasn’t the super organized and smooth sailing day that I had planned for it to be, at least it was a moving day because these guys came to my rescue. It was pretty cool how understandable these guys were to my situation, and seem to really hustle to make up for such a late start. They even offered to come back the next day to put my furniture together and help me move things around or unpack. So I’m glad I found this company and will definitely call them the next time I need to move.
