I went here with my sister on Monday (5/24) and they didn’t listen to anything we wanted and did their own thing! I asked for almond shape and didn’t get it I also have a bump in my nail from them not filing well enough, even had the lady feel the bump herself, and she didn’t fix it. My sister asked for a ballerina shape and got square asked for longer nails than what she got and the design looked nothing like the picture. We called back to talk to lily and was told there was no lily there and that if I we wanted something we’d have to go back to the salon and then got hung up on. I do not recommend this place they are rude and unprofessional and the salon itself isn’t very clean

My husband and I came here tonight, actually still here. We both askef the exact same pedicure, but they were very different! The guy who is doing mine seems to be afraid to massage my legs while my husbands guy is beating the hell out of his... yes Im a little jealous lolAlso, I broke my little toe 2 weeks ago and Ive told the guy at least 3xYes I know getting a pedicure with a broken toe is dumb, but my husband and I are on our 27 yr anniversary trip soGood ppl, just seems like they dont have a clue whats going on

So I came to this place with my mother and let me say it definitely could have been better. The colors I wanted were a light blue and gold and I go silver and green and this isn’t a pretty green this is through up green the man also got the nail polish all over my hands and didn’t even try to clean it up. Don’t recommend at all

I went for a set of French tip acrylic nails. I waited 45 minutes for a chair. The guy cut my hands up with the tools to the point I was bleeding. He did not have me wash my hands and Immediately started with the clear coat so all of the dust from the filing under the clear coat. 2 hours later my nails were different lengths, the height of the acrylic was very uneven and they were very rough. Lily said I could go back in and they would fix them for free. 3 hours... later I could not understand what the lady was asking me and I told her I just wanted them fixed but the same. She started painting them white. I asked what she was doing and see said I fix I fix. She painted them white and then put a clear coat on and told me I owed her 10.00 for painting. I asked why they are white that I wanted them like the style was when I came in but fixed. She started raising her voice and Another employee came over and asked me what my problem was. I said why do I have to pay for them to fix my nails that they messed up on yesterday. They then started talking back and forth with another guy across the room. By this time Everyone in the building was starting by this time. I was pretty embarrassd at this point and said never mind. Needless to say I will not be back.

Nice , friendly and it was so welcoming. I highly recommend this place. Most places in this town have made me feel so uncomfortable but not here.

My girlfriend and I came in for pedicures they started working on her but I sat in the chair for 45 minutes untouched while everyone that came in after us got helped immediately

Horrible. Pad over 150 bucks for 2 pedicures. With gel. Horrible nail painting job and both of our feet are still covered in dead skin and they cut our toenails so short we both hurt

My daughters and I did a 3 walk in manicure set by their location on Canal St and they were courteous and prompt did a great job ty will be returning again:)

Usually ok. My nails are usually done how I like em... apparently if youre not doing a simple french tip or solid color, it might be too complicated. This is way too much damn glitter and not pretty at all! I had to leave because they were closing. Mind you, i was there 2.5 hours so... they better fix it tomorrow or give my money back.

Well I treated myself to a manicure & pedicure today & it was absolutely amazing, heck I havent been to salon in years!!! Thumbs up from me!!!

I got my nails and toes done today. It was a good experience and they gave me exactly what I asked for. So I will be returning.

Could have done a better job

I came to Lilly’s Nails on a Sunday morning and they took care of me pretty quickly! I got the 35$ pedicure which was really nice. They were nice and friendly. And I liked that as soon as I sat down for my pedi they gave me a water.

So, I am not one to leave lots of reviews but Im extremely frustrated. I have been there 2x now and both experiences have been underwhelming and frustrating. The first time, the lady I had left my nails bumpy and embarrassing, brought it to Lilys attention and she did fix them. I decided to give them a second chance because they were fixed without any further issues. Well, I got there at 5:30 pm and didnt get out of there until 8 pm. I had the basic pedicure, nails are cut uneven and paint isnt covering the whole nail. Moving on to my nails. I had pearl white powder on the tips and just wanted a refill. The lady doing my nails could not get the line where I asked for it to be so I told her to go ahead and fill it all in and we would just paint them trying to make the experience a little less painless. Well...my nails are stupid thick when I asked for thin and they look like there are a week old after me repeatedly asking her to fill the gaps (from normal nail growth) and I literally just left. I wont be going back. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

Super busy today but they did their best to get to everyone in a timely manner. They greet everyone very warmly and use good health practices. Everyone is very nice and they do good nails.

I love to get my pedicure there. Great service and clean and relax atmosphere. I totally recommend to everyone. They have many selection of pedicure range from $ 25 to $50. Its your choice. I love herbal spa the most. Takes about an hour.

Did a great job very happy with the lady who did mine and the other lady who did my sister in laws nails....Just got mine and my daughters nails done this afternoon. They were amazing with us and worked great with my daughter considering shes 3 yrs old. Im so pleased with everything. Thank you

Best nail salon in town. Prefer the one by Sutherlands to the one by Walgreens. Theres a lady at the one at Walgreens that always cuts my cuticles until they bleed and files too hard. The one by Sutherlands you can trust any of the staff to do a great job with no pain at all. Also very clean!

Always get good quick service for my needs

My pedicure was great! Loved the pedicure but my nails lifted the next day and I was not real thrilled about having a very used file used on me. Will go back for a pedi, elsewhere for nails.

Worst nail job ever! And I let kids do my nails! Never ever go here! She filed the acrylic down so far it looked like I was ready for a fill in! I showed her a picture of what I wanted because I didnt want miscommunication and omg it was like a blind person did my nails! Also over charged me I actually asked if she automatically added her tip in there. I was so upset. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Im normally pretty finicky about cleanliness in a nail salon so Im always skeptical trying a new place. The service was excellent and I had the best foot/lower leg massage! Ill definitely be back!

I sat in her and paid a lot of money to get a nice manicure and pedicure. i was getting blue gradient nails and the weren’t gradient they were a straight cut off and very thin at the tip of my nails... they never took off my original dip and my nails looked green bc they were thin and blue clashing with bright yellow... oh and she was watching the tv more than she was watching my nails, and ended up cutting up my index finger with the file tool thing... the whole nails in general were uneven and my pedicure was jacked up as well... he came up and cut my toes up and preceded to put nail pooling remover on my toes after cutting. then he didn’t even know how to paint my whole toe was covered in more paint than the actual nails, and he didn’t even take off the original nail polish or do a thick enough amount of polish to cover the fact up that you could still see the old nail polish...

Went today with my 4yr old daughter & 11yr old niece. It was a week day so there was no wait. Henry did my mani/pedi & was very kind & welcoming to myself & my daughter. My niece couldnt stop talking about how her gel nail looked so nice. Overall great experience, we will def be back!

I cant even rate one star. I had a 9 am appointment and gotntjere a couple minutes before. Walked in door and was greeted explain to them that I have a 9 a.m. appointment for a manicure with powder dip she gave me the samples to look at so I can pick a color and I sat there and waited 25 minutes orbitum over to the nail station to do my nails so I walked out

The staff were very nice and Lily is really good. Just some techs didnt seem to know what to do. I had a toe gel it looked nothing like the pic I showed so I asked to just put one color the job was sloppy. My daughter asked for chrome nails and the tech forgot how to apply. Left a messy job and filed her skin to were it bleed trying to.get the access right. If you plan on going dry ask for lilly.

My wife and her mom visited this location today and it was horrible. While my wife got her pedicure the lady made her bleed and while applying the lotion she started slapping her foot. They was over charged for each service they got

Worst experience needed 2 nails replaced. Wanted dipping powder. Was ignored and he used acrylic. Cut both tips shorter than the rest. I told him to replace them so he could te cut to leave longer he than wanted to trip the rest down. Acrylic was applied so thick that it was all over my finger lapping under my nail tip. It looked like a big clump of acrylic than. He was determined to put the clear and be done I had to stop him 4 times to re file under and over and the sides. He became very upset and filed so hard he was hurting me. When I left I was able to bend tio right off wow do not use this place!!!!! Especially if from out of town.

Paid way to much for what I got. Asked for the upgraded pedicure and still have rough heels. Also the gentleman that did my nails cut me several times. I will never go back.

Kinda wish I wouldve walked in just a tad bit earlier I would have gotten the lady who did the girls next to me. The technician I got I guess didnt want to be at work or something. The salon is clean and nice I guess I just caught that technician on a bad day. 🤷🏼‍♀️😒

I paid a lot of money for a terrible job. I had an image of what I wanted done and they completely ruined it. They did not have a clue how to do it. It took four different people looking the image for them to even attempt to do it. Very unprofessional and sloppy work.They did not fill the nails in all the way and left the sides unpainted.

My mother my daughter and I all went to Lily’s. We were not treated like we mattered ! We paid for the 2nd best pedicure and they didn’t do any filing on any of our heals . They just massaged and painted our toes . Then they used gel polish on my mother who just wanted her nails painted. My daughter had a photo of what she wanted and it took 4 different people to do her nails and they weren’t anything like what she wanted ! We were just rushed threw ! We went to this place to relax not to be rushed ! We were charged full price for everything even thow it was all half assed ! Very disappointed! Will never go back !

I always go on a Sunday...........so I cant comment on the rest of the week, but I NEVER have to wait. Even though this is an in and out salon, they do a great job with all of their sevices. I usually get a manicure and shelac, and it usually lasts two to three weeks. The waxologist always does a jam up job. Very friendly folks.

I was not happy at all with my experience. My nails looked worse than if I would have done them myself. I paid an outrageous price for a job not worth it. Plus credit/debit card taxes are Ridiculous. Same color on all nails were all different shades some darker than others.Plus when doing my cuticles I was cut a few times

Was not happy with my experience at all. The guy that did my nails didnt seem like he knew what he was doing, messed up my set multiple times, got the acrylic on my skin, and cut me with the file.

They are totally unorganized. I went in today and waited half hour before walking out. They let 3 customers go before me and never even acknowledged me. They are overpriced for poor service.

Ends where really rough and didn’t paint them right uneven nails and very fast didn’t take time not good at all !!!!!!! Don’t recommend

My daughter gave me nail set just because and I wish we would have gone elsewhere got done tech cut me three times and when he used some of the tools he pull the out of a school pencil box from the drawer and put them right back next day my right ring finger had a dent right in the middle poor service

It was the worst experience Ive ever had in the nail shop .The nail tech tried to choose the nail color and the form of nail she told me I needed dip not powder it was just ridiculous it was awful it was a horrible experience and another customer that was in their experience the same thing awful.

The lady was very rough she did not want to do my nails they were arguing and she cut me 2 times.
