Really pains me to write this. I was using Liondesk for a year+. Rudimentary, nothing flashy but got job done and had text campaign functionality that we needed. We had a horrific experience in which Liondesk sent out HUNDREDS of spamming test messages uncalled for. It occurred over the course of the day and we watch as our database was just depleted. Getting in touch with the help desk took a long time. It lead to us losing countless leads, many that we invested money in through seminars, zillow and more leads. If we were to quantify it, we lost thousands of dollars on the low end. Beyond money, our brand is our word and our bond. This caused damaging effects on our brand name and was just so disheartening. The resolution was like, oh sorry. Well refund you a few months of text campaigning, giving us like $50-100 back. Seeing as these are partners of PSAR and SDAR, the resolution commitment was poor and disappointing. End of the day, you get what you pay for situation. When the going gets tough you learn of the value.

LionDesk does not sync with Google Contacts as advertised. I use Google Contacts because I make phone calls from my smart phone, and it is also my back up system. The data dont sync two ways as they have claimed and shown on their website. I have to call in to tech support so that they can manually syncing the data. That is ridiculous! I would have to call in two or three times a day.Their tech support spent over a month attempting to help me, and I spent countless hours trying to make it work. I wasted my time and at the end they said that it is the way it is and wont do anything about it. They indicated that the sync with Google Contacts functionality will be improved with version 2. I saw that as a brush off response and giving up. They refuse to correct the information on the web about Syncing with Google Contacts.Also, be careful with your data. They may not be able to help you pull the data out with all history of activities and notes. These data make a CRM system what it is otherwise we would call it a phone list - which can be kept in an excel spreadsheet. Thats the reason why I kept some of my notes in Google Contacts.

Horrible cs....I just changed it to a 4 rating...it wasnt horrible but I was not told it charges per email and per text over so many sent....that was what I was most upset about....other than that it looked good

Best CRM for real estate. Lots of functional features that actually work for converting leads into sales. Works for teams and brokers too. The price is hard to beat.

Im a Realtor and used this CRM for a year. I decided to discontinue beacause I was dissapointed in the support and the system. When support sent me the csv file with all of my records they did not have my clients notes! Yes, the history of all the client communication was not sent. I reach out and ask them what happen and they said oh yah, well send a seperate csv file with the notes. You will have to merge the files. Ive had several people try to merge these files and have not been successful. Basically all the communication history is gone! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOKS ELSEWHERE FOR A CRM. I would have given zero ratings but the it would not let me post my comment. Ive owned my business for 6 years and all of my notes where wiped out using this stupid software. STAY AWAY!

LionDesk is a great CRM system. Its what Id call a pure CRM, that is, its greatest individual strength is in tracking the history of interactions with your contacts and delivering content to them through the delivery of manually or automated text and emails.Lion Desk integrates with numerous other 3rd party marketing systems. Im using Ylopo which has a very nice interface in to Lion Desk. Users of Lion Desk no doubt will appreciate the accessibility of an auto-dialer, the ability to send individual or mass video text messages that arent just links to the video message, the video message is embedded in to the text message, and there are numerous other features Im not presently using, but include team lead distribution, deal tracking, artificial intelligence built in to the texting stream, etc. And when Ive run in to an issue I needed assistance with, Ive found their support team to be knowledgeable easily accessible. Furthermore, their private users Facebook page is very good where both users, support members and even the CEO are actively involved to help solve issues and give new ideas.Ive used numerous CRMs over the years, and Lion Desk is the best. Its pricing is fair, a new version we hear is due out in the coming weeks/months??? Im sure there will be new functionality coming, but Im at the moment most excited about an improved user interface. The existing one is not in any way bad, but Im hoping the new version will be more streamlined. As a closing note, assuming the new version updates and streamlines the user interface experience, Id gladly update my rating to five stars.

I have had a great experience with Liondesk, and found them to be super responsive. I am still learning all the tricked out bells and whistles, but man, my Facebook leads are beings managed flawlessly by Liondesk!!

I tried LionDesk and found it to be disappointing. If you have any issues, youre in trouble. Customer Support was lacking knowledge and very rude.

For the cost, its got great functionality but if you get stuck and need help from customer service, its very difficult.
