It has been 17 years since I said, “I do.” I took good care of them but over time they wore down. The original jeweler we used didn’t do a great job and we had several issues. I brought them in to see about sizing them to be bigger. The jeweler discovered they were made incorrectly from the start. He also noticed one of the prongs was chipped and needed to be replaced. Long story short, he offered to remake the set thickening the bands and making them brand new for a THIRD of the cost of what another local jeweler quoted! He did an amazing job! I love them! I now have found my local jeweler and suggest everyone to go there! They have very unique pieces and a great, friendly staff. Thanks so much Bravo!!

I went to get a gift for my daughter. they have a great selection but even better is that they have a production area where they mae jewelry. so instead of buying something already made, i decided to get some thing personalized. so the designer Eugene worked with me to create a unique pendent and in the back we engraved it with my daughters name. a week later i stopped by and they didnt disappoint it was done. the pendent came out fantastic better then expected. This is the ONLY place to go for custom design in San Diego. I worked with Sara and Eugene to redesign my original engagement ring that I had never liked. I went in there on a whim because they’re right next to Trader Joe’s and asked them about what it would take to get a new ring made. They made it so easy and they actually make all the jewelry there in their store. After we figured out the style I wanted, they showed me CAD pictures and nailed it on the first try. It was so cool. The jeweler is truly a master and the finished ring is just stunning. I know it’s something I’ll wear for the rest of my life and hand down to my children. Thank you, thank you, Bravo Jewellers! I appreciated the advice that Edward provided me when it came to choosing the right wedding band. I work alot with my hands and needed something durable. i still wanted a precious metal ring, none of this 100 bucks stainless stuff. Edward recommended to go with 14k white gold, since its the most durable out of all precious metals. I will be coming back soon for some more jewelry.

I went to get my ring sized up 2 sizes. other jewelers said its not possible because the ring has diamonds. Since my ring made of platinum it takes a high melting point but at bravo they had a laser welder that welds without heat. Pretty cool. Got my ring to the right size.

She welcomed me and presented two options to assure the proper fit and knowledgeably explained the pros and cons of both. In less than an hour the ring was resized and cleaned. It fits perfectly!
