Jay met us as we walked in and was very informative and knowledgeable about Hot Tubs. Made my wife and I so comfortable and was not a pushing sales person that we wanted to buy from them that day. They delivered the tub, set it up for us and have been great with helping us get comfortable with owning a Jacuzzi and its minimal up keep.
